All a bit empty and a little gloomy and haunted at the moment, but it'll get there. The National Express coach service is fully operational. The staff are there, ready and willing to help. I was particularly impressed by a helpful staff member recently who got me to board an earlier coach due to the one I'd booked being cancelled at short notice. Thanks!

Car park spaces are decent size. 3 big lifts. Each floor tells you how many spaces per floor. Toilet facilities on the lower floor.
Dropped a star as it's the same price as other car parks around town. Even though this one is further away with the main walking route to slabsquare basically a building site.

Nice clean modern car park.
Entrance, ramps and spaces are amply wide enough (unlike some other car parks in Nottingham). Paying on the app or using the ticket machine is straightforward and car park feels very secure
S. B.
Large entrance/access into the carpark, everything is very clean & tidy, no rubbish anywhere. Love the technology, saying available spaces, plus the lighting being green/red above each car parking space, letting you know if the space is available.
S. S.
Expensive but a good car park. Ample space to park car and very efficient. They have sensors placed over each parking space which turns red when occupied and remains green when unoccupied. Due to this it's easy to locate a vacant parking space
h. c.
Brightly lit car park, love the idea of red or green lights above parking bays so you can see at a glance where there is a space. Not very well sign posted though, no indication of where the pay station is or the exit for cars. Exit barriers are confusing.
M.
Clean and bright new car park in walking distance to the city, that uses lights to show which spaces are free, though they don't always work. Loses stars for price. Cheaper to get the bus if you're thinking of staying in Nottingham all day.
P. R.
Booked online, easy to find, very clean and smart, part of the bus station, the car park uses ANPR so when you enter and leave the barrier opens automatic, parking bays good space to park, again on the price £10 for five hours for evening parking.

A good car park, nice sized spaces but expensive. When did car parking get so expensive? They also need a ticket machine in each floor
T. O.
Lovely car park with free 20 mins parking for drop off. Accessible buses to cities outside Nottingham and England.
G. J.
Great new car park will definitely park here in the future. It was so easy to see where the free carparking spaces are with the new light sensors. Each bay has a code so you can easily find your car. The prices for the car park are fair
J.
It's a car park, but a decent one. Get the RH parking app and register before you go and the barriers will do auto pay with ANPR.
L. B.
As car parks go, is a nice new one with plenty of spaces and up to date free space info
J. F.
Brand new, easy access, but only 10 mins free to pick up or drop off and prices on a par with the other City Council car parks. If you're coming into town for the day and there's more than one of you traveling it's just not worth while using a bus in Nottingham 🤔.
D. M.
Great car park, secure and free for motorcycles - you do need to use the intercom to get the barrier raised and whilst getting in was near instant getting out took a couple of minutes to get a response, this may have been due to the very late hour but if this happens whilst exiting at busier times of the day you will cause something of an obstruction.
J. W.
Lovely new and clean car park. Easy to find spaces with the red and green lights above each bay
H. J.
Great new car park, love the red and green lights which show empty spaces (or very little cars!) Decently priced for in city parking too.

Ordered a takeaway cos to busy for a sit down we had to wait for half an hour after our allocated time, the manager did give me a lager,But the wait was worth it the meal was probably the nicest I've had in many a year.
s. p.
Very clean car park not like most, lots of spaces ,well worth it escsecially for motorpoint arena around 6 to 8 min walk will use again
p. g.
Dropped my little sister here to catch National Express back home in Newcastle very clean and staff very helpful too our 1st time in this clean Coach/Bus station
L. W.
As far as car parks go, good.
Doesn't smell yet, decent rates. Little green or red lights to tell you that that space isn't free actaully, there's a tiny Aygo in there that you can't see...
We got a bit lost looking for the pedestrian exit but I think once the bus station is open that won't be as much of a problem.
Y. H.
A rather new carpark with car presence sensors which light up red for occupied and green for vacant. There are Electric vehicle charging points here (including bikes). Carpark is very new so has none of the signs of usage that older ones have. It even smells 'new'.
T. T. (.
Fantastic new look, and because of the sensors you get an accurate number at the entrance which level has available spaces left so you don't have to circle anymore on one level before you go to the next. Although it's a shame that not all levels have a pay point, only level 1 and LG.
J. M.
Came for NTU Open Day and did some research. Car park not far from city campus plus there's an "early bird special" whereby you arrive before 09:30 and so long as you leave before 18:30, it's just £5 currently (check website in case the offer gets withdrawn).
Add the fact that there are EV charging points on many levels, the place was perfect for us.
A nice touch is that the EV charge points on level 2 are for Blue Badge holders only. I haven't seen that implemented anywhere else and think it's a really good idea. Charge points are BP Polar.
Payment is on level 1 (there may be other places), but once you've paid, you don't need to use your ticket as ANPR sorts the barrier out.
VERY clean plus informative spaces available signs on each level make this what car parks should be.
E. I.
Very new and clean. They need coach staff there 24hr though to help passengers. Customer service is very poor indeed
I. C.
Really like the new car park, you can get a good deal using the app and their early bird/weekly permit options. The car park is secure and very modern. Only thing is the parking for a few hours is quite expensive so I think it’s great for those of us that use it for work purposes but not so great for shoppers.
g. I.
Good parking for larger 4 x 4 vehicles. Height not an issue.
C. R.
Plenty of space at this car park, a bit pricey but for a central location this is to be expected. We really liked the parking bay indicators to assist with finding spaces on each level. Could do with having more ticket kiosks to pay them.
H. M.
Great set up to show available parking - unfortunately it was inaccurate - showing spaces as free with standard, sports cars and vans all occupying spaces.
D. P.
So far have only been once. Very modern and worked well. Security seemed good. Lift to bus station on the ground floor
G. B.
Very clean and warm my bus has been on time since coming back in here
C. B.
Amazing to think that it's only been open for a year or so, and already needing repairs, barriers rarely work and an app so poor that it's laughable.
J. B.
New car park now fully open. Lots of good features, facilities, but only 4 stars because nowhere near as good as it could have been if they'd copied Lincoln. Also, the ramps are too narrow with turns too tight.
A. S.
Clean, friendly and -situated. Get there before 9.30am and the discounted rate is very good value.
Look out for the one way system on Canal Street. Turning the wrong way on exit could be a costly error as the cameras are making a fortune at the moment.
D. B. B.
Great car park. Lovely and new. Hardly any where to pay though. It's a shame you can't turn right out it. Or left to get in it because it makes my journey in and out of Nottingham so horrendous that I'll never use it again.
C. T.
Quite possibly the best car park in the world. Clean, well lit and with security on patrol. We booked in advance through an app and the ANPR worked flawlessly. Very highly recommended
P. W.
Not open for shopping until Oct '22, but perfect for an evening in the lace market area. Prices on a par with the others in the area. Nice clean toilets.
S. A.
Park on a sunday night loads of spaces
Good lighting and good size parking bays
Good value for money
A. H.
What an improvement. Clean, easy access and I love the funky lights to show you if there is a free car parking space
D. L. W.
Went with my friend and saw there is a car park which is very convenient.
S. J.
Amazing! Innovative design. Love the idea of the red and green indicators to show where spaces are. You can also pay upon the exit barriers to avoid queuing at the pay machines. Big spaces and clean. Not very well sign posted inside, we didn't know how to get out or back in!
s. c.
Can do better with more pay stations. Spacious parking bays.
P. W.
Big spaces and good value for money. Good location too
s.
Awkward to get to as the entrance is not well seen. Also after 4 hours, the price shot up to £10.50. Inside however is very clean and tidy with great overhead for the amount of cars on each row.
W. T.
Friendly and helpful staff. Well lit and good parking bays for motorbikes.
F. A. J.
New place extremely clean, however there are a lack of shops inside
J. M.
Big spaces with lights to show which are available! The price was a lot less than I expected too.
A bit confusing turning into and out of without accidentally getting caught in one way systems or bus lanes though!
T. H.
Bigger than average spaces. Easy to park.
L. S.
Clean, easy to navigate, great parking space indicators. Used in 2 weeks reduced rate period, won't be using once up to full price as too expensive compared to other in area...which is a shame
S. J.
It a beautifully place and very easy to find and close to local buses
H. N.
Taxi access is not there.could have provided more chairs for waiting passengers.
A. M.
A very clean and modern carpark
O. A.
Just a drop off but liked that I could be dropped right infront of the lifts
ダ.
Nice environment, convenience for interchange with train and tram service
A. G. (.
Great parking
Could be slightly cheaper
T. e.
Nice an clean but it's new not cheap !
F. A. (.
Beautiful place and close to the train station.
N. J. F.
Much improvement on old bus station at least it was warm inside
A. S.
Safe and secure car park.
L. C.
New and clean car park. A little pricey compared to others in the area. £10 for a couple of hours on a Sunday evening seemed a little excessive but I’ve been back since 🤷🏼♂️
D. S.
Clean modern with toilets good carpark
M. L.
Beautiful carpark. Very neat and safe!
J. C.
Smart Carpark! Nice n clean!
P. B.

D. I.
Plenty of spaces and fit for a big car
R. C.
So clean and airy, smelt new which made a change from most car parks.
V. T.
Very modern
Clean toilets
J. G.
New bus depot is well received.
A. b.
Bit on the expenses side. Clean and light. Easy to get in and out
P. G.
Wonderful car park
Soooo much better than the NCPs around here!
S. P.
I parked my car here, then returned later and drove away.
j. w.
Old fashioned, difficult to get to, and has the strong smell of urine. You can only pay by coins or bankcards, not bank notes. That being said, there's always a free space on the rooftop to park.
T. “. B.
Very clean, helpful staff
L. W.
Need some vending machines, drinks/snacks etc!!!
C. B.
Great car park, but VERY pricey!
J. F.
Best car park I have ever been to
A. C.
This car park is in a good location, and is very easy to find with the use of Google maps. I don't know Nottingham at all but found it with ease. It's well lit, there are cameras everywhere, and if you're going to the Motorpoint Arena it's just far enough away for it not to be packed, but still only a short walk.
I arrived there at 6:45pm on a weekday and stayed for four hours, i was charged £3 which i thought was a very fair price. Sure place looks old and worn down, but it's a car park, and it serves it's purpose.
The only bad thing I noticed is the height limit, it's very low. I don't think you would get a 4x4 in there, or even a car with a roof rack, so worth checking out before you arrive.
R. E.
Clean tidy warm and inviting.
G. T.
Much cleaner and without the smell of the previous Broad Marsh car park
T. W.
Easy access to Nottingham City Center, useful for the Broadmarsh shopping centre, late night fees are acceptable too, good parking to see the Ice hockey - 15min walk away.
A. R.
I ONLY WENT IN THE COACH STATION AND THAT WAS ABOUT 2 IN THE MORNING
M. S.
All car parks should be like this one. Excellent.
R. B.
It might look dark and dull. But I like that it's usually has spaces available. It's best value on a Saturday and Sunday. And close to the trams and railway
R. S.
Very well lit east access and exit
P. C.
Very nice modern multi story car park
S. F.
Located right in the centre of Nottingham city.
a. A.
I mean there's not much you can say about a car park, but it seems well maintained and has fair prices.
D. H.
I'll let you know when it's finished.
R. S.
Loved it
T. E.
Clean crisp and easy to park
M. G.
Modern, spacious with the exception of the ramps!
J. R.
Car park in a convenient location, but is dark, dirty and not the cheapest.
S. D.
Still not fully open, ongoing construction
M. H. Y.

M. K.
Love the place
K. H.
Good central parking and £3 over night.
D. P.
£3 all day on a Sunday but the car park is showing its age
J. D.
Cheapest multistory in Nottingham but falling to bits and the pay machine is frequently broken.
T. G. I.
Beautiful place
E. D.
Good position for town centre
D. L.
Car park bit tatty being pulled down soon
C. M.
Cheap but grimey
M. C.
Central to the town
B. A. L.
I just passed by anyway .
B. S.
Lost my car, never got it back
J. S.
Parked there due to hotel not having parking. Spent 32 quid on parking for two nights at hotel. Expensive, clean, modern.
c. s.
Place enriched with really good customer service
C. v. W.
(Translated) Spacious parking spaces, close to the center. High rates, but that's the case everywhere. A nice extra, there are clean toilets.
(Original)
Ruime parkeerplaatsen, dichtbij centrum. Hoge tarieven, maar dat is overal zo. Prettige bijkomstigheid, er zijn schone toiletten.
