Come here daily with my dog. Love it here. There is plenty of space for dogs to exercise, a group of walkers who go daily. A wooded area for a change if scenery. The only downside is parking. There is a lay buy or 2 near the nuthall pub or you will need to park in one of the surrounding estates. There's a basketball court and a kids bike park there as well. Plenty to do!

Could do with some slight improvement to the paths so water runs off them easier. This would make the park far nicer for wheelchair users, people pushing prams, cyclists etc to make more use of the park. It's such a nice relaxing place to go for a walk but gets extremely water-bogged in wet weather.

Huge park. BMX/skate area. Basketball/5 a side football court. Litter is bad - some people clearly have no respect for the area and there are very few bins. Great area for dog walking, running and cycling regardless though.

Wonderful place for walking or cycling. Lots of different pathways some going through the woods and some going to the large open space. Our dogs have always loved it roaming around.

Good BMX track plus basketball court, 5-a-side footy pitch all free to use. High dog-walking traffic area but still some nice walks around the park. Just keep your out for doggy brownies.

Only thing what ruins this places is irresponsible dog owners who let their dogs poo onto the way up to the park and on the park and do not clean up after their animals. Plus those who let their dogs off the lead who have no recall whatsoever, especially with the larger dogs. Bar this is a lovely open space

They've really spent some money on this place and it definitely shows. Great area for walking or cycling and you can spend hours here (when the weathers ok) Lots to do if you have children too and plenty of lovely spaces to wander around. Can get quite busy at peak times but it's so big you never really notice the crowds on busy days. If you fancy a lovely walk or bike ride then this is a really great space.

It's a large park ideal for dog walking. It's not particularly attractive except for the wooded area.

Great for walking the dogs off the lead. Lots of room to throw a ball. Never too busy and able to distance from others.

Its a large, flat, grassy area. The are 2m-wide tarmaced paths all around the perimeter and a couple of tracks cutting across the field. A wide variety of the ample trees encompass the tarmac track.

Great Park, right on our doorstep. Paths for joggers nd walkers. Loads of open space for your pets. Even like us if you have a dog that is a little nervous, they can still have fun as you can see all around so that you can avoid people if needed. Council have done great job. Be nice if we could have some work out equipment. We have basket ball court, a bmx track which both are well used. Now some excersise equipment would do us proud. Thank you for keeping it clean and tidy.

I bring my dog walking to the park quite a bit, its nice for them to run round safely. I would never come here with the family if I didn't have my dog. It gets very muddy at times, no lighting, you don't feel comfortable when it starts getting dark with the local scum hanging around on their moterbikes.

Lovely place for taking the dogs for a walk when the kids are at school. If it is outside school times or during the holidays it us not as relaxing and you have to watch out for the feral kids that spoil it for everyone by tearing around the place on stolen/unregistered bikes!

I like this place at some times of day and others I don’t. Many dog owners here think that a dog running at you and jumping up your legs or barking at you is okay as long as they cheerfully bellow, “It’s ok, he won’t hurt you!” Too much broken glass on the basketball court to want to use it.

A lovely open space, it’s a sham it was littered with rubbish and a few burnt out motorbikes the day we were there. We were filming from a documentary about country parks Local kids were helpful and excited about filming and more so when our drones came out for filming. One did ask if th drone could fly drugs to a p is on didn’t know if to laugh or cry.

The park is ideal for spending time alone in natural suuroundings. The combination of dense and lively woodland coupled with the quiet large open space makes for a truly delightful walk.

Less of a park more of a green area. Plenty of area to play football but very little amenities. That is a basketball court and a BMX track but no other part facilities.

the park its self isn't too much to talk about it used to be a place no one wanted to visit but now it has been refurbed in the last few years its a really nice open space with plenty to see. there are also a dirt jumps (bmx track) and basketball and football court in this park too. but drainage of the water and mud that collect on the paths should be sorted as its hard to get from one side of the park without getting muddy or wet so im giving this park a 3 star rating until it gets sorted out

why would you vist a park that was once a tip its a beautifull country park with no yobs want to visit a landmark go wollaton park local residents would totally disagree with what you said no wonder it gets bad results when you make out its a landmark to vist when its a residential park nothing else
