I'm fortunate in that Crown Lakes Park is only a 5 minute walk from my house. I've wandered its miles of paths, around lakes, through copses, over bridges, across wide green swards in all weathers and at many different times of day. It's a great place to get away from the travails of the day and to sit and watch the birds and wildlife doing their thing around you. There's parking available right at the entrance for those who have to come a little further.

A surprisingly beautiful spot, lots to see and a lovely circular walk which took around a hour and a half. Perfect views of the lake and sky on a sunny day.

Crown Lakes never disappoint. The park is really well taken care of and you can enjoy it in any season. In summer it's especially beautiful with lots of wild flowers.

Nice secluded park, with a clean and well presented walk way around the perimeter and through some wooded shaded areas. Some piers for local fishermen, plenty of waste bins and dog waste bins around the park, grass is regularly mowed, and the lake water is really clean. Nice little spot for clearing your head and staring at the water to find some calm. Free parking but very limited spaces.

The only thing was my granddaughter Emma caught her little finger in as she was closing gate. I had to quickly release gate to get her finger out. So please be careful when closing gates. It did hurt her and Mark it. There will be a bruise there now. Sadly 😥

Fantastic area but has no facilities at all. Simply a nice place to get out for a few hours.

Great place to relax and meet some wildlife. Perfect for a family's day out and feed the ducks and swans. There's a small car park which tends to be busy during peak times. There is no coffee stall anywhere so make sure to buy take away coffee if you want one.

It's a wonderful place to go for a simple stroll, biking, hiking or just to see nature. It's great for families as we have 4 kids it is perfect. Hills to ride down on bikes for the older kids and ones that are perfect for the younger ones. It has a field in the front before you walk in to the park. It is both a football field and a work out station with a kids play area! Love it!

Nice place to take the dog. Tracks and big green. Ducks on lake. Only negative vehicles are chewing up some tracks making them very slippery and dangerous. They need some gravel or sand? Otherwise it's so bad someone is going to get hurt. If they are earning money from fishermen they need to plough some of it back . Found it difficult to keep upright near entrance to lake.

This park was easy to find and there was parking. The park was massive and a map or direction posts would have been helpful. A lovely lake where you can sit and watch the ducks was a nice place to rest. The park also had wooded areas and open spaces.

Nice Park located of the beaten track, can walk in peace without worrying about traffic. Some parking near to entrance. Lots of ducks and swans to feed. Only problem is not enough benches to sit on, but plenty of bins for rubbish.

I like it. A bit on the wild side, not very cared for, in some points looks very wild and untouched or long since they done something. Going around for a walk you get in some points where you would rather turn around. But I like it.

Wonderful little known park loved by walkers and dogs. A good two hours to explore all the paths. A low sloping lake where water dogs can have the best time ever (try and get them out). Mostly accessible paths but in winter some paths get very muddy round the top of the meadow and O&H Hampton who own the site have never resolved this after three winters of asking. Otherwise would have rated five stars.

Great for off-lead dog walking, even in bad weather as there are paths, and a few fields for playing ball. No cafe but there is a few bins, and a nice open pond for the dog to take a dip. Parking is limited but is free. The first 100m on entering can be a bit like ‘poo alley’ sometimes, I’m sad to say. Pick it up people.

Not the biggest country park but has some lovely areas to walk. Brings you close to the lakes with trails that run through the reed beds. Whether walking you dog or bird watching, theres something for all.

Wonderful place to walk and let the pace of life pass you by. A number of different walks around the lake and parkland, wildlife in abundance, and lovely areas to sit and picnic with friends family or by yourself.

Nice area with walking paths along a lake and in the woods/fields - spent around 40 minutes walking around here just before sunset. There is a section of boardwalks and benches from time to time. I would recommend wearing hiking boots if it has rained lately as there can be some mud.

Excellent place to go with the dog or your family if you have children. Nice, quiet and clean. Most people care about it and take their rubbish away(with some exceptions). Free on site parking, many paths to explore.

Parking is a nightmare on a busy day. The lakes them self are a lovely walk, my kids love winter time there cos off the muddy paths, would recommend a walk.

Really great place for a walk, however please be so careful with your dogs. We went for a walk here many times, on our last occation our dog chased an animal and ended up on the train tracks. He was hit and died. There are small gaps in the fence along the western part of the park, where our dug got through. The train tracks are only 10m on the other side. Please be carerful and I hope you dont have to go through what we have. R.I.P Perro....

Beautiful well kept park. The car park is often busy at weekends in the summer but there is street parking close by. There's a small playground near the car park but otherwise no facilities just a lovely place to walk or relax.
