Picked up my new car today from Marshall Honda Peterborough and can honestly say I am extremely impressed with the service I received. I dealt with Scott from start to finish and received first class treatment, Scott telephoned regularly to update me on my order, he was completely professional and very polite each time. The handover was comprehensive and went extremely smoothly. I have had a few cars over the years and the service I received from Scott was first class, I therefore highly recommend Scott and Marshall Honda. I love my new car - thank you!

I had an excellent service with Dominic Walden from start to finish. Although I didn’t purchase a car, he was so polite and professional that it is swaying me to buy one! Having researched the Market for some time for a particular model of car, I found the one that I wanted (a used vehicle) at Marshall’s Honda Peterborough. Despite the challenges for the garage of the car firstly not being a Honda and secondly with me being 3,000 miles away, the sales representative (Mr Dom Walden) was simply 1st class; considerate, professional and displaying a ‘can do’ attitude throughout the transaction. His relentless efforts and constant communication with me (via various virtual media means and email) ensured that I made the purchase with confidence and reassurance. Absolutely appalling after sales! (25/4/22) Recently bought an approved used ‘premium’ car and after getting home realised there was a blemish (lacquer peeling off) on rear left bumper. I missed it during collection and there was no mention of this in dealership description of the vehicle nor on any of cars pictures. I contacted Marshall’s Honda Peterborough immediately including pictures of the fault but they wouldn’t own it. I suggested partaking in the cost of repair (got a quote of £250) but they simply declined having anymore to do with me on the matter. No gesture of good will, no apologies, no reasonable solution offered, no nothing. Flat NO. I am disappointed and find this very poor customer service. Actually total lack of one to be honest. Marshall’s Peterborough have a lot to learn yet if they want to run a successful business where happy customers recommend them to others. I most certainly won’t be recommending Marshall’s to anyone. Shame, as I’m otherwise happy with the car but the experience have been totally ruined. **update 12/5/22 - I was contacted by the dealership the very same day the above review was posted. I’m happy to say we have since come to an understanding where the repair of the blemish on the bumper got fully paid by Marshall Honda Peterborough and arranged at my local southwest Marshall garage. I’m now happy to amend my rating to 4 stars. Not 5 as I feel this whole charade could have been easily avoided if only Peterborough dealership talked to me when I first raised an issue.

Having looked around the UK for a Honda CRV i can across a model that James Leckenby was selling on behalf of Marshall's. Will i have dealt with sales people all my life and can say that James has broken the mould. James was helpful right from start answering all my questions and if the answer was not known would come back to me with the answers. He was very truthful with descriptions and not saying what I wanted to hear. The after sales care was also helpful, courteous, and polite. Absolutely and positively happy with the service I received from both Vejay and Monique. They were patient and understanding and even though I felt we didn't make things easy for them, they were great. Sold my old 2007 Accord and bought my wife the last 2015 plate Accord with very low mileage. I get her old 2010 S-Type, also with very low mileage, so it's a win win. I highly recommend Vejay as a person to go to if your looking for a car, and it doesn't have to be a Honda as he can search their entire database.

I cannot express how impressed and happy I am with my recent customer experience in Marshall Honda Peterborough!! I needed an oil and oil change very soon. When I call the service department, they were able to book my car in for the next day which was very efficient! When I left my car with them; I have received a text message with a link to ‘Workshop Window’. Sam changed the oil and oil filter as well as checking all the tyres and brakes with no extra cost! To me, this is something revolutionary and my local Honda Should definitely have! When I went back to get my car, I could not recognise my car ( it was so dirty after 1000miles road trip), as it was washed and hoovered! What an amazing experience! Susan was very friendly and accommodating! I wish I could service my car in Marshall Honda Peterborough all the time. Thanks to you guys, I still have the faith in Honda’s customer service! My local Honda has to learn a lot from your dealer. Thank you very much!!!

Purchased a 2nd hand Jazz just over a week ago. The salesperson John was very helpful, As the car was not on site he informed me and sent a short video when it did arrive. All paperwork was completed and the car had been cleaned inside and out. Had to return car as the battery was not holding a charge. This time Chris and one of the service team where able to sort out the program. Great service from all the team.
