Reviews of St. Catherine's Park

Lovely park, great for dog walks..especially those who love to splash around in the water!
Also a fantastic wooden play area for families. One entrance has steps but the rest are all accessible, just have kissing gates.

Lovely gardens, but it's part of a hospice???

Great little park with a military Inglis Bridge replica and access to the WW1 memorial. Generally clean and tidy.

Nice little park, stepping stones across the river or go across the bridge.
Have lived near bye for decades, played in the river as a kid.
Massive monument to those who gave their lives for our country.

Took my dog for a walk through. We've not been for a couple of years... both of us enjoyed the peace and quiet and for me to catch up on memories from my last visit

Takeaway coffees, nice little walk from Todd Lane. Seating dotted around in grounds and outside. Seating inside and outside cafe when they can reopen other than this. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely place the bridge is a great addition, I sometimes found the stepping stones daunting if the water level was high, a nice play area, with natural appearance, would like to see a shady pathway opened in the trees for hot days when walking the dogs.

Space to run around , play frizbee, and chill out. So quiet, always have place to ourselfs. Great for picnic.

A wonderful peaceful place to relax and have a meal or drink. Staff and volunteers are exceptional, and you know that going there adds essential funding for the remarkable work the Hospice does.

Beautilful parkland.
It is lovely greenland with a decent size stream running through it with either a bridge or stepping stones to cross.
The play area has recently been upgraded and is really good and it has parking.
If you go to the end of the park you come out behind the war memorial next to the roundabout with the wicker man and the wall well worth a vist to reflect or if you just want to see what is there.
The other side of the road is woodland with paths going through the trees and leads to st catherines hospice.
