Used them several times, absolutely no problems ever. It’s not the cheapest service but we wouldn’t go anywhere else. This next trip we have just had to change the vehicle that we’d booked in, a couple of weeks before departure, as it got sold. Sent CPS an email. 2 hours later I was called by them to get full details of the new car. All done and dusted, and absolutely free. Thank you CPS, we are big fans. 👍👍

Amazing customer service. Whilst away on a 16 night cruise my electric car alerted me that the battery only had 7% charge left and I still has 9 days of my cruise left. After an email to their offices I was greeted with a response that my car was on charge and would be left for a couple of days. This mean I had no expensive AA visit and a stressful arrival back in Southampton. I cannot thank them enough for this and allowed me to enjoy the remainder of my cruise.

Our F type Jaguar car was valet parked prior to our cruise on 9th April this year. On our return the manager was waiting for us and explained our car was damaged due to another vehicle having rolled into ours as the handbrake had been left off. There was a scratch to the paintwork of about eighteen inches. The manager apologised, gave us all his details and said to arrange the repair work and CPS would pay directly to the Jaguar garage. The manager Richard was totally true to his word, as soon as the quotation was arranged, the invoice was paid prior to the work being completed. The car is now as good as new. Although, our car was damaged, CPS was straight and honest with us immediately. Therefore, we would not hesitate to leave any of our vehicles with them again.

CPS were recommended by Princess cruises and they were excellent. You drive literally to the ship, they take photos of your car, you take you luggage on to the ship, they drive it two minutes to car park. On return you walk five minutes to car park and off you go!

Used CPS at Southampton about 4 times in the last 3 years and always found them extremely courteous, helpful and considerate of different peoples conditions. Never feel rushed and even during these Covid days, the service is just as great. So much so that in 2022 we will be using them at least 5 times.

This is the first time we have used CPS and we were very happy with the service. Parking up was effortless. Photos were taken of the car and then it was taken and parked up. Collecting the car literally took a few minutes. We have booked again for our cruise in October and would definitely recommend if anyone asked.

Alway a pleasure to use this company. Staff always polite and friendly. They have always helped with taking luggage out of car and remind us to check we have got everything. We have a 250 mile drive home but that is no problem. The beauty when the ship retuns is to book a late departure from the ship. By this time most of the cars have left the car park. Would highly recommend.

I had to park here the other day so I could get on a boat to go somewhere else. The parking attenants where quite fun and we got parked very quickly. Once I came back a few days later my car was exactly where we left it, thus expediting a hassle free homeward journey. As an aside, I needed to update my car reg on the booking, I emailed CPS and they updated their records within literally a few seconds - I was very impressed with their service.

Usual excellent service from CPS. Arrived early (3rd car in queue). Greeted by super lady who helped us then took photos of our car. It was a rainy return to Southampton but we found that most of the walk to the key collection booth was along a covered walk way. Greeted by very cheerful helpful ladies. Great service. Not cheap but the most secure and the best.

Used CPS for a cruise from Southampton in September on P and O Ventura. Great service on embarkation - drove straight in, unloaded luggage, lovely lady photographed car, gave us ticket for return and car was driven away. Short walk with luggage trolley to conveyer belt for ship - whole process took about 15 minutes. Very impressed. HOWEVER - absolute chaos on return. No help from anyone - wheeled heavy luggage trolley quite a way over to a kiosk where car keys were exchanged for return ticket. Someone pointed a wavering finger over to a very large car park and shouted “F1” to us. Well, F1 was a big area, full of cars parked haphazardly in very long rows. Eventually finding the car, we loaded it up and prepared for the journey home - 40 minutes later we were still queuing in the car park as it was absolute chaos trying to get out. There appeared to be just one lane for what must have been hundreds of cars all anxious to go home. No-one was prepared to let anyone into the queue ~ it was awful. CPS are very efficient and helpful when it comes to booking and embarkation. However, they are just not interested when it comes to collecting your car for the homeward journey. Very disappointed after what started off as an impressive service. Will not book with them again. We are going to stay in a Southampton hotel next time with parking and shuttle bus facilities - couldn’t go through those awful queues again. CPS need to sort this out.
