R. J.Spend £30 in IKEA and get free 3 hours parking!
Carpark is great although spaces seem small.
But plenty of spaces and room on floors not near the exit floor.
H. S.I was shopping yesterday and I was going back to my car in the ikea car park till I realised I was in the wrong car park as there is 2. I’m disabled on crutches so my mum went to find help for me as I can’t walk far. So my mum found security called Ben and he brought me a wheelchair over for me to use and took me and my mum to the other car park thank you very much. Helen
D. B.Numberplate recognition for carpark exit is a bit dodgy. Otherwise, it's a great carpark for most carpark things. Except there's no car charger. So a bit rubbish if you want to charge your car up.
A. M.Easy parking to visit store. Number plate recognition. Enter your reg when checkout to claim free parking.
M. A.Only park at level 0 and 1 as those floors only has the payment ticket machine. Also, how the car park work is that you pay when you leave, no need to register anything as at the entrance your plate number is registered. So when you leave and pay, you just need to enter your plate number and it will tell your how many hours you've parked and need to pay.
R. C.Affordable parking, lots of spaces. Elevator and stairs available. Added bonus was free parking for 2 hours if you spend over £20 in IKEA. My only complaint is that out of all 5 levels only one ticket pay machine was working, had to stand in line for a while just to pay the parking fee.

Only gripe is the lack of signage to show where the Click & Collect is located.

c. p.Barrier parking. Free if you spend £30+ only 2 pay machines so be prepared to queue
J. H.If you want to drive to IKEA this is the place to park. Great to charge your electric car too.
L. N.Very steep curved ramps, and quite tight spaces given you'll be loading up with flatpack at the end of the visit. But it's free of you purchase in store (£25 I think?)

J. H.Love shopping here. If your lucky you get to see the cruise ships. Loads to see and buy for everything in your house. Lots of walking.
A. S.This is my favourite parking in Westquay. I regularly stock up on their food in the Swedish shop, which makes this essentially free parking 😄, though to use this you do have to have your receipt validated for parking by one of the staff at the main tills.
S. J.As always depends on how busy it is but generally no problems at all if the do get full they have access to the west quey parking structure and will honor the free parking two hours if you spend over £20 at least it was on the occasion that I experienced
C. T.We love this shop but they need to sort out the customers who were walking aimlessly about and not taking any notice of the arrows showing where they were supposed to go due to covid.
A. M.Great store for all your household needs. Plenty of parking spaces. Restaurant staff are fabulous but I'm only giving four stars as sometimes the food isn't hot enough and I find the coffee is tasteless
A. C.Great for a free top-up of the leaf too as they knock £6 off your idea bill if you show them the receipt email. We rarely put more than £4 in 😀

A. W.Multi storey car park. It's normally free of you spend £20. You can usually find spaces at any time. However, lunchtime can be difficult because people go for lunch, then shop!
