Small park with bowling greens, lawn area, benches, flower beds. Not a lot to do but a nice area for a sit down in the open air or let kids run around and play on the grass.

Better know as Clarence Street Gardens these are an oasis near York Hospital. Tere is a bowling green and a children's play area near by.
