Reviews of The Web Adventure Park
J. K.
Amazing day out, suitable for all the family.
This is one of my favourite days out with my family it’s just over an hours drive but totally worth it, not only is it an affordable really good day out but the park is continuously improving but have still keep their prices really fare and affordable.
There’s a little something for everyone in my opinion and it caters really well for our family which includes a 1 year old and 6 and 10 year old.
Everywhere is really clean, animals are well looked after, staff are extremely friendly and seem genuinely happy in there jobs overall really well run amazing park.
Food is always really nice and there’s a good range of options, specially for toddlers which I really like as a kids meal is too big for my little one so a lot normally goes to waste.
D. H.
Exceptional day out!! This place will go along way offering affordability like it does everything is brilliant we had a wonderful day. The staff are magical they need alot of credit as they keep the place immaculate and everything functioning properly. The food is really good value with the menu having a good range. We will definitely be visiting for years to come. Well done everyone at WEB 👌🏻👍🏻

Visited recently and we had a nice time. It was on a Sunday (school holidays) and still the rides did not have any queues or waiting time. There are around 10-12 rides, indoor play area and animals area and you can easily spend 3-4 hours here.
C. J.
First time visit today. Me and my 4 year old loved it. Staff were lovely, queues in rides were low, at some points my daughter got of, ran round and got on again 😀 good indoor play area too. We didn't want to come home (and had spent the whole day there, arriving at 1030 and leaving at 6)
A. M.
Really nice day out for the family. There is a big indoor play centre which is excellent for if the weather is bad. Outdoor playground is also good but not as big. Don't bother buying the animal food. Only the goats and the horses can eat it and they are being fed 1000 times a day

First year of Santa for my Son in the toddle
Into Xmas sessions and it was a really great family experience we all enjoyed it . Appropriate rides for the age group and had a really fun day both in the soft play and at the Xmas experience, both the Santa and the elves were great . We also had food which was delicious and Staff were all also really friendly . Definitely recommend
A. V. D.
Very good. Massive soft play and amazing food. Rides were perfect for my little one who is 4 years old. Great day out
K. M.
We had so much fun last week. I was a little worried about how many people would be there but you've done an amazing job limiting numbers with the baby and toddler sessions. It is the first year my daughter understands Santa and you had the best Santa I've ever seen!! We are bringing a friend and her son of Friday to meet Santa too. Really felt safe and staff were friendly like always. Definitely recommend the baby/toddler sessions !!
C. W.
A great place for families and especially younger children. Loads to do. We spent plenty of time outside as well as in the play centre. The cafe food is all fresh and delicious. A slight mix up with our order was quickly apologised for and corrected. Staff were cleaning constantly around the site. Just the toilets that could have been a bit cleaner but the baby change was spotless. I can definitely recommend this place and we'll be looking to come back when our 11 week old is bigger so she can have as much fun as her sister.
*Updated 13/04/22*
Another fantastic day out & this time we brought some friends and their kids. The site have clearly spent some money updating the animal area. The rides are still great, even more for the little ones. The new entrance from the car park is much safer and straight forward. The staff were still really friendly and helpful and the food was so quick! Great value for money when you consider once your in all the rides are paid for and we definitely got our money's worth on the rollercoaster! Friends have said they want to come again later in the year as it's worth the hours drive.
K. F.
Amazing place, definitely value for money! We visited on Easter Sunday minimal ques for rides and loads of seats in the massive soft play area, really lovley family day out!
L. J.
We had a lovely day out here with a 1 year old and 5 year old. The children were so excited to see Santa which was made extra special by the amazing elf’s who were all so friendly and the magical light tunnel they have! We all loved our experience here and there was so much to do. The fun never stopped!
A. R.
The outside area is such a brilliant addition. Well worth the money for a full day of fun. My kids are desperate to go back!
J. H.
We visited last week, what a fabulous place.
We will definitely be coming back.
Ques for the rides were very low and my children managed to get on everything lots of times.
Indoor soft play is very big, clean and the children loved it.
On the day we came it was 27 degrees, understanding we don't get this heat very often we found there to be little shade around the park. (Gazebo was put up in the sand pit area) 😊
My children were really excited to go into the water area, unfortunately it was full of older children and teenagers throwing buckets of dirty water at everyone. Staff members were walking past and not diffusing this, granted they are their parents responsibility.
We found a small spot where my 2 year old could just walk through and came out quickly after she got drenched by the bigger children.
L. C.
Further to my previous review we have been back today and had an amazing day. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the whole park was immaculate. The grandkids loved it and got on all the rides numerous times. We got there at 10.30 and didn’t leave until 5.00 and would still have been there if the kids had their way. Full marks to everyone for a massive improvement. We will be back soon and would recommend to anyone looking for a good value day out for kids.
E. M.
Absolutely brilliant place. Highly recommend. My 7 year old absolutely loved it and has asked if we can go back.
Rides: spot on, enough for littles and larges.
Food: lovely (wish I'd seen that the soft play area did food too for more options but that's my fault, it was clearly marked on the map that I didn't read and the burgers and hot dogs were lovely)
Staff: helpful and friendly
Toilets: clean and checked often
Animals: friendly
Giant pillows: hilarious
Soft play area: nice and big with plenty to do
Park area: fab, plenty to do
Shows/entertainment: funny and lively
We didn't really go on the 'beach area or splash pad' but everything was brilliant.
L. R.
I bring my little boy who is autistic here about once a week on a weekday. We both love it - the soft play indoor area is fantastic and so well thought out, the outdoor area with the animals and play areas are just as good! The food and drinks are really delicious too.
However the staff are what make it for us - everyone I've met has been kind, understanding and welcoming which is not always easy with a child with a disability. Our visit to Santa was no exception! Thanks Web!
J. H.
We had a great time at the adventure park.
Positives: There's something for all the family. The staff were very friendly and informative when enquiring about future bookings.
There is a hand washing station to clean your hands after touching the animals.
The baby sensory section was better than expected, our little man loved the ball pool.
Negatives: None in my opinion.
A. T.
Very very good day out and value for money now the outdoor rides have been introduced. Will definitely come again soon. Family favourite.
F. H.
Visited today for my birthday with my partner and toddler. Lovely indoor area lots to do and food was good. Unfortunately it was raining so all the outdoor rides were closed felt quite disappointed they weren’t open even when the rain stopped. I feel this would have been the highlight of the day but missed out 😞 will definitely visit again in the better weather.
R. T.
The adventure park is really beginning to show its wear and tear. We love coming here for its size and variety but recent visits have been more disappointing with elements of the soft play damaged or unsuitable. The air cannons, for example, mostly don’t work and the play village is missing many of its props. All the fancy dress items were ripped or damaged in some way, the vets setting was completely empty (nothing to play with) and the lights didn’t work in one of the settings.
At lunch time all of the high chairs and trays on the stack were incredibly sticky and barely clean to an ideal standard.
For such a big soft play it is a great place to bring children of a variety of ages but it really needs some TLC.
E. L.
Took our 5 year old grandaughter to The Web Adventure Park and what an amazing day she had. The indoor soft play is the largest I've seen and definitely a hit with lots of children. Reasonably priced food and drink is available here and in other outside areas of the park. Children's entertainer, Dazzling Dan, was brilliant too. There were enough rides for younger children to enjoy with the caterpillar roller coaster being the favourite ride of the day. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Even though the Park was busy, queueing was never an issue. You can easily spend a whole day here and in terms of value for money it's excellent. Will definitely be returning for another visit.
S. D.
The indoor and outdoor play area was good but I was not impressed with the food service. I ordered at the till and waited for almost an hour to get my kids orders. This is after reminding and been told it was on its way after 45 minutes and then had to go chase again after which I got 1 portion and then go back to chase then again that I still am waiting for the other plate of food. It was frustrating as my kids were really hungry and it was not a pleasant experience, sadly
B. L.
Omg this is soooo worth the money it cost for 2 adults and 2 children £54 that's with a bag of animal food for the 2 kids too. At first I thought that's quite expensive but once there and experienced a full day wow it was definitely worth it ..something for everyone the kids smiles and excitement was worth the price in itself but there's so much to do and the shows were amazing too. I highly recommend very clean, friendly staff and a fun filled day.
L. M.
We absolutely love it here! And now that there's a fun fair included in the price , it's good value for money! The food is lovely too and there's a GLUTEN FREE option! Plenty for kids , indoor and outdoor! Amazing!!
J. A.
We've been today and had a fantastic time. Kids and parents really enjoyed it. The only reason I didnt give 5* is because inside the main cafe area with the play gym/soft play was absolutely boiling. Hot sunny day and it was cooler outside. Definitely needs aircon in there and maybe some wasp catchers outside. Other than that it was a perfect day.
L. C.
Great place to bring kids of all ages as the activities cater for a very wide range. Baby area, toddler soft play section and the (very large) main soft play section inside. Outside you have a petting zoo, an outdoor playground, a tricycle track, a tractor track and also a pre-bookable high ropes course for the bigger ones.
Food quality is great & the menu have a good selection.
L. C.
Lovely and clean, loads to do and food was good too
A. Y.
Absolutely amazing! Excellent for younger children as well as older ones.
Indoors there is a large soft playgym, a football area, a disco area, craft area as well as a play village with ride on cars and little houses and shops.
Outdoors they have go karts, pedal cars, ride on toys as well as a large climbing structure for older children. My children (9, 3, and 2) especially loved the outdoor sand and water areas where they could experiment and explore with a variety of different tools and pulleys/buttons etc to make the water flow.
There is an animal area with two ponies, two goats, two pigs, rabbits, chickens and Guinea pigs. Children can get up close to them and stroke the smaller animals.
Food was excellent quality at an affordable price. Usually when you go to these types of activity centres for children you compromise on the food but not here. Very pleased indeed.
There is also a large aerial assault course for bigger children and adults.
All in all, excellent facilities, polite and helpful staff... great place for the whole family. Easily occupied us for the full day.
A. C.
The soft play area is great and it’s good how it’s divided into age sections. They also have other play areas away from soft play, the role play area and the softball areas were equally as were the outside activities. It’s nice to go out and see the animals and ride the go carts as a break from the loudness and heat inside for a while. We all had a great time here, only criticism is that the coffee was very expensive at nearly £3. I saw people that had taken their own food in and were clearly having picnics outside. Anyway if we are in the area would definitely go again.
H. P.
We came here with kids aged 2,5,8,11&12 and all of them had a brilliant time (as did the adults), there’s loads to do, you really can spend a whole day here and it’s such good value. If you consider that rides are usually £2 a go per person at other places each of the kids we had already got their moneys worth out of their tickets within about an hour of being there! It wasn’t insanely busy either, it felt very safe. The food was nice, the coffee was REALLY NICE I was not expecting that! We will definitely be returning one day! Only downside was that I slipped over on the grass behind the splash area, banged my head on the floor and got drenched, that area is slippery !( Web adventure if you read this, if that was on CCTV my partner would love a copy he was gutted that he missed it ) I live close enough that I can nip and get changed but if you’re visiting from afar I would recommend bring spare clothes in the car, not just because I slipped but because you know what kids are like !
E. M.
We have been a couple of times and my kids have really enjoyed it. Lots to do for young children
D. C.
Worth every penny to see the happiness on our daughters face. It was our first visit in years to the York area and came across this place when looking for something to do as we had a free day, so we booked it. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the coffee was good. The toilets were better than some play areas we've been to, I'd say 8/10 but if parents taught their children how to put toilet paper in the toilet and flush then they'd get 10/10.
Overall a brilliant afternoon.
C. S.
The wife and I took our oldest (6) for a visit. She had a blast, and we did too. Massive indoor soft-play park, a nice under five area, then lots of outdoor rides and attractions as well. It looks like parking may be a challenge, so get there early. Great coffee as well, but the lunch fare was pretty rough. Overall, great fun, and we wore a small child OUT. Money well spent.
R. B.
Always have a great time with the kids, lots to do. Some rides for the older ones as well as younger so 👌.
K. F.
What an amazing day! We book our son and his best friend for a day out and there was so much to do! It was a decent price, you could go on the rides as many times as you want and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. It was clean and well maintained and the staff were lovely and friendly. Such a lovely place to go and we will be back.
M.
This is a great place to come as a family. Very impressed with the range of funfair type rides outside! Something here for the whole family! I didn’t taste the food, but it looks really good. Free car parking also! Oh and they are putting on magic shows and game shows throughout the day xx
N. b.
We went during the week. Indoor soft play was great that little one enjoyed. Outdoor area was mostly closed as was midweek but you could see the animals and some play equipment. However, the seating tables were all a bit minging and needed a good clean. Overall a great few hours and recommend
d. e.
The first place in York I'd like to visit again and again. Various activities, indoor and outdoor playing, water play, animal area and restaurants as well. Suitable for all age groups from babies to adults 😍
a. j.
Great place for kids. Massive indoor play gym and loads to do outside too. A little farm is outside with tree top walking and zip wire at the end which is great for the kids too. Been here a few times and learnt to order food early to avoid the rush
C. “. H.
I can’t tell you how aggrieved I am about the latest changes at the park. It’s always been a joy to come along, but hated the fact that adults had to pay to get into a children’s park.
Now they have upped the ante. Just had to pay £52 for two kids and two adults. £15 for a child is ok but £10 for adults is just taking the you know what. Also, you can no longer bring a picnic to enjoy - you are left with a cafe that’s great but expensive.
Such a shame, they have taken a pleasant afternoon out with the kids and turned it into a noisy, expensive and quite quite frankly a money grabbing web of greed.
I’m only rating three stars as the kids love the indoor space.
J. G.
We took our three year old daughter and she had a fantastic time. An excellent introduction to theme parks. A good variety of different ridea and entertainments.
Good understanding of the different needs of toddlers and young children, with nice separated areas on things like the soft play and air cushions (think bouncy castles without the sides).
Staff were friendly and good natured. Everything seemed well maintained and clean.
It is definitely geared up for the younger child, so probably avoid is everyone is over ten. But if you do have a mix of ages there are some more exciting rides to ensure that older siblings don't feel ignored.
m. s.
Kids had a fab day loved it apart from one member of staff who was working on the ferris wheel.he was so unprofessional he was a big lad with glasses on the way he goes about his work is shocking my kids didn't want to go back on that ride again after the way he went on the no need for him. If he doesn't want to work where little kids are I think he needs a new job.
W. B.
First visit and was brilliant. Kids loved it plenty to do. Good value for money. Will definitely go back hopefully when it's not raining.
E. S.
I absolutely love this place it was my first time here. I had to come on a bus and it drops you right outside which was so easy is you dont drive. There is so much to do for all ages and I will definitely be going back.
R. M.
Amazing day out!! Well worth the money! Looking forward to going again at Christmas because their Halloween decorations were great!
S.
Great day for the kids with plenty of space and things to do both inside and out, so if the weather is rubbish, as usual in this country, at least it doesn't ruin your day! Definitely recommend a visit!
R. L.
I called today for advice (as a single mum with some particular needs/interests) and received wonderful support (over the phone). I was treated with kindness, patience and thoughtfulness.
W. A.
Beautiful adventure .. the staff was very friendly n polite .. proper entertainment from 2 years to adults ... do give em a visit n enjoy .. beautiful animals in the zoo area, some adventurous play area ...
J. B.
Originally posted a negative review because it had become expensive for what it was. However, fair play to the owners who have expanded it a lot over the last year or so without increasing the entry fee, making it much better value for money. There are plenty of rides which cater for all ages and the food is very good too. Can definitely now spend a full day here.
E. W.
Visited many times older kids like the high objects course and zip wire, but a big disappointment now since lockdown they ha⁸ve split into the separate companies and the part suitable for younger children is now separate so if you are a family with young kids and teenagers you have to pay twice this splits you family plus they have now a noisy
Fairground on site. Very disappointed.
j. h.
Some of the negative reviews for this place are scandalous - the brightness of the lights?! First time visiting: the indoor play area is huge, the food (pizza) was lovely, areas were clean and tidy, magician was brilliant, outside rides were very good and the staff on the rides were attentive and smiling even when the rain was hammering it down. Will return, highly recommended, top place! My son had a brilliant time. Thank you
S. G.
The Web is our favourite place to go in York and is always improving/developing. The soft play inside is really big, with such a variety of different things for all ages. It’s really clean and well maintained too. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is so good - especially the pizza!
The outdoor play is amazing and in summer we could easily spend a whole day here outside. My kids especially love the large sandpit and the water play area.
The recent addition of the fairground rides just adds to the fun and we love the shows that are put on during Christmas, half terms etc.
Also love the newly updated animal area!
A visit is always a guaranteed full day and we love it!
C. C.
We visited for the first time and was hoping that making the 140mile round trip would be worth it….
Well you didn’t disappoint! My 4 year old son absolutely loved the whole park and we spent nearly all day there- he didn’t want to go home. So much to do and so much thrown in for the entry price. Well worth it. We will be back! 😊
I.
Its a nice place to take babies , toddlers and kids of all age. There are lots of indoor soft play and outdoor playing options like slides , swings , sand area , tractor play area , fun adventure rides , water play area , etc for kids of all age. There are also few rides available for adults to enjoy. There is also a small farm area with animals like horses , alpacas , sheep, goat and chicken. The park is crowded during weekends and public holidays so pre-booking online is recommended. They also have a small but good cafe and eating options. The entire place is wheelchair accessible except the magical show area. Overall a fun day to spend for all !
C. S.
What a fabulous place! Fun for all ages, with rides, animals, 2 large rubber bouncing areas (toddlers thru 6, 7 n up), large sandy play area, a wet area with shooting water and more! A few eating places, 1 with a huge indoor soft play area. The only fault I can say is the food is expensive! Our next trip will be with a packed lunch and drinks! Definitely recommend a visit.
E. S.
Visited the web with our toddler on a Friday morning and it was great! We paid £12 for our son and two adults, which we thought was really reasonable given all the different activities on offer; baby sensory, toddler soft play area, soft ball shooting, beach area, water play, outdoor playground and animals.
We ordered food from the main cafe just before 12, it arrived really quickly and was good value. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We only stayed for a few hours as our toddler was worn out but you could easily spend a whole day here with older children.
S. M.
Had a brilliant time, really a nice fun place especially for younger children. You can take a picnic too and your own drinks!
C. K.
Came with my two children, my daughter being 8 and son 13, not one complaint, even from the teenager, which is amazing, never happened before, both absolutely in their element and not bickering at all, again, amazing, even got a cheeky magic show while we ate our lunch!
B. W.
Great day out. Lots to do for my 7yr and 10yr old inside and out. Endless goes on the rides. Loved the bouncy pillows send the shows. We were there all day. Only recommendation would be to add a toilet block at the far end.
L. G.
Really good value for money. 3rd visit now with my girls (9 and 10). For what you pay (which i think is pretty reasonable) there is a lot to do. Really large softplay, which the kids still enjoy popping into. Outdoor park with swings and climbing frame. Animals to see and feed (with a small additional cost for the food). Best of all, fairground rides included in the ticket price. Food is pretty standard but reasonably priced. Only downside is that adults have to pay which seems strange given they're not really going to take part in many of the things to do. Overall definately recommend!
S. R.
Wow. What a place. We decided very early on a Sunday morning to go here - great decision! I cannot believe it wasn't absolutely heaving. The prices are excellent for what you get. even the food was nice rather than passable. Just a brilliant place that is a must visit for anyone with young kids!
M. P.
Really good day out we arrived at 10 and stayed the full day loads to do staff very organised and friendly
S. H.
Really nice day out if you have you have young kids. Indoor softplay, outdoor play area, various shows, rides, crazy golf and a few animals too. This is our 2nd visit as we didn't get round to doing everything but the kids could easily have spent more time here.
P. M.
This place is amazing. Staying in york in a hotel our 2 year old needed to burn off energy. Found web adventure on google abd glad we.did. little bit.more expensive than.other play centres but.worth every penny.
M. N.
First visit today with my 13 mth old granddaughter. Much better than I expected! So much for the little ones that tend to often get forgot about. Loads of slides..huge ballpool..soft play..toddler village..so much more. Great food as well..lovely kids menu. And outside lots of little animals and wooden climb frames. Excellent value
B. O.
Absolutely amazing place for children and family. Friendly staff, great food and affordable 👌. My family loved it.
M. J.
Attended for a party, it was lots of fun, my 4.5 year old loved it. The party food was great and staff were very attentive. Creepies is always really well maintained and clean.
E. W.
Fantastic day out. Lovely staff. Spent 5 hrs there the kids loved it
F. p.
Amazing place! We stayed all days and the children never once used the dreaded words of "we're bored!". Every family we saw had a child screaming because they didn't want to leave. My partner said the pizza was the best he's ever had. The rides were great. All in all well worth the visit.
K. T.
Very nice soft play centre. Plenty of little areas for kids to explore. I'd say baby bit is one of the best in the area and also the bit for older kids is very good with obstacle course it kept my son very entertained. Area specifically for toddlers unfortunately isn't big enough with just 4 slides and a ball pit. The area at the back with little shops which I'm sure is for under 5s is full of older kids running, kicking stuff, blocking the shop doors and taking the toys of the little ones. Nobody keeps their eye on it unfortunately.
Food, cakes and drinks really nice but same as the tickets rather on expensive side.
D. C.
Has been some years since I took my grand children here but with a new addition thought it would be nice to revisit. My granddaughter is a toddler and loved the baby&toddler area. We did spend some time in the little shops at the back right of the building. Was a little disappointed that in the shop there weren’t any plastic toys, such as fruit&groceries which would help with ‘make believe’ play. The same in the kitchen - no pots and pans to pop on the cooker. I also think it would be helpful to change the labelling on the doors for changing facilities!! The men’s does not have changing facilities even though it said it did on the door! Can men go into the doors that say LADIES TOILET & changing area?! Is this 2 separate entities or just for the ladies? Having mentioned these small ‘observations’ we still recommend visiting 👍
T. S.
This was my first visit to this attraction and it did not disappoint.
Easy yo get to, lots to do both inside and outside and reasonably priced food all made for a great day out for me and my granddaughter who is just under 4.
We will definitely be back😁
s. r.
Very pricey for 2 adults and one under 5. We went towards the end of the day so our time was limited for the same cost as a full day.
Minor grumble but could do with a revision on times and prices.
My little one had fun and enjoyed his time indoors and out though he's too small (just over 0.9m) to enjoy everything on offer.
Considered food but again the price I couldn't justify.
Activities a plenty ☺️
Pricing 🤔
Knowing the kids will sleep on the night 🤘
N. L.
What a blast!!
I had almost as much fun as my kid, what with all of the rides! My boys love the giant softplay area, and the food is not terrible - what more can you ask for?
If eating, I recommend the homemade goujons.
D. K.
Went to Web AP couple weeks ago during halfterm. It was our first ever visit, bit sceptical... How wrong we were! 8 year old loved it, we had blasting time on the rides! Didn't laugh so much in long time. Highly recommend! Plenty to do and good value for 4-5h of fun. Thank you and will be visiting again!
D. H.
Absolutely bloody amazing this time! Our day ticket included the softplay, outdoor play areas (sand, water, climbing frame, wooden play area, petting farm, go-carts) and the fairground rides!
We went on Mothers Day to celebrate our granddaughters third birthday, and we weren't disappointed. The kids (7 in total - not all ours: family & friends) all had a ball and were completely knackered, most of them fell asleep on the way home! Not to leave the adults out, we managed to go on several of the rides, the Crazy Bull is a must! Honestly loved it today.
Don't take a vegan, they won't be happy. The burger was ok but the first one came in a brioche bun with cheddar cheese on, and the hotdog was stretchy and like toffee 🙈, so leave the vegan at home 😊
L. B.
Fantastic value for money..something for all ages..food not badly priced would definitely recommend..

Love this place, so many areas for babies up to older kids, food was really good too! Just went for Halloween, got to take home 2 pumpkins. My daughter lived seeing all the animals and playing in soft play, we will definitely be returning very soon
P. H.
Smashing place for younger children, rides and entertainment outside too which was very good... the animals there are beautiful and well looked after. Was disappointed the climbing wall was closed, so was our child...apparently it's been closed a long time sadly. If you order food via the app, there is no option to order drinks at the same time, so you still have to queue up which is ridiculous, even the staff dont know why that is either .
A. A.
Had a lovely day despite long queue for santa my kids both loved it. Great food and rides.
P. C.
Love this place, getting a little pricey and a longer time limit is really needed but they doing well considering the current circumstances. Staff are always accommodating.
K. N.
Lovely day out .we'll worth the price. Plenty to do fore kids of all ages.
R. B.
Absolutely loved it here, excellent value for money and something for everyone; fairground rides, animals, indoor soft play (which is huge) and crazy golf. Our 4 year old loved it, we will definitely be back soon!
J. L.
No better family day out in York
C. B.
What a fantastic day out. The indoor play was great before but now they have added an obstacle course which my daughter and her friend loved. The outdoor areas now have the addition of the fairground rides, mini golf and the extended animal areas. We never had to queue for the rides even though it was busy and as unlimited free rides are included in the admission price it was great value for money. We spent 7 hours there and the kids still didn’t want to leave.
S.
Really good value for money and lots to do for the children. Although you can’t feed most of the animals, it’s nice to be able to see them. Lovely little water area, but can get a bit deep for the little ones! Soft play area is also great. The staff couldn’t be more helpful!
A. S.
I've been to a lot of soft play.
This place is A-MA-ZIIIING.
Only played on the indoor areas asd the weather wasn't the greatest, but plenty here to keep the kids entertained.
Can't wait to return in decent weather to try that climbing wall and rope trail.
H. W.
This place was amazing for my kids and myself I would say if you live close to it you should definitely go
K. W.
An absolutely fantastic day out! All rides included in the price and indoor play too. We had so much fun!
F. A.
Amazing day out!
There was two adults, one 5 year old, one 1 year old and an 8 month old and there was activities for all!
Great facilities and quite clean. Only suggestion would be to make more baby change or atleast make the one available a bit bigger and a different process to order food and drink as the bar area became very very busy and therefore very slow - 1 hour to receive food .
Would highly recommend everyone to visit
C. B.
Have been today with my sisters and our children. Fab day out! LOADS to do and not over run with people. Staff all friendly and good food. Will definitely be going back!
J. C.
Really brilliant visit with a three year old. Great fun all day on all the equipment and visiting the animals, sand pit and truck drive. Lunch was also excellent, lots of choice and reasonably priced.
S. B.
If I could give this place 10 stars for customer services I would! Staff here are amazing!! Very accommodating and can’t do enough, I changed my booking a couple of times and they was so patient with us. When we visited the kids loved it so much and we genuinely can’t wait to go again !!
M. B.
My kids love going here, we went three times this summer. Next to no queues for rides, unlike bigger theme parks. Has the indoor soft play too so great value for the price.
K. T.
The staff were brilliant, really friendly and made the festive experience really special which my children loved. I do however feel the cleanliness of the place was a bit disappointing especially the toilets and the gifts choice after seeing santa weren't great and they didn't have a great choice left in the sweet treat selection after pretty paying online
M. D.
Just had a brilliant day with an 8year old 5year old an 2and 1year old on the go all day ride's for the all
L. D.
We had a lovely afternoon. Friendly staff...the kids loved meeting santa and feeding the animals. Would definitely go again. Thank you
K. E.
Booked online and had to contact customer services due to a mistake I made. Very helpful customer services who sorted it out. The park itself was great. We were 2 adults, a 9 year old and a 4 year old. Not too busy, able to go on all the rides over and over again. No extra costs (other than food and the hook a duck). Spent the full 4 hours there and had to drag the kids out at closing! Very tired, very happy kids at the end. We will definitely be back.
D.
We've been twice this summer and absolutely loved it both times. There is so much for kids of all ages to enjoy, and it's fun for grown ups to. I personally find it fantastic value for money compared to how much you would spend on rides at the fair, plus it has so much more besides. I would (and do!) highly recommend
S. W.
Been twice this summer with my 5yr old, who has loved every minute of our trips here. The upgraded section above the air cannons is good, and the video screen entertained him for quite a while.
The funfair is the obvious highlight, with lots to see and do. I had to drag the boy away to get lunch both times. The magician was excellent and definitely earned his money. His jokes and tricks are still talked about a week or so after our last visit.
Please keep doing what you do Web Adventure. My son has many really happy memories of playing here.
K. C.
Can’t recommend this place enough. Such good value for money and a lovely day out with kids. Will definitely be going back
N. S.
Fantastic, loaf to do, not cheap but easily a full day out in good weather, and plenty to do in the rain
D. W.
We've been here regularly and always liked it. My complaint with it now would be since the pandemic prices have been escalated so much that its little more than a con for those who don't or can't go on any rides. I have no problem paying £14 for my 10 year old to enjoy all the park has to offer but paying £9.95 for me and £3.50 for a 9 month old baby just to sit is far too much. I appreciate the pandemic has hammered a lot of these places but prices like this won't get people returning.
M. M.
Great day out , my 9 year old daughter and friend loved it, it was cold so not a lot of visitors which made it really easy to get on all the rides , got to say the staff were excellent, well done will return
N. G.
Took my 6 and 8 year old today and we all had a fantastic time ! Well worth the money as there's so much to do . We easily spent the whole day there . The staff are great , really friendly and dazzling Darren who did the shows was great for both kids and adults . Foods really nice and reasonably priced . I had to change the date I was visiting and the staff changed it with no problem and were really helpful. We will be visiting again !
D. H.
Great family day out. There is something for everyone. Lots of choice, indoors and outdoor especially. Added bonus of Dazzling Darren shows, definitely brightened up the day, with old school magic and jokes. Kids had a blast. We will be back again in the future.
M. C.
Great place. Took my 2 year old grandson, we was the for 5 hours, he loved it 👍
J. W.
Prices have gone up quite a bit now they have reopened after lockdown, But there is more to do outside, funfair rides that my grandchildren loved. Inside soft play has been extended too. Food was disappointing compared to our previous visits. There is a no smoking policy in place, I was surprised at the number of adults ignoring this.
F. B.
A fun place for kids with both indoor and outdoor play areas, activities. rides and food. It would be difficult to get a child bored in here. It's worth the entry fee and I would definitely be visiting again
M. K.
Nice place with good attentive staff. Shame the whole park wasn't open when we went but daughter still had lots of fun
S. S.
Great place to take the children. New fair ground rides kids loved them. Good food but u can take your own picnic. Great day out.
S. M.
We had so much fun, its a great day out with both the indoor soft play area and the outdoor funfair, lots of fun for everyone! Really nice pizzas too from the indoor cafe. Had a great time! Will visit again!
S. L.
Brilliant day with the kids.
We did the 9.30-1.30 slot.
They kept on top of cleaning the rides, the food was good.
Bargin at £8 each for unlimited rides, access to the animals and play area.
Will definitely be going again
A. L.
First time here, Our Grandaughter really loved it and so did the rest of us, Myself, wife and 2 daughters. Some exiting slides and climbing frames, inside and out. We enjoyed our drinks and food and ice creams. We would recommend it to family's. We will be visiting again.
M. L.
Well this is tough to review as when we visited it was a miserable rainy cold day but we had booked & paid so rather than lose our money we got there.
We arrived at 10.30 and despite the park opening @ 9.30 some rides were still not running. Anyhow our grandsons got on what they could so were ok. Then off to see Santa, we queued for around 20 mins, got checked through and then another queue, at which point rain was pouring down and our grandsons aged 10 & 8 wanted to leave but I said stick with it & we'll see him soon but the second queue took another 25 mins ( by then my wife had to take our granddaughter to cover as she had had enough ) so eventually we got in , would it have been better on a dry day? Probably. On a wet day should Santa be inside the main building with queuing inside ? Absolutely.
So after Santa we did go to the inside play area where the boys enjoyed climbing etc etc but for our granddaughter aged 1 there was practically nothing and the small baby area was quite dirty... really think that under 3's should be free as to charge full price of £22 and have no proper play facilities is daylight robbery.
Anyhow we gave it a try.
K. T.
My Grandaughter loved it here, we stayed mostly inside as she liked the play area, she's 5 years old. Food was good standard and all staff were professional, special mention for the gentleman clearing the tables, he was very courteous and meticulous with cleaning.
J. N.
Good fun for the kid but works out to be very expensive, the charge for adults to enter is completely unnecessary. By the time we had eaten it turned into a 70quid visit for 1 child without the fuel costs
A. B.
Although the site is not massive there was plenty to do and it wasn't crowded so no queues at any of the rides etc.
Food was ok to. Indoor play area was good according to those who used it
N. B.
We really enjoyed our day here. There's plenty of rides for the kids, the play area has improved and there is just so much to do. You can make a whole day of it so it's feel worth the money.
l. t.
Amazing place! We visit here at least once a year and always have a great time. Today we were first in at 9:30am and almost last out at nearly 7pm and my boys still didn't want to leave! Fantastic value for money with the enormous indoor play centre, enclosed outdoor area with sandpits, water play, rope climbing frames and other park features, ride on go karts and tractors as well as a mini zoo. Loyalty card available too. Would highly recommend!
S.
Cracking day out, great soft play and good outside area.
C. A.
As a family we really enjoy visiting Creepy Crawlies and do come here quite often.
Lots of play equipment for children to keep them entertained. The place is kept very clean with staff clearing tables of empty dishes regularly. The food here is lovely home cooked food, we love it. The outside area is great fun too. It does get super busy in the winter, but to be expected really. It's good to go for an after school treat for tea with the kids when it's a little quieter. I'm seriously considering booking my three year olds birthday party here-she would love it.
N. E.
Love this place my 10 year old really enjoyed himself it caters for a fair bit younger too great family day out
E. K.
Great day out! Ideal for the little people, a good mix of activities to suit toddlers to older kids. All staff very friendly and helpful, the cafe served up some delicious food and cakes . All in all highly recommend.
D. S.
An amazing day out. Big drawback is the lack of toilet facilities (which didn't smell very fresh) for the size of venue and amount of visitors.
N. W.
A great day out grandson loved it. Lots to do and see, friendly staff, and lovely clean facilities. The food was lovely in the cafe and served quickly. Our first visit but definitely will be back.
F. W.
We came yesterday. We had prebooked and was delt with quickly. We went outside first as it was due to rain in the afternoon. The helta skelta, the bull ride and the ferris wheel where not open. The 11oclock magic show was good and gave us chance to warm up with a hot drink. We then went back outdoors to see the animals. The children enjoyed feeding them. We then went inside for food and the children to play indoors. This is where this place lost stars... it was soooo busy. Nobody had masks on. Which we recieved an email saying masks must be worn inside. No masks insight. We wore ours. There was no distancing, tables where so close together. My partner mentioned to the lad on the desk that no masks where been worn. He just answered with 'i know' (he also didnt have a mask on). Santa was great with our 3 children but another family was in our santa experience which put a bit of a downer on it as we where rushed.
A. S.
What a brilliant place!
A huge soft play suitable for a great range of ages with dedicated toddler area and small baby areas.
Good food, quick service and reasonably priced.
Lovely little animal area with clearly well looked after residents.
A great outdoors area too with water park and rope course.
All together an absolutely amazing day out for our family.
A. P.
Fantastic place to visit with the family.
Kind and friendly staff and lots of different things to keep the little ones busy for hours on end.
F.
Kids love it. It’s clean and fairly well run. Book if you want to go in a weekend as it’s very popular. If soft play is what you want is a great choice
D. D.
Creepy crawlies is a great place to visit with your children. The first time I came I couldn't believe the variety of activities, it's not just soft play. There are normally 3 class based activities, messy play, singing etc. A street with dress up, little disco section, and a new baby sensory area. Outside there are animals, go carts, sand pit, splash zone etc etc. And the cafe food is good too. Off peak meal deal is great value. It is easy to spend a whole day here and good value even if you just come for a couple of hours. With two young children I feel happy and confident to let my eldest 3.5yr old run around while I supervise the younger one and we can do things together they both enjoy.
A. M.
Great day out. So much to do. 5 yr old was tired out. Fantastic value for money
J. C.
We had a great time here with the kids. Great indoor play area for all ages, lots of outside activities for the kids, a splash area so make sure you take spare clothes, a sand area with water, climbing area for kids 7 years and older (which you have to pay extra for), a few pedal race tracks, animal petting zoo and a water battle area (which you have to pay extra for). The café/restaurant was reasonably priced, the only criticism was the cost of drinks. Otherwise all very clean and well cared for, would definitely go back again.
E. P.
Rides were good, we enjoyed feeding the animals and plenty to do but the hygiene in the indoor area was pretty poor. Watched the man half hearted clearing and wiping tables. Never rinsing his cloth just spreading dirt around. Id recommend bringing your own santising wipes.
J. V.
A nice play park for children. Has some animals (ponies, goats, pigs, ...), which you can look at and feed, a racing track for pedal-driven tractors, a water play area, etc. Food from the cafe is reasonably nice. We had a good time there with our son.
N. M.
Much better than expected! .. lots of varied things to do - it was a weekend so the fairground rides were open too .. the (young) children absolutely loved it .. as an adult I appreciated lots of seats and tables - and excellent refreshments available! .. the staff were friendly and helpful .. would go again!
P. R.
It is perfect for a few hours on the rides but it is expensive for food and the santa experience isn't the best . Also I had to park in the overflow which was basically a bog so ruined my trainers before I started . I wouldn't rush back in a hurry the staff were friendly .
K. E.
Been lots of times. Best place we have been for soft play. Great selection of play equipment inside and out and some animals. We went when they also had fairground rides for halloween half term. 2 issues this time,1 the haunted house was too scary for the age group and 2, the time slot wasn't long enough to get a good go of everything for the price . Overall good place!
J. W.
Great day out the guy who worked on the vortex made our day with his dance moves.
M. S.
This was the first time I have taken my 3yr old son to a soft play area since they have opened and I was nervous to say the least. Thankfully it was relatively quiet. Which I know for a business is not good news but for a nervous mother right now it made me relax. He loved it and went off to play while I could sit, relax, have an amazing hot chocolate and read. The staff were lovely and the table service was so quick that I had just pressed submit and my order was at my table (barring the hot chocolate as that was ordered after). We left after 3.30 as older children came in and were a bit boisterous. Understandable but this made me nervous. We will be back when the school holidays are over.
A. T.
Great discovery, everyone's heard of Piglets, Crazy Tykes, ... nobody we know had heard of this until a chance birthday invite. Definitely will return. Disappointed/marked down for the glaring harsh oppressive LED lighting .... hopefully not too long before the harsh retina melting brilliant white lamps go out of fashion in the wider market (fingers crossed!!). Reply to reply: Sounds like you need change your "consultant", and have regard to lighting serving a purpose not just a cost to be cut. "warmer" colour temperature, less of the painfully harsh (and some increasingly saying retina damaging) blue light content, and regard to avoiding direct line of vision to light source are the keys, though I appreciate latter is tricky in your type of environment.
L. C.
Plenty to do for little ones rides, play ground and sand pit. Animals the animal food was one pound but you didn't get much. Will definitely go back when the indoor play area opens as it looks really good and is a big area. Also the park is extending with extra rides and a bigger farm in a few months time.
Z. J.
The kids (aged 3 and 6) absolutely love the web, even though on our second visit it was raining outside so we were limited to the indoor activities. It took a fair while to get a cup of tea though, but it was very busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. When the weather is nice, the outdoor area is brilliant and gives an extra dimension to the indoor area, which, while large, can get a bit hectic, particularly when there are older children playing 'enthusiastically' around the younger ones. We'll definitely be going again.
K. H.
Great place for a morning/ afternoon trip - maybe even longer at a push.
Some great stuff outside.
My kids loved the water features and climbing frames.
The soft play inside was a good size and kept them occupied for a decent time.
M. F.
We went as a family of 4 ( me, age 55, wife 48 and 2 boys 9 & 10 ) specifically to do the 'wired high ropes challenge'. Had a great time. The course offers a good challenge and encourages teamwork and communication. Staff were spot on too. We went around twice and came away united in success and happy. Great food served in main building. All in, it was good value for 3 hours of family fun.
N. A.
Lovely soft play area with different sections for different ages. Their baby area is one of the best I've seen. If only it was the baby area. I couldnt relax at all because of constant instances of older children ignoring the signs some looked as old as ten. One nearly flattened my daughter when they launched themselves into the ball pit and my husband had to take her out of the wonderful sensory area when some decided to tear round there and launch the cushions around. I understand that parents should supervise but clearly there should be a contingency for when they don't. I want to have fun with my daughter not feel constantly responsible for enforcing your rules. It really did affect out enjoyment of our time there sadly.
K. L.
A fantastic soft play centre with outside areas to explore as well. If you go off peak then the meal deal is great value, and the kids food are decent portions. There are zones for under 5 and over 5's and lots to keep little ones entertained for several hours. The place is always clean, and has great coffee and cake to keep parent's happy too.
s. e.
Great place for kids worth every penny
A. G.
Fantastic for kids all rides are included with ticket price. On busy day may be long wait for food. Overall take your kids they will love it.
C. F.
We loved it that much we visited twice with our 1 year old during our trip to york.
Great day out , excellent soft play and out little one loved the farm animals.
S. C.
Good for all aged kids. rides, huge play area, animals, crazy golf, sand pits and a big park.
Food includes pizza burger hot dogs chips usual stuff. Can bring your own food and drink in. Also sell draught beer San Miguel, brooklyn lager and Somersby cider. Bottles of presecco and other bottles drinks. Would definitely pre book great place over all. Great staff. Could have a full day here. 3 shows on magician and the wacky Web game show.
M. M.
Amazing range of experiences for children of most ages. Our 1.5 yr old has loads to keep him occupied.
Great mix of indoor and outdoor activities and a petting zoo too.
They're adding an area for infants and non walkers very soon.
Cafe to provide food and drinks, with a bar coming soon for the non drivers.
Great value for money and can spend hours here.
A. B.
Brilliant afternoon. Grandson loved it. Clean, pleasant staff. Good value for money. Will return.
P. D. C.
Truly amazing experience!
They have everything from sensory play for the tiny tots to full out adventure go carts and zip lines for the older kids!
Wow we were blown away at how professional, clean and at the gorgeous facilities.
If your looking for a place to have the kids run out some energy, this is DEFINITELY the place!
Keep it up
S. L.
Took our 1 year old and really enjoyed it. Plenty for kids of all ages to do. Food and drink available onsite. Feeding the animals and playing in the under 5 play area were highlights for our son.
A. B.
One of the best soft play centres we have been to. Our 3 and a half year old has been coming for a year and has still managed to find something to do. The outdoor parts are excellent and the new sensory area is brilliant! Food isn’t bad either!
P. F.
Great place to take the kids and be a child yourself for the day too assisting them on the slides. The cafés at these places always charge more so bring a packed lunch if not wanting to pay over the odds on snacks. Would fully recommend
J. W.
Lots to do inside and out. Food excellent quality. Good value for money even at peak times when it costs a bit more. Improvements since the pandemic have made a better experience. Have not come when fairground rides were open but they look good. Staff always helpful and friendly.
B. W.
Fantastic place for kids of all ages. Big indoor play area with plenty to do, large park outside, lots of fair rides, animals, a water area, a sand area and mini golf. Plenty to keep the whole family amused for hours.
M. A.
Fantastic for kids. Had everything they needed. Adults even able to get a beer if they wanted. Great place.
s. p.
Great for older children ( over 12) who still love soft play and climbing but are to old for most places. My 2 have autism so still enjoy the activities but need a bit more space around them, web adventure is such a big area, with so much choice that they can feel comfortable here. Also great coffee for the adults.
K. R.
6 people came today.. myself, 2adults,3grandchildren. Had a brillant time;shame there was only a handful of animals..bought some animal food but a few had special diets so couldn't feed them..plenty of indoor and outdoor activities
Great👏👏 for Dazzling Darren he was so funny and great with the kids
I would go again
L. M.
Good fun, decent soft play, outdoor needs a bit more tlc to be 4 stars, but worth a visit still.
M. G.
Great indoor and outdoor activities for families.
M. B.
My kids love the soft play and outdoor area here. Good value for money. Animals to see and big adventures to be had by little ones! Please fix the air shooting guns- so disappointing for kids to have three out of the six not working last week.
K. C.
We take my Nephew to the play centre most weeks, it's a well managed safe environment for children. It also gives us Adults the chance to be a kid again, because you can take little ones through the tunnels, ball pools and slides, great fun. There are plenty of comfy chairs and a cafe, which also sells meals and snacks.
Perfect on a rainy day.
L. T.
We visited for the Christmas Event and had the ost incredible day. Not over crowded and my boys just loved everything on offer. It has really made our Christmas 🎄
D. Y.
Great day out for both kids and grown ups. Sadly on their webpage it states don't bring your own food. So we didn't. Be warned they don't cater for people who have an intolerance to wheat. Shame on you Web Adventure.
D. H.
Fantastic for kids and the outside rope areas are nerves for adults :) its great value for money and highly recommended. Make sure you come early and on a dry day if using outside climbing area as we arrived at 10am on a sunny summer holiday and it was clear but guess it will get busy. Book the 1hour ropes package as the kids will probably get round 3-4 times in that time. The inside climb area is also well planned, clean and modern so you will feel your kids are safe. The site also looks near to a Lego centre - not sure about it but there is an advert on the car park near the entrance. Again highly rate it for keeping the kids occupied for 2-4 hours.
T. F.
This place is fantastic! It has elements from many different children specific locations all under one roof, animals, soft play, outdoor adventure playground, water games, go carts for all ages, high rope course, climbing wall, crafts, football and a beach. The place is clean everything WORKS! The security is top notch the staff are friendly and helpful the food is OK and the ice cream parlour is great. We will be returning as often as possible.
S. P.
Great place for kids of all ages especially on a rainy day like today, a little noisy for an old 50 year old like me but still been on big slide.. Menu for adults and kids are extremely good value. staff constantly cleaning . My first visit with my grandkids but most definitely won't be the last. We'll done everyone employed here and keep it up
G. F.
There's a great variety of things to do here. Visited with my very active (demanding) 2 1/2 year old and she was entertained for a good 3 hours. And as a bonus, this place serves a fair selection of food and treats. Including icecream-based milkshakes and a surprisingly decent pizza!
I was really impressed with this place and will definitely go back.
B. C.
Fantastic for the little ones indoors. The outside adventure frames are good, the "go-carts and tractors are rundown and aged but the kids enjoyed it nevertheless. Worth the price off peak. Good news, the sell a half decent coffee!
J. C.
Feels like we have been here a million times but we still love it every time. Food is great, staff are lovely and kids always have a good time.
K. D.
A really solid option for a morning or afternoon's activity with the kid(s). This place has rescued many a day of mine. Lots of different options for the kids to play on - especially when the weather is nice and the outdoor offerings are available. That being said it's almost always a bit manic - a reflection perhaps on the parents there rather than the facility, but nonetheless a frequent atmosphere. The food is mediocre/passable and always takes forever. It is the only location I've ever been that has manage to lose, forget or botch my order more than twice. If your planning on ordering make sure to do so at least 20 mins prior to the point your little ones will hit hungry beast mode (even when the place is quiet, when I swear the kitchen is just waking up so is just as so as usual).
M. I.
Amazing Santa! Kids loved the magic glasses with the lights, fab rides and great entertainment. Absolutely loved it can't wait to take the kids back!
k. l.
Really good place for kids, the indoor play area is big and kids don't get bored even if it's a full day.
The outdoor activities are equally interesting. The rope adventure was good also the animal farm although small my 3 year old enjoyed a lot.
The restaurant is ok but a bit pricy. The staff dealing with so many kids and smiling all day they need a high five.
R. W.
Creepy Crawlies is a fantastic place to sneak away on a rainy day. Or a sunny one for that matter. With a wonderful outdoor area including animals, park equipment and water play, it is great! My kids love it! The staff cope with the large amount of customers well and have been quite friendly. The place is clearly cleaned often and there is even a nursing nook in one of the washrooms. The food is tasty and if you have any complaints the staff will respond positively!
Thankful for a place to take the kids that is safe and fun!
G. F.
Fab place - all kids - age 6, 8 and 10 had great fun and they all said you MUST do the high ropes when you are there. Great to have an indoor play with such a wide variety of outdoor activities as well. Lovely friendly staff too. HIGHLY recommend :-)
J. P.
Been going here since it first opened. Each time we visit I can't believe how much it's grown again! So much for kids and teens to do. Good food, friendly staff, lovely animals to see outside. Great for indoor and outdoor play, kids parties and more. Definitely worth the trip!
G. M.
This is one great place for kids they totally wore us out and food is fantastic and great value for money
W. M.
Amazing attraction, price is fantastic so much to do 100% recommended for families who enjoy indoor play outdoor play small shows and some attraction rides.
D. W.
Visited for the first time in 4 years and what was a great play area to spend a few hours has become an amazing full day out. Both children, aged 5 and 9 are desperate to go back
D. A.
This is a little gem of a place. Plenty to keep the kids entertained all day. Good for all ages and reasonably priced too. We will definitely return
K. U.
Wanted to try something new this summer for the kids and stumbled upon this place. Went on a beautiful sunny day and this place did not disappoint at all. Very friendly staff, clean, ample parking, and very reasonably priced. Lots of fun for the kids and countless hours of fun which is sure to tire them out. A huge indoor play frame with plenty of indoor seating aswell as the outdoor which has a very plenty of activities to do for the kids. We really loved the water balloon sling shot which was cool. Nice water area, plenty of picnic spots, farm.animals and go karts. Will be out once a year summer spot and will defo check out the assault course next time. Will defo recommend.
T. W.
Great play park, little one had a lot of fun on the indoor soft play and the outside park. Food is very good, pizza is excellent there was a bit of a wait but the friendly staff did explain before we ordered. Well worth a visit. Would be 5 stars if it had a swing and a little more outside equipment for younger children.

Large indoor play centre with lots of outdoor activities too, including a sand and water area, mini petting farm, go karts and a park. They also have a climbing zone for older kids at a small extra cost. They have fresh icecream and food available, though the fish and chips we ate weren't very nice and were quite expensive. Overall though it has a cheap entry fee for all the activities on offer and it would be easy to spend the day there (apparently there is a 2 hour cap on busy days but we went on a busy bank holiday and they didn't cap our time so i think they only use that policy if they're desperatly full). Would recommend a visit but eat before you go! Also take a change of clothes for the kids, they can get quite messy and wet in the outdoor areas!
N. S.
It's OK but there are far better places around like rand farm. The petting zoo is rubbish alot of the animals can not be fed
L. M.
Easily one of the best places in Yorkshire to take kids of any age. Very reasonably priced, amazing food and hours of indoor and outdoor play and fun for everyone.
Inside you will find a huge soft play structure for kids, a smaller but equally as fun soft play structure for toddlers, a ball court, a disco area, a large role play area with wooden shops and houses/ride in cars and dress up clothes, an amazing milkshake bar and a fantastic hot food selection (the chicken goujons are so good!)
Outside there's a huge sand pit with buckets and spades, a water play area and a few farm animals to view.
It's our kids favourite place!
Y. A.
We visited here today and what a brilliant day out it was you can make a day of it there and spend the full day there we was here for 7 hours and my son didn't complain once if anything he cried cause it was time to go home
The price is reasonable price as well especially for everything you get can go on the rides as many times as you like outdoor and indoor play area, animals, sand and water area, and little ride on bikes and a Dino mini golf area
The food is good price also was expecting the food to maybe be expensive like other places we have visited but it really wasn't and they also have good section off food too choose from also
Would definitely visit again as we all enjoyed it as a family 👪 👌🏻
A. R.
We had an absolutely fantastic time. The soft play was huge and fun for all ages! It was an added bonus to have plenty of outdoor activities too. Excellent value for money. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you Henry and all of you for a great afternoon!
E. S.
My little brother had his Birthday Party here today and we had a great time. Megan was absolutely brilliant with the Kids and the best part was having the whole place to ourselves for the laser tag which us adults got to join in on....totally got ganged up on by load of 7 year olds!
The only reason I gave it 4* instead of 5* was the toilets were in desperate need of attention but to be fair it was half 5 on a very hot Bank Holiday Weekend.
T. B.
Plenty for the kids to do, food was nice and delivered to the table in super quick time, whippy ice cream was a let down and the lack of animals to feed was a little dissapointing. On the whole though a good day out for the little ones.
P. B.
Excellent all day play facilities. The place is huge, kids wont get bored. I often sit and do some work on my laptop and enjoy food and drink from the cafe. 3 stars though because the toilets are never in a good state - broken loo seats, no soap, weedy hand driers - I appreciate it must be difficult to keep on top of it but this really needs to be better. - Increased to 4 stars since Janice of The Web explained they are aware of the loos and already had plans for overhaul.
B. H.
Large soft play centre off the York ringroad. Good facilities for different ages, and decent food too. In nice weather there's a farm to look round and other attractions. Well staffed and kept clean. Can get quite busy so it's best to ring ahead and check if your little one doesn't like crowds. Recommended.
S. A.
From outside, the signage doesn't look like much. However, it's one of the best soft play / outdoor play places I've seen. There's several soft play areas inside for various ages. Then a large outdoor play area and small group of animals to feed. Pigs, goat, Guinea pigs etc.
Driven past for many years, wish we'd gone there sooner!
L. H.
Great indoor play for the kids and the food is surprising good, in fact, my favourite part of going as an adult! The outdoor play is also good but weather dependant. Out doors there are also animals to see, such rabbits, chickens, goats, pigs etc.
L. M.
I visited the Creepy Crawlies Indoor Play Centre at The Web with my 7 year old daughter and her friend. The centre is clean and seems to be well run. The indoor soft play area is large with separate areas for little ones. Outside there is a large sandpit (with water for added excitement), a padding area and adventure playground. There's also an animal area, but we didn't make it that far as the kids were so engrossed with the paddling area.
P. F.
Small but the price reflects, the kids had a ball!
B. H.
No-one on front desk. We had booked but we were just left in the doorway until we found someone ourselves to find our table. From then on no problems at all. Jeanette was excellent as ever. Very friendly, attentive and efficient. An asset to the restaurant. Would give her five stars, just a tad chaotic on arrival, but Jeanette and the excellent food made up for that!!
C. J.
There is so much for the children to do here, indoor and outdoor activities for all. My 8 year old daughter loved the high ropes, she would have stayed on there all day if she could have! Price is also very reasonable too.
A. D.
The Web Adventure Park is a hidden gem! Based in York. Absolutely brilliant. Indoor or outdoor. A few animals, climbing frame course..water area (if it’s warm, make sure to take spare clothes)
Climbing frames..kids have to be 8 and above. Absolutely brilliant. I loved it and so did the kids. If you scared of heights then this activity might not be for you but rest assured it’s not dangerous at all. You are strapped up and you can’t fall.
Indoors
There are different sections.
Big slide
Small slide
Ball guns
Football
They also have a onsite cafe..ice cream & milkshake (not so good) slush candy floss etc.
All in all kids will love it..no doubt about it. Adults will also have a great time chit chatting if you don’t want to take part!
H. R.
Kids love it, great indoor soft play area for all ages plus you can feed the animals outside
S. S.
We went yesterday there was 5 adults and 3 kids just WOW wat an absolute amazing day 100% recommend this place from start to finish we enjoyed the day I have nothing bad to.say about this place as soon as u walk in there is a big soft play area while the kids played we grabbed a coffee then we walked out side u was not waiting long for the rides there were enough seating are for everyone we normally take pack up but thought we would try there food and again we was not disappointed prices for all of it was so reasonable.
G. C.
Great place to bring the kids and the fact you can go on as many rides as you like makes the admission fee worth it
S. T.
It would be better if adults were free and kids prices were a bit a higher (like most other places) £52 for 2 adults and 2 kids is pretty crazy. Also, the food order to the table doesn't work! Fix that and it might justify some of the huge cost! Great for kids though
M. K.
This playcentre is a cut above the rest. Great range of facilities which are kept I good order. The place is kept clean, the staff actually keep older children of the under 5's area, food is good and range of activities included in the admission price keeps children occupied for hours.
D. A.
A fantastic place for a family entertainment
A. M.
Best indoor play area In york and surrounding areas. My 2 kids under 7 love it. As do I chasing them around.
S. C.
Great place, lots to do and reasonably priced. Aimed at toddlers to 10yrs I'd say, just about enough to fill the day without being bored. 😊
N. S.
We booked a Laser party for my 8 year old and they all thoroughly enjoyed it. It was great having the place to ourselves, so quiet!!
Octavia, our party host, was brilliant. Very attentive and clear in instructions on how the laser bit of the party would work.
A. S.
Lots to do for the kids... Outdoors and inside. Well with a visit. Food great as well. I highly recommend any of the pizzas on offer as they're cooked to perfection. My lads spent ages whizzing around on the pedal go karts and climbing the rope bridges.
k. c.
Brilliant place for kids so much to do and see
R. K.
It's a very worthwhile place to take the whole family with lots to do for kids both inside and out. The cafes nice with a tasty food selection (try the milkshakes!).
It's a little expensive as you pay for adults and it can get extremely busy at peak times so be mindful of you don't like crowds.
Highly recommended.
I. W.
Great value fun for kids of all ages with a variety of play zones. Treetop obstacle course only £5 extra for as many turns as you can fit in makes it more fun than regular soft play for the older kids. Pottery painting, bear making and other paid activities also available.
K. P.
Great place for kids, both my 3 and 10 year old loved it and so much to do. Full r hours of entertainment, highly recommended.
P. P.
Lots to do including soft play for all ages up to 12 I'd say, an outdoor bit with go karts, giant sand pit, slides, ropes etc.
Then few farm animals pigs, goats, chickens, chip monks and extremely fat guinea pigs! Lol
All kept in quite decent accommodation compared to most places.
There was a few issues about the rabbits housing, but that's been sorted now and they have a large Wendy house not a tiny hutch.
Cost is quite reasonable but beware adults also have to pay to supervise your kids, thought it's only a couple quid and not as much as kids admission.
all in all recommend.
L. W.
Such a brilliant day! s
So much to do even for a 2 year old, could go on every ride. Couldn't recommend more and would definitely be going back.
m. p.
Great place well done to the owners and your team of staff.. great for all and definitely a place to visit for all ages
R. B.
We visited the Creepy Crawlies area for our toddler to meet other littlies and have some fun. He loved it! It got pretty loud once school kids had been released so we'd probably only go back at quieter times on week days. There are lots of areas and activities to explore, even more so when the weather is nice as there is a large outdoor area.
D. N.
Brilliant place for kids to let off steam with so much to do. Spent a full afternoon there and the kids were never bored. Great value for money
C. L.
Best soft play area I've been to with the kids. Outside area too (weather permitting). Prices add up when you're in there buying food etc but you can't really expect anything else. Kids love it.
J. I.
Brilliant family day out with excellent customer service
B. A.
First visit with grandchildren today and was quite impressed with the layout and design. Loads for kids to do. there was a magician doing shows throughout the day.
T. W.
Amazing day out, so much to do the kids couldn't possibly get bored!! If we are ever around this area again, we will definitely visit!!!!
S. I.
I would give 5 stars because the kids love it here, only been a couple of times because it's not local to us, but the member of staff on reception was incredibly rude when we wanted to leave. The line to leave kept growing but she was more concerned with taking more money and packing people in than letting us out and when I simply said excuse me just to draw her attention to the growing line she shouted at me, actually shouted like she was scolding a child 'I am serving someone and you will just have to wait your turn'. Not sure I'll be going back to be honest.
S. N.
Impossibly slow with.anything food related. A nearby customer reflected that Muppets could do better. Despite this, This place offers a ton of different things for kids to do, both indoors as well as outside. Definitely good, to give the kids a great run around. Everything from massive indoor slides, climbing frames, to outdoor adventure.
J. M.
Turned up here on the off chance. Great place had couple hours indoors then went outdoors loads to do and kids loved it. Nice and clean and friendly staff. Food was nice and good selection will definitely visit again
A. W.
My daughter's first time here, she loved it and really wants to go back! However, charging an adult £2 to get in, I'd of thought you'd make enough money over the food and drink counter from the adults? Bit greedy if you ask me.
D. S.
Great value for money, lots to do kept our 8 and 1 year old entertained for ages on a dull (weather) day in Yorkshire! And added bonus you can have a beer here to(they have licence!) Wish they had one in Nottingham!!!
s. g.
Once my ears adjusted to the noise all the children were making having a great time, I really enjoyed my visit. Cafeteria and Ice Cream bar serving light meals and snacks. Great entertainment for the children.
L.
A Fantastic day for the children so much them to do and just a lovely place to visit, all the staff seemed to be full of the Christmas spirit.
j. r.
Brilliant place to take the kids. Food is really good.
R. R.
It has alot to offer the kids and they will more than likely run themselves ragged. Adults have a coffee shop which is reasonably priced. But prepare for this place to be VERY busy! There are only a handful of play gyms in the area (next closes one is miles away). Therefore everyman and his dog will be at this place
I. H. I.
Loads of fun for the kids, and much better food than usually found at these sorts of places.
Birthday parties are not very well organised, and the staff is too passive (during parties). Also, very little information was conveyed regarding what would happen when for the party, so we had to chase down any information we needed.
L. L.
I try to take my kids there every year.we have to drive from doncaster which is about 1hr drive.
Place is fantastic for kids inside and outside.
U cant find many places like the Web in york.
Highly recommended.
U want be disappointed.
1 think i know for sure-on the way back to doncaster will be nice silent in a car-sleeping time:)
D. M.
Went for an 8 yr olds birthday party. Staff were great, place was very clean, food was good and the kids loved it. Will be back
n. p.
Brilliant day out for all ages, really enjoyed it great value for money
P. R.
Great place apart from annoying slot machine rides for a quid a go. Distracts from other fun things to do. It's not an arcade....
D. B.
A great place for young kids. It's got a fab soft play area and the staff are helpful and watch the kids well. The food is ok and you can get a decent cup of coffee. Well worth a visit if you have young kids.
t.
Really nice but half term prices are hiked up extortionately. Check before going, because we're not interested in any of the seasonal extras, so paying so much more would be lost for us.
A. W.
I think our 3 year old would move in here permanently, if given the choice. Great for adults too, as we get to go on the slides. The pizza and pasta dishes are pretty good and great value too.
M. S.
My family and grand children had a amazing day the grand children did not want go home. The staff where very
Freindly its a credit to you all for the hard work you put in. I would recommend it to any family once again thank you for
amazing day
L. C.
Came across this place yesterday and booked for 2 adults and 2 children. Fantastic day for all. Lots of rides for children to enjoy. Highly recommended.
L. B.
It was amazing rides, show. Upgraded soft play area. Great place for kids. Worth every penny
G. C.
Lovely day out. Loads to do with inside play and outside play and adventure.
Some small animals to see, bikes, cars and toddler ride ons too. Food isnt badly priced and you can even get your hair done there too.
R. B.
We went the weather wasn’t brilliant so was in doors only, but the in door activities for the kids are really good. Massive play house
T. G.
Don't go on a Saturday with toddlers and under. It's so busy the older kids are not considerate.
There is one place assigned for young ones but the older kids still come and play in the area. There were no tables to sit. It was really busy and just packed.
I've been on a weekday and it's much better. More options and fun for the kids
n. n.
Great place. There is everything that I was expecting from them. Also you can eat in there, book party as well. There is only one thing that concerns me, they should redesign lockers area, as it is getting so busy next to lockers between sessions that after my session I had to wait like 10 minutes to take my belongings from locker.
C. I.
I thought this was an adventure playground but really just had some play equipment outside. If you live locally it's worth a visit for a soft play with a little more but not to travel for adventure playground. Had to pay to take a 6 week old in with his brother which seemed a bit much.
C. B.
spent 8 hours here. loads to keep my girls entertained. nice mix of indoor / outdoor activities.
B. A.
Great friendly playbarn , great price, plenty of activities for everyone to take part in , fairground, animals and outside play aquipment, wet play area and sand . Food and drinks , ice cream etc available. I will be returning :)
D. A.
Absolutely brilliant day out. We travelled from Leicester and it was well worth it. Kids had so much fun. One of the best indoor play areas I have seen.
N. P.
Fantastic place to let little ones run of a bit of steam fantastic outdoor are as well when weather is good best to book though as peak times can be very busy
S. H.
My son loves it here, fantastic play area and excellent events such as Halloween parties and breakfast with santa. Highly recommend, superb for babies too with a lovely sensory area.
R. D.
Took my two boys here - stuff for all ages both indoor and outdoor. We got there not long after it opened and it was fairly quite, although it soon got busy. The facilities were great, and I was really impressed
C. O.
It was really child-friendly with lots of activities for children. We had a great time there . . .
S. W.
This place is absolutely magical for the children especially santa, he was amazing with the children and had such a magical voice too, the elfs are great fun, thank you all for a fantastic day out
J. S.
Fantastic place. We went with my infant granddaughter and thoroughly enjoyed the indoor play area which has plenty for kids from crawling age upwards. Will definitely visit again.
h.
Nice food, friendly staff and great play areas for different aged kids
B. J.
It's a great place for the kids. Indoor and outside theres loads to do. For the price of the ticket you really get a lot.
T. B.
The play park is great, and so is the soft play. But I cannot get over the fact that they charge you to take in a 12 week old baby! She wasn't that fussed about any of the slides etc.
C. D.
Great place for families of all ages. Soft play inside brilliant and then when you go outside it's even better!
C. L.
Good play equipment but very busy. Lots of kids playing in the baby area which isn't ideal
K. H.
We stopped here to break up the journey. Great for the kids, not sure why adults are charged. The animals and large play area are outdoor you can't take your dog so unfortunately our stop off needed to be short .
J. G.
Great fun for the kids. A huge soft play frame in the centre of the warehouse with areas for younger age groups dotted around. There is plenty of seating throughout the entire room.
K. T.
Fantastic day out for the kids. So much to do! We spent nearly all day here and didnt manage to get around everything. Cant wait to go back!
a. s.
Excellent day out for the kids, food ok.
Prices good for what's on offer.
Definitely take the kids again.
A. D.
Great place a lot to do my little boy loves it
S. J.
What an amazing time we had , the atmosphere is magical - venue well organised and clean , the staff are all so friendly and helpful and The Star of the show - ‘Santa Claus’ - He is by far the best around -his Christmas spirit is contagious - amazing with the kids and involves the adults - Thank you for putting on yet another great event- we’ve been to every one now since they started and they just keep
Getting better and better ! .
A. A.
Great place for kids. Loads for them to do. Can easily spend a few hours there. Can get very busy.
N. L.
I'm 15 and enjoy going with my two younger brothers who are 2 and 11, we have been many times at it still doesn't get boring. The food is nice but could be a tiny bit cheaper but apart from that it's perfect!!
A. L.
Fantastic for children's party's plenty to keep them occupied worth every penny
P. D.
Great choice between age play ground. Very good staff. Best pizza in entire York. Good price for good service. May E for first visit avoid busy time because it requires a lot of patience.
I. H.
Great indoor and outdoor play centre but charges an entrance fee for adults. Licensed cafe coffee tea and food available. Kids sandwich bags expensive as the sandwich is effectively half slice of bread with filling. Cannot consume your own food on premises.
J. B.
Took grandchildren here for the afternoon. Place was too crowded. There should be a limit to the numbers admitted. Grandchildren five and three year old were intimidated by the vast numbers especially with teens in under fives areas who, in spite of announcements to leave, failed to do so. An expensive hours entertainment..... Would not visit again.
C. B.
Brilliant family activity centre. Great and age separated soft play areas inside, cafe and outside high ropes, buggies and a small farm area. Great value, we’ve several times.
R. H.
Lots to do and we have been many times. Best to visit on a warmer day so kids can get full use of outdoor play areas. Sand and water play very good- bring spare clothes!
R. C.
Great day out for the kids. Plenty to do. Would definitely recommend.
G. M.
This place is really amazing. Ideal for families you can find activities for every age. Tasty food and caring employees always asking for your needs. Definitely I am coming back.
H. S.
The Web Adventure Park is oversold. Probably a good spot for locals but not worth driving any distance for. It's much smaller than you would imagine from the website. The splash park is tiny and the water is dirty. The only saving grace is the indoor play area, which is bright, spacious and clean.
A. F.
First visit today, had an absolutely wonderful day, very clean and well kept. Something for everyone. Staff have been extremely helpful and polite. Food was nice, reasonably priced. Great day out!
S. M.
Just a fantastic place. So much to do and great value for money. Kind of like Alton Towers for littlies
R. S.
Great for babies, toddlers and young kids. Summer or winter always good. Food is good too. Only bad thing, it is a bit pricy. But you get what you pay for.
D. K.
Excellent place for the kids to have a fun for a full day unlimited rides to 😍😍
J. H.
Fantastic value for money great for kids will be visiting again for sure
L. M.
My granddaughter was a bit disappointed as none of the rides were on only weekends . Will stick with one nearer I think
c. b.
Brilliant day lots inside & plenty outside for all the family to enjoy. Quick queues friendly staff very reasonably priced...great day out
M. T.
Gets better each time we go. Plenty of new rides and loads for kids to do. Magic show was great too
A. J.
The best soft play in Yorkshire, bar none. Lots for children of all ages to do and a massive outdoor adventure park too. Highly recommended
C.
Great place to tire children out and there is plenty to do, but as a parent I have a huge issue with these places that charge ridiculous prices once you are in there it's absolutely disgusting you know you've been had when it was £16.25 to get in (2children and myself) and then your lunch costs you another £16.25!!! For a child's tiny portion of macaroni cheese, HALF a jacket potato no salad with it or garnish and a tuna n cheese panini that was burnt! Oh n a side bowl of cheesy chips for £3 odd there must have been all of about 9 chips in it! I'm sure you have made a killing profit so why not stop over charging the parents to drink coffee and grab a bite to eat?! I think door entry prices will take your profit it in stop over charging on food! £2.60 for a machine made coffee...nip down the road to Costa it's £2.65 for a large cappuccino that's fresh coffee?
R. W.
Great for kids! Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful! Food was great and overall a lovely experience :-) don't find that in many play areas! Will defo be revisiting
M. H.
Great softplay bar being on the expensive side. The afternoon play and feed is good value though
R. H.
Plenty to do for the whole day, nice food and some rides to entertain adults too. Fab day out for a reasonable price
J. N.
Fantastic place for the family day out. We really enjoyed it and hopefully we will go back there again!
K. T.
Fantastic family day out with plenty of unique activities to keep all ages entertained. Facilities were clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
a. s.
Really good day out for all the family.
G. K.
Fantastic day out with the kids, really reasonably priced and very clean
R. K.
My 10yr old and 15yr kids and I had a great day here. Staff were amazing and kit was to a very high standard.
M. I.
Had a birthday party for my doughter ..everything was well organised the party host was excellent she looked after the guests well kids had so much fun with her.the food was very nice ...the whole experience from the start to finish was fabulous wouldn't fault anything. Would definitely consider again and recommend creepy crawlies york. Thanks you so much for everything.
t. f. W.
Did not live up to expectations.
Water Park didn't work properly, not enough water.
Junior go Karts, half of which didn't work as chains were missing.
Big go karts didnt steer properly.
Didnt mention anything about paying for tree top assault course.
Rope bridge closed.!
M. B.
Excellent for kids to burn some energy off and good value for money taking into consideration the rides are free outside
F. K.
Amazing day out for kids of all ages
A. M.
Loads for kids to do. Entry prices are good for what you can do for the day
R. H.
Great fun for kids of all ages, both indoor and outdoor activities, so it doesn't really matter what the weather's doing. Be aware that it can get very busy at peak times though, with a stated 60 minutes wait for food during such times
D. W.
Loads of fun. Highly recommended
M. A.
A great place with something to entertain and engage kids from under ones to older ones looking for a challenge on the high wires. The food was fantastic too.
Definitely recommend!
A. G.
Excellent place for families. Lots to do for all ages. Great outside area with animals sand pit and water play area plus outside taps and soap for after petting the animals excellent
K. “. s.
Great way to spend a few hours. The animal farm is tiny so if you wanted a farm adventure I'd try somewhere else. The ropes looked great too and food looked to be great quality.
C. C.
Great afternoon. On face value prices a little steep but there is plenty for the kids to do both inside and out. I do think charging for adults is a bit of a cheek though.
L. K.
The best place for kids in any day. Is it rainny or cold? Go to the indoor park! It is sunny? Go outdoors for a wonderfull green area. Remember to bring extra cothes and some towels, because yosur kid will get wet and full of sand!!!! My kids love it!!!!
D. N.
Too many people for my liking especially with whats going on with covid wait time for food was just over hour no tables to sit at no distancing between tables
M.
Great fun for the kids. Seemed clean. The staff were very friendly. Small baby area but good. Nice outdoor area with animals.
N. W.
Took my 2.5 year old son here. To put it one way it was a fight trying to get him to stop playing when the time to leave arrived. Staff very friendly too. Would go again
A. R.
Really good place to bring the kids (mine are 5 and 3). Plenty of indoor and outdoor things to play on/with. Food is OK and at a decent price. Free parking.
G. C.
Indoors caters for a variety of ages(children) and the outdoor has a large area of sand beside the small collection of animals & birds. One can purchase food & drink with a good area of seating.
K. B.
Had loads of fun with the animals and slides inside I don't get y they charge so much for adults tho it's not like we get a choice to go in there especially when I spent best part of £50 on food and drink
J. B.
It's an OK place to bring kids ..
G. K.
Great place for the younger and older kids plenty to do either inside or out.Staff very friendly and kept the tables clearly and clean has well as the conveniences.Food was very nice and reasonable priced so all in a great couple of hours out with grandkids 👍
F. H.
Good and clean play areas. Go cart and quad bike bike areas too small. My little one likes the indoor play area more. Food is good.
t. j.
Nice place, reasonably clean despite the number of parents not looking after their kids, was wet and cold when we went but still plenty to keep a 2yr old busy.
d. b.
Perfect day out for the kids good food for both adults and children
L. B.
Lots of different areas for kids of different ages to play in, including babies and U5s. The food is good by soft play centre standards too - haven't been disappointed yet!
L. D.
The kids had a lot of fun on the things that were open. Too much stuff not open.
S. M.
Very kind and helpful staff
All social distancing arrangements were well thought through. My 2 year old grandson loved it! Thank you.
J. Y.
It's amazing! I did everything I could, I would recommend this for all ages, there is a SoftPlay, High Ropes, Climbing wall, Man made beach, Splash Park, Outdoor park, Small Zoo, Climbing Utilitus, So much to list! I would highly recomend you to go there, Once and you will go again!
S. s. (.
Brilliant day out for children, it's very cheap entrance too. Only down side was the food prices but to be fair it's same everywhere. Owe will defiantly going again.
G. W.
Great, my almost 3 year old grandaughter loved every minute and did not want to leave. We will be back!
L. K.
Redicliously long wait just for a coffee... heaving and only one cafe open. 3 ladies toilets for the whole place, madness.
Great response to my review, and speedy too. Thank you for your reply and for letting me know there are more toilets, I didn't realise there were more. Xx
J. C.
Excellent place to let your kids expend some energy, plenty to keep them occupied with the opportunity to have breakfast lunch etc!! We have visited the webb adventure park on numerous occasions, and have always returned .
V. C.
Plenty to do and the food was nice. The staff make sure the kids aren't breaking the rules unlike the majority of places. Highly recommend.
S. N.
Great fun for all ages.
R. U.
It's soft play on s large scale inside and a water park and petting zoo outside. Great food at reasonable prices. Will come again.
T. N.
Great morning out lots to do to keep the little one entertained. Food was nice also. Cleanliness was good also
J. M.
Most of the animal area was closed for re-construction, however my son enjoyed watching the old goat enclosure be demolished by a rusty mini digger
A. S.
Lots of great things for toddlers and slightly older children. Only open for outside bits so cannot include soft play area (which looked great!)
i.
Very exciting place. Very popular so can be loud. Now with extra fairgrounds!
K. G.
Really good place for the kids they really enjoyed it, loads for them to do and very cheap to get in didn't get any food but looked abit expensive for what you got but had a great time there would go again.

Great day out for all the family, loads to do, really caring and understanding staff, great with kids with special needs especially the lady who specially opened up the craft room and sat patiently with our son doing craft with him until he settled down, can't rate highly enough. Thank you!

Take my son herr once a while. He loves it and to be fair, so do I. The food is also surprising good, and not so expensive. Recommended for anyone with small children.

Great for the little ones to play and explore. Food ok, clearing up and the tyding of dirty plates and cups could be done sooner than 2 hrs after eating.

We visited Creepy Crawlies today for the 4th or 5th time in the last few years. The place is huge and as far as soft play centres go it is definitely one of the better ones. The thing that has taken the edge off each and every visit is the staff. On every occasion we have been delayed or inconvenienced by staff chatting, hugging, texting rather than working. We have regularly had to que for longer than necessary due to there being only one till open while three other staff member stand around talking. What is the point of employing so many young girls if they aren't going to work??

Held a 5th birthday party here (Feb 2019). From our initial enquiry through to leaving after the party, our experience was faultless, and we felt like it was great value for money.

We visit Creepy Crawlies every so often and love it. Lots of entertainment inside and outside, and decent food as well. Only negative is parking on busy days.

Excellent play area for kids my 7 and 5 year olds love it. Plenty to do from soft play, football, canons and outside park, gokarts and small area with animals

The website needs updating as it was misleading, both the boys were expecting quad bikes, we were told we couldn't feed the animals despite the fact, we had paid for bags of food for the animal

We visited for the first time today and had a fantastic day. My girls are 1 and 3 and they absolutely loved it.

Good value for money. Went with kids 6&8, intended to stay a couple of hours ended up staying the whole day as they were having so much fun.

Absolutely brilliant fun also absolutely terrifying. I'm no good with the high ropes but I still had fun anyway. The relatively cheap prices would definitely make me go back again.

Great facilities for the kids but not all of our food made it to the table, even after asking three times. However, it was a very busy Saturday.

Expensive, not sure why we need to pay as adults when only watching the grandkids 🤔

Great place for families with children up to eleven years old. For older kids need the adventure pass to do the high ropes and climbing wall which is sooo high

Took my daughter here on the weekend and she absolutely loved the place. There was plenty for her to do and the staff were great!
