I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and was having trouble with my mobility as well as exercising safely. When I began with Saf 5 months ago I was only walking and not being able to use weights due to joint problems.
Now she has me running and weight training! She has taught me how I can exercise using different methods depending on whether I am tired, in pain or feeing in peak condition.
More importantly I feel so much fitter and happier in both my mind and body.
Saf works very closely to tailor sessions to specific needs and knows just how much to push me.
I would definitely recommend her- I had wanted to try out personal training for years but had all sorts of preconceptions about it. Saf is approachable, calm and flexible in the way she works.

I’ve struggled with my weight since my early 20’s (I’m now 41) but never more so than during lockdown when I gained more weight and became less active. I’m so glad that I found Saf when I did.
In the relatively short space of time that I’ve been with Saf, I’ve lost 2 stone in weight and can see real improvement to my aerobic fitness. Saf has even had me running - something I wouldn’t have dreamt of before and something that I vowed I would only ever do if my life depended on it!
Saf is highly professional and offers an exceptional PT service tailored to her clients needs. I have done a mixture of HIIT cardio workouts, weights and core exercises with Saf. We do indoor gym based sessions but Saf also likes to make use of outdoor spaces, which I really enjoy. Saf is a great motivator and goes to a lot of trouble to make sure that the sessions are fun and enjoyable for her clients. Saf also provides me with home workouts and nutritional advice, and is always contactable to answer any questions or provide advice and tips.
I really can’t recommend Saf highly enough!

Saf is a fantastic personal trainer and certainly the best thing I've done for my fitness. I've never stuck to the gym and with young children and a busy work/home life, I wasn't sure I could fit this in, but I'm so glad I did. I'm fitter and stronger than ever and look forward to our sessions together. Saf is extremely professional and dedicated to getting the best out of each session. She is also extremely accommodating with session days and times. Saf listened to my goals and has tailored the sessions to keep pushing my fitness and strength in a safe and supportive way. I've already moved beyond what I expected and can see huge gains in my fitness and overall strength. In addition to our weekly sessions, Saf has created a personal training programme to follow at home, which is great.

Wasn’t sure what to expect as never had a PT before. Struggled with my fitness during lockdown with the gym’s being shut.
Was given different workout programs (explained really well) with great variation and progress on the workouts.
Saf was Always available to answer any questions or to provide motivation & tips to keep going.
Saf also definitely helped point out where my nutrition was going wrong, helped me with small tweaks to what I eat and great advice on food preparation and different meal ideas - which I still stick to now 3 months on.
Overall, great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Saf is absolutely amazing! So professional and really motivating. All of the meal plans provided were easy to cook, affordable and tasty. Also kept me full for hours! Our PT sessions have a wide variety of cardio, weights and resistance training and I have gained really impressive results! Cannot fault it! I recommend Saf 100% 😀

About 6 weeks ago I was morbidly obese at almost 18stones, bad in shape, as well as psychologically. I was eating pretty much anything I saw, a lot of fast food and takeaways mainly. I had tried hard fasting, intermittent fasting, counting calories, cutting out carbs, keto, juice diets etc and after about 2 weeks I was putting the weight back on and eating even more.
The lockdown made things worse because I was working from home and eating all my emotions away. I used to be out of breath after walking short distance and was constantly feeling back pains.
I contemplated gastric surgery but the future repercussions of this were scary so I thought I can do this on my own but I need someone to hold my hand and teach me good ways of eating, exercising etc.
I contacted Saf on Facebook and we did an initial appointment and a few tests. For such an affordable price, the fitness exercises (which by the way are quite fun,flexible and vary so they are not a strictly gym-based) were included even the nutrition plans were covered and it was amazing!
Saf has been my PT for 6 weeks now and by following the routine I have lost 4 inches off my waist, 4 inches off my upper stomach, 4 inches off my thighs and 2 inches off my arms.
I am still a work in a progress as I like to call myself and I'm so lucky that I met Saf and continue to work with her as she's friendly, bubbly, has a great personality and is highly professional.
