I started my journey with Stephen over 5 years ago now and haven’t looked back. Anytime I find myself needing an extra push I will book him for one to one sessions to get me back at it properly. His guidance through it all both in and out of the gym really help motivate me. Very easy guy to get on with too, which helps on the days where I’m not at 100%. Stephen’s online coaching was a life saver during the pandemic and actually motivated me more than I thought, he was able to track my progress via an app so it give me the motivation to get up and at it! Can’t recommend him enough!

Steve is a fantastic personal trainer. He is very dedicated to his job -never misses a training session & is always on time. He cares about his clients & their goals , he goes above and beyond to help you achieve them. He is very knowledgable when it comes to different types of exercises and nutrition. Where to start with Stevie? Honestly it's the best gym experience I've ever had. Stevie is an expert in what he does and customises each 1-1 to suit you specifically. No chicken and rice diets. Good, realistic meal plans to help you reach your goals and maximise your potential. I've never felt as happy and confident within myself as I did whilst training. He's taught me everything I know in regards to health and fitness and made me feel so comfortable in the gym and confident in using the equipment which I find the most daunting part. I honestly could not reccomend Stevie enough to anyone interested in wanting to invest in themselves.
