Una is amazing personal trainer!!! Honestly I am in the gym more than 10 years and I thought I know everything. I start training with her resently and she showed me how to train properly, help me physically and mentally! If you want to feel or look better gays I strongly recommend her, she is the life changer!

Una is an amazing PT I started with her a few months ago after training ju jitsu with her at kyoujin. She has a lot of knowledge and knows exactly what she is talking about. She has introduced me to weight training which has been very beneficial, however we also do lots of mobility training alongside it which is great. She checks in with me daily even on the days I am not training with her to make sure I am doing ok, i always look forward to my sessions with her as I always learn loads!

The absolute star when it come to coaching! Very quickly got me into the habit of going to the gym regularly, then introduced me to the weightlifting area where I was always timid to come, made me feel strong and capable of anything. Every time the program is new, fun and more challenging. She's very supportive when you struggle and motivative when you try to slip away. Even as a person who's training at 6am, I am always looking forward to come for a training, and I can really see how far I have come since day one!
