Danielle is the best personal trainer in the world. She helped me to feel confident to use the different equipment in the gym, motivated to keep going and helped me focus on my goals. Danielle puts you at ease straight away with her friendly smile and welcoming manner. She helped me to lose weight, body fat and gain muscle. I now feel confident enough to go to the gym on my own when I was too self conscious before. Danielle makes sure that you are working to your best ability and encouraging you to beat your personal goals. She has inspired me to eat better and care about what I put in my body.
