Sophie is absolutely brilliant - I started from scratch and now feel so much more confident in the gym. She is great at making you feel comfortable and is encouraging without being overbearing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

Working with Sophie has been amazing!
In my case, I had been an on and off gym goer, never really got into weight training properly, and was looking to find a starting point. I wish I had started with Sophie ages ago - by the first two weeks I had already felt such a difference in my strength, body and most importantly - confidence in the gym.
She has been so supportive and kind throughout our time together - both in the sessions and outside of them, which has been lovely!
For any women worried about getting a PT and feeling a bit scared in the gym, which was how I felt before working with Sophie, I cannot recommend her enough!
Finding a time to train that suits us both was never a problem, and she also offers lots of support with nutrition and overall well-being :) - so working with her has been amazing value for money. I cannot recommend her enough!

Working with Sophie over the past couple of months has been amazing! I feel so much stronger and confident, and wish that I could continue training with Sophie (have finished uni, so have now left Birmingham 😭😭). This has been my first time getting into resistance training properly, and Sophie has been extremely supportive, yet encouraged me to push myself during our sessions. I cannot recommend enough because Sophie is such a lovely person who will get the best out of you!

Training with Soph has been the single best decision I’ve made. So much thought and expert knowledge has gone into making my training plan perfectly suited to me. I have felt extremely supported at the same time as being pushed to reach my full potential. Also, Soph’s sessions are fun, something I didn’t think I would ever associate with exercise when I began!
On days where confidence was an issue, Soph was there to be my cheerleader. I started to enjoy going to the gym and I was improving both mentally and physically. Soph’s approach to PTing is holistic. She takes time to check in on a weekly basis to see how her client’s weeks have been, and to highlight anything that may impact training. Her knowledge of diet and nutrition is fantastic, and it has helped me to fuel my body with the right things.
Life changing and highly recommended. I genuinely don’t believe another PT would have been able to help me in the same way. Thank you Soph X

Sophie is a supportive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic PT.
My strength and form have improved tremendously under her guidance. She clearly knows her stuff and is able to explain techniques and concepts clearly, so I now feel confident that I understand what's going on when I'm lifting.
Sophie was very considerate when we first started training together, understanding that the gym can be a nerve-wracking place for those of us to whom fitness has never come naturally. I now feel at home there, thanks to the way she introduced me to different areas and machines, never making me feel how I felt during PE at school!!
Sophie goes above and beyond for her clients, with regular check-ins alongside detailed exercise plans and advice on nutrition. (Extra note to say she had no issues talking to me about my dietary requirements as a vegan, never once insinuating my lifestyle could cause me to be “deficient” in some way.) During COVID there has been even more support in the form of online classes and a client facebook group with extra updates.
I've been a client of Sophie's for two and a half years and feel nothing but lucky to have had her support over this time. I'm looking forward to continuing on together!!

Absolutely loved working with Soph for our PT sessions! Soph is so lovely and approachable, as well as professional. I remember feeling unsure about working with a PT as it was my first time, but Soph made everything seem so straight forward. Any apprehensive feelings that I had were completely gone after our first consultation! I used to dread going to the gym as I didn't feel confident it what equipment to use or how, to get the results that I wanted. After 10 sessions with Soph, I had so much more knowledge of what to do and felt so much more confident! I started to enjoy what I was doing and started to see a difference in myself. Soph has also been so amazing to all of her clients throughout lockdowns by running additional online classes. From my sessions with Soph, I have been able to continue working towards my goals and am really seeing a long term impact. I couldn't recommend Soph more!

I've had problems with my shoulders for years and underwent physio treatments for a year with little results. My physio had told me to try strength training, so I booked a session with Sophie. Within weeks I saw more improvement in my shoulder than I had done the entire year previously. She was really friendly, helpful, and understanding about my shoulder's sensitivity. When I changed my goals to focus on getting fitter, Sophie adjusted the program for me, and I saw results in that goal too. Whatever your fitness goal, I would definitely recommend going with Soph, she's been amazing!

I loved working with Sophie even if it was for a short period. She was always attentive and coomunicated well with me. I was a nightmare client and had to rearrange multiple sessions but she was always considerate and accommodating. The plan was good for me but you have to want to change yourself and put in the effort on your end too or its not worth it! My confidence has gorown so much so thank you! I also loved the client corner as it makes you feel part of a community. Overall, it was a great experience and I hope to work again with her someday. I would definitely reccomend!

Amazing PT. Stayed with Sophie for 2 months only due to COVID but it really helped me to get in the best shape I have ever been. The classes would really push you, Sophie was always super nice and available. Would definitely recommend her!
