I have been a member of this gym for 6 months now - and have consistently attended multiple classes a week (which is a record for me!)
The classes are challenging without being intimidating. There is a sense of camaraderie with the other members yet also 121 instruction and support from Jango when you need it.
I’m happier in my body. I have dramatically reduced back and neck pains and my strength has massively increased.
We have also enjoyed social occasions as members too.
Price wise, it sits somewhere in between a gym membership and personal training, but I think it represents good value.

I am not a gym person till I started with Jango. He has motivated me and been so kind and supportive with all areas of my life. He knows his stuff and makes ever session fun, enjoyable and encourages me to get the most out of it. Jango also has great physio knowledge and has given me exercises to do at home as will as manipulated my shoulder at the gym. The other members and really lovely too. Would highly recommend Jango and his gym.

I have been training with Jango for about 5 months now and thoroughly enjoy it. Fun environment with a sense of togetherness where everyone is made feel welcome. Jango goes above and beyond and nothing is ever any bother! His methods and motivational approach definitely work for me! Would have no hesitation in recommending this gym to anyone!

The classes are tough but fun and Jango will always keep you motivated and help you reach your goals. I've known Jango for 8 years from attending his training bootcamps from his early days. His knowledge about fitness, nutrition and the body is second to none. His passion is helping people regain their health, lose weight, gain strength and confidence. His training sessions are excellent and focus on different muscle groups every day, plus offer a wide variety of time slots to suit everybody's needs. Non of the classes are intimidating in any way and all the members are made to feel welcome and comfortable. There's also a great group atmosphere and camaraderie, and everyone enjoys themselves as well as working hard to achieve their own specific goals!
As I've known Jango for so long I can also speak for his personality, professionalism and the kind of chap he is. He's a very friendly, happy, approachable fellow plus he's not one of these trainer's with a big ego like so many are, which is another feather in his cap for me.
I can't recommend him highly enough if you're looking for an introduction into fitness or wanting to get back onto it.
Unfortunately I have to say something about a very unfair and unwarranted comment on here, which is from someone who, by the sounds of it, spent a mere few minutes in his company. I can only say what utter drivel I had the displeasure of reading and is the polar opposite of a description of him, especially the part about intimidating women, which quite honestly borders on slander! Complete junk!
So, to sum up, I really hope if you do decide to join a fitness group that Jango Health and Fitness is the one you go for.....you won't be disappointed! 🙂💪
