I absolutely love my classes each week and really look forward to them!
I started about four months ago, wanting to improve mental health and body confidence, having never done anything like this before I was a little apprehensive as I felt very unfit and I'm not of the sporty type, but John, Emily and Matt are so encouraging, supportive and push me to the max of my ability that I am starting to see and feel the results.
Every class is fun and the rest of the team are fantastic, I feel energised, stronger and top of the world thanks to the Go Fitness team.
I 100% recommend Go Fitness.

I cannot recommend Go Obstacle enough. I know Emily long time back...she’s always been brilliant and always happy to help everyone with their fitness and health wellness.
After having busy working day I never wanted to do exercise but then I push myself and John Emily or Matt surprise me with Constantly changing up the routines to keep things interesting.
We have a group whatsapp chat and John, Emily & Matt are always keeping us update with latest top tips. their personal approach and support is way beyond. You can ask anything anytime and one of them come back to you ASAP. That kind of support we all need in this time. And everyone is very much helpful and encouraging each other.
In short Go Obstacle is the best fitness group to join. I can't rate Go Obstacle Fitness highly enough! Xx

Emily, John and Matt are all amazing.
They are all really helpful and friendly and are full of great advice, both in regards to nutrition and our physical fitness.
They have created a really great community for all of the members and are really take into account the members mental health and motivation too.
With their support I have already lost 18lbs in the last 16 weeks, even though Christmas could have really derailed me. I have no doubt I will get back in shape in no time with their help and totally recommend all of their classes.

GO Obstacle is one of the best investments I've ever made in my health. Emily, John and Matt are great coaches, always thinking of new ways to keep the sessions fun and interesting, especially when fancy dress is involved, always happy to give advice and encouragement, and keep us going through lockdown. The GO community are an amazing bunch too, with a really active WhatsApp group to share successes, struggles and laughs. In just over 3 months I've lost nearly a stone, gained fitness and feel like I have so much more energy.

I cannot recommend Go Obstacle enough. I have worked with the for 6 years now. When I first went to Emily I had never worked out before, I was hugely over weight, struggling with severe anxiety about even attempting it.
Fast forward and Emily helped me loss huge amounts of weight, but so much more than that, I built the confidence to exercise and love it! To the point I even did the Great South Run!
I've gone back to work with Emily, John and Matt recently as the weight has creeped back on over lockdown. It's the best investment I could have made. The online classes, meal plans and recipes are really fun and make it enjoyable.
I've loved the community of people as well, the mindset training and everything else they offer.
As you can tell I'm a huge fan and can't rave about the enough.
If your reading this and like me you know you need to do something about your weight or health, but your petrified, trust me your in the best hands. 👌

Joined this group back in July 2020. It has kept me going during the pandemic. I have lost weight, become stronger and fitter. I enjoy being part of a group and working to my own fitness goals. It is great being outdoors and when we had to move to zoom it has been great too. Despite the challenge of moving indoors. Can’t wait to return to the outdoors but will continue via zoom till we can. They support all your needs from fitness to nutrition. You won’t regret joining. Do it.

I've been lucky enough to train with Emily and John for over 5 years now, they're the best trainers I've ever had. Nothing is too much for these two, they go above and beyond what an average trainer would do. They've pushed me much further than I could possibly have imagined and I feel all the better for it. All sessions are fun and I never feel out of my depth. I can't recommend training with Go Obstacle highly enough, 5 stars isn't enough.

I can't recommend Go Obstacle highly enough! I credit Emily and John with getting me through lockdown 1 both mentally and so much fitter than when I started. I never thought I'd love getting up and out into a rainy field at the crack of dawn, but it has happened! There is such a fantastic (and excellent value) programme on offer and the Go Obstacle team have such positive and encouraging attitudes that I don't think it would be possible to fail at your fitness goals. There's also a really great group of people at the classes who all keep each other motivated too. As each new lockdown and tier has been introduced, the team have responded quickly and communicatively to ensure everyone can still access the classes - they genuinely go the extra mile and are clearly very passionate at what they do. You won't regret signing up, so do it!

I joined Go Obstacle beginning of Jan 2021 and in just 4 weeks I’ve already lost 8lb. But for me joining Go Obstacle is not just about losing weight, but over-coming a serious eating disorder and addiction to fast food and the emotional connections that come with it.
Lockdown is hard for everyone especially those that live on their own. Go Obstacle have given me a focus and a goal that I now truly believe is achievable.
I now meal plan, prep and cook every meal from scratch, teaching myself to cook with foods and herbs and spices I’d never imagined eating. I thought this would all be too overwhelming but it’s been the opposite. They give me everything I need, the recipes, the shopping list and the methods. It’s definitely broadened my knowledge about nutrition and tasty healthy foods and my repertoire of meals I can now make in the kitchen.
Then there’s the exercise classes - easy to book in and do as many as you want each week with the Unlimited membership. Currently on Zoom but I love that as very practical (especially in the winter!) so I hope they continue on Zoom as well as outdoors when Covid is over!
There’s so much love, positivity, understanding and support within this group. It’s the best investment and life change I’m making for myself right now despite the hard times that surround us. I love the community between members and the lovely trainers, John, Emily and Matt who are there for us 24/7 and always checking in on us to make sure we are ok.
I HIGHLY recommend Go Obstacle more than any other fitness/health plan that exists out there. And believe me I’ve tried almost every method you can think of!

Thank god I found go obstacle ! I responded to a Facebook advert and Emily called me one Sunday to have a general chat about what I was hoping to achieve ! Her professional approach coupled
With her listening skills and sense of humour struck a chord with me so I decided to sign up for the 30 day fitness plan with a healthy eating and working out 3 times a week !
I’m now in my fourth week and I’ve lost 6 lbs I have more energy and am definitely feeling more toned up ! It’s part of a life long plan but I think if your mindset is there to get fit and keep the weight off then this is a winner group ! you’ll be on a journey with others on the same conquest as you so that in itself is a great support network ! Because of covid I’ve only been working out online and met people virtually but looking forward to actually meeting everyone for the outdoor classes and the socials !! I first started with go Obstacle in July after coming out of the first lockdown and I needed to shape up big time, emily contacted me and arrange to meet and go over all my measurements and gave me a tracker and meal plan book, which you log on to myfitnesspal, so dead easy follow, I then went along to all the classes at Stanmer park, they are really fun and each class is different, and you meet some great people along the way too. We have a group whatsapp chat and John, Emily & Matt are always keeping us update with latest top tips. It’s a fab all round fitness group, I’d highly recommend to any age or any fitness level. 👍🏻

I can't rate Go Obstacle Fitness highly enough... I've been a member for just over 3 months and it's the best combination of small class sizes with a real sense of community and fun (whether virtual or face to face depending on Covid restrictions) and a full regime of support and encouragement throughout. I have several injuries which they always take into account by offering alternative exercises and I feel stronger and fitter both physically and mentally! The monthly recipe packs are the icing on the cake, a far cry from the usual boring flavourless diet fare. Give these guys a try and you won't be disappointed 🙂🙂🙂

On 1st September I joined GO Fitness, as like many had been confined to working from home during Lockdown 1.0.
Initially, joining for me, was not about losing loads of weight. It was about self-motivation, understanding my body, toning up AND exercising my mind, as well as my body.
GO Fitness is so much more then doing 45 minute exercise. I’m educated daily about nutrition, portion sizes, muscle groups and what I am actually capable of achieving.
The classes either online or outdoors, allows me to unwind, de-stress and I’m pushing myself more and more in a healthy and safe environment.
I joined GO Fitness on my own and have been fortunate to gain friends, through the GO Fitness Family in the last few months..
No more work chair to sofa in 5 seconds for me!!!

Great classes in gorgeous Stanmer Park run by knowledgeable, professional and inspiring instructors who will help you get a plan together to meet your fitness, diet and life goals. A very welcoming and inclusive place where all levels of fitness can work together; a great sense of comradery, and great results.
