Jordan is lovely, really encouraging and an amazing cheerleader. He does so much to personalise every session so I'm always working on what matters to me and is always happy to offer extra tips, flexibility classes, or whatever I need. Every session is fun and makes me feel great about progress regardless of where I'm at. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Jordan is an outstanding personal trainer. I originally began to see Jordan to develop strength for running and reduce running injuries. He has done this and more by really understanding my needs and then developing a plan to address them. Each session with Jordan is meticulously planned to ensure safe progression. Sessions are varied but with a good mix of consistency. He is brilliantly motivational- love the fist bumps and his infectious enthusiasm.
If you're thinking about working with a PT, choose Jordan, you won't regret it!

Jordan is a fantastic personal trainer! Following a serious knee injury and subsequent surgery (I ruptured my ACL and badly tore the cartilage), I needed to have some support with my rehab and journey to get my strength back. I’m still on that journey and he is gradually helping me to learn the basics about movement, strength and exercise. Jordan is so positive, encouraging and supportive - I couldn’t recommend him more highly! The sessions are well-planned and he keeps track of what you do and the progress you make. He has hugely helped to motivate me and is proving to be key on my road to recovery…. and improved fitness! 😊

Jordan’s weekly zoom HIIT and Flexibility for Beginners were a 2020 lifesaver for me and continue to keep me sane (as well as improving my fitness) in 2021. They work for all abilities, the programs are designed to let you do as much as works for you, at the same time challenging you to do that little bit more each time. Jordan provides alternative moves if something a bit easier or more challenging is needed and is great at motivating you to give it your absolute best without being over-pushy, which is the perfect balance. I love it! And I love that I can do the classes with the video off 😂.

I always hated gym classes and thought they would never be for me, but I've gone from that to 3 Zoom classes a week for the last 8 months with Jordan! Hes a fantastic trainer, very encouraging despite not being able to see anyone. Recommended him to everyone including my work who loved him so much they asked him back again. Thanks Jordan for making me much fitter (and able to do a push up which I never thought I'd be able to do!)

Jordan's Senior Fitness classes are extremely well run and provide a good, all round workout. He takes the time to know everyone's injuries and limitations and tailors the exercises accordingly in a genuine, unpatronising way. During these Covid-dominated times we always felt safe and we really cannot fault his friendly attitude and professional approach at all times.

Over the summer I spent a month with Jordan, working three times a week on my general strength and fitness and have been so impressed with the results. Jordan has been excellent at motivating me to push myself further each session and always ramped up the intensity when he knew I could handle it. Jordan provides bespoke training sessions and keeps in touch regularly to ensure the sessions are going to to provide positive results. I have a weak wrist and at points it was sore so the sessions were adapted to minimise any further discomfort. I would highly recommend Jordan if you are looking for a Personal Trainer who cares about results and achieving your goals, outside of the sessions as well as in.

Jordan is the go to guy if you want to achieve your fitness and nutrition goals and I would highly recommend and rate him. Jordan really invests in you and genuinely wants to help you achieve your goals. I’ve known Jordan for a couple of years now - I loved his classes so much at RCFC that in lockdown I asked him to PT me - we do weekly face to face sessions and tailored home programming to do alongside. It’s safe to say I’m the fittest I’ve ever been thanks to JB’s awesome programming. Highly recommend ! Have just completed my first block booking and have lost 17lbs !!
