I've been training with Teresa for several months now, aiming to improve both strength and flexibility. Sessions are challenging, varied and fun - no two weeks are the same. Teresa is great at motivating you to push yourself, with emphasis on correct form, and takes the time to explain the purpose/benefit of different movements. She has also helped me with a tailored exercise programme to deal with past injuries. Highly recommended!

Before me and my girlfriend started training with Teresa, we barely knew our way around the gym and very much stuck to our comfort zones; like many others, the free weights section was an area we wouldn’t dare step foot in. After just over a year of training together, our attitudes and confidence in the gym are worlds away from how it used to be. Not only do we know how to do the big three lifts (deadlift, squat and bench) now, we’re able to beat personal bests almost every time we do max testing, and powerlifting competitions are even on our radar, something neither of us would have dreamed of before. All of this is thanks to T’s endless support and encouragement, providing us with programs that are tailored to help us move in the directions we want to go in, and always a text away if we want to change things up on the fly.
The programs that she writes us change monthly to focus on improving specific parts of our lifts or targeting smaller and harder to work muscle groups. We also are able to work doing what we find the most fun, which for us is a mix of powerlifting and calisthenics. We definitely wouldn’t have started learning to handstand on our own, but Teresa has a great way of slowly introducing exercises that build up confidence and strength allowing these things to become possible. She is also a lovely person, reminding us of how far we have come and is very respectful of any boundaries that you may have in regards to health, diet and exercise. Overall, our experience with Teresa over the past year has been an overwhelmingly positive one and our training sessions together are one of the highlights of the week! I’d recommend her in a heartbeat!

Terese is a great PT! She keeps things varied and challenging but with a close eye on form and technique. She pushes without being pushy and is supportive to all abilities! I can't recommend her enough!

Teresa is everything you could ask for and more when it comes to a personal trainer. I came to her after 2 years of chronic pain and therefore a lack of confidence in my body. She carefully listened to my needs and goals, and managed to make exercising fun again.
Within only a few months, I improved my overall strength and mobility, progressed with my handstands, but most importantly I started trusting and pushing my body again.
One of my favourite things about Teresa is that she clearly goes above and beyond to constantly improve her knowledge and skillset, and she is great at explaining the how and why behind various movements and exercise choices.

Teresa is great at tailoring a programme to suit your fitness and goals. She really motivates me even when I really don't want to be working out but know I should!

Three and a bit years ago I was just shy of 17 St (at 5"3)... Confident, cute and full of self love 🥰
I decided to lose a few pounds so I could fit into some lovely dresses I'd got too big for....those few pounds ended up being 6.5 stone!
I met Teresa halfway through my weightloss. And I'm so glad I did!
I turn 39 next year, and am still within my target weight still, with minimal loose skin. I've never looked better 😍
What I love about Teresa is that she focuses on strength and mobility. And is all about the positive encouragement!
I've progressed so much in my time with her. And she puts the work in to understand my motivation etc.
Her sessions are fun, motivational and bespoke and she's so lovely!
If you're unsure, still thinking etc... I'd suggest to get in touch with Teresa and have a chat and take it from there.
I hated the thought of gyms and Trainers shouting at me and making me feel rubbish but found a gem in Teresa who gets results without all that horribleness!
She's crazy fit, and knowledgeable about fitness (personal training, calethenics, mobility, biomechanics, biology etc) and a lovely person and super nice trainer.

Teresa is amazing, she has so much knowledge and makes working out so fun. My body strength has improved massively, I can now do handstands, push ups and have learnt so much. She sees when I collapse into self-doubts and encourages me to try new things, like going upside down on Olympic rings, I never thought I could do that when she first showed me, but I did! If any of you are lucky enough to have a online session with her, you get to meet Lilley who is the worlds cutest dog!
