Without Lizzy, I'd not have achieved all the things that I wanted to do - completing marathons, taking ten minutes off my PB for a half marathon, and participating in running events across the world (like Berlin).
More importantly, Lizzy gives you the attention, knowledge and skills that feed into your motivation to achieve those goals with well designed fitness plans. She even knows when to say those things that you deny to yourself but without being judgemental, only supportive.

I have been training with Lizzy for just over a year now and right from the start she has been fantastic! She has taken the time to listen to and understand my goals, and has created training plans to help me achieve these. She keeps the plans varied and challenging, but most of all she makes them entertaining and fun! She is currently helping me rehab from an injury, and her knowledge and creativity in modifying exercises to prevent the injury being exacerbated whilst allowing me to keep training makes me feel that I am in safe hands. i would definitely recommend her!

Lizzy is an absolutely fantastic trainer and if you are struggling with an injury or chronic pain I would 100% recommend getting in touch. I've been working with her for around 4 months after two years of chronic back pain and have progressed from struggling to sit at a desk for a full day of work to comfortably running 10km in that time. Her ability to know exactly how hard to push you and the flexibility to offer PT sessions, sports massage or a mix of both in one session is amazing and the tailored and regularly updated home programs have kept me motivated and progressing every week.

I came to Lizzy needing guidance and experitise on fitness and achieving my goals, i was tired of always leaving my health as the last thing on my list.
She responded promptly and was able to see me only a few days after, which is great when you feel energised to make a change and you need to move fast with the motivation!
