Hi - I used Charlie for personal training program to get prepared for my first ever full Ironman triathlon in Austria. Charlie, being a former track athlete, knows his stuff, and I respected his knowledge immensely. He identified various areas of weakness and imbalance and developed a program to help correct and strengthen appropriately for this type of endurance event. He also tailored the sessions to cut back on strength exercises as I approached the race to focus on more stretching and recovery massages to help muscles recover and go again during a very high mileage/hourly training programme - 15-17 hours training a week.

Charlie is absolutely amazing!
I started training with Charlie last year in November and it was the best choice I made.
Not only did Charlie provide good quality gym sessions, he also helped support me through my training, my diet and helped me reach all my goals! Sessions were always fitted to what you wanted to achieve and you could always contact Charlie if u had any questions about your workouts etc.
Im very grateful as I've achieved my goals with his help!

Would highly recommend Charlie as a trainer. He took me from a complete novice to someone who loves training in the gym and is not afraid of lifting weights. His PT sessions are always fun, engaging and varied.

Charlie is a professional trainer that will help you achieve your goals and reach even further. He will create workouts tailored specifically for you, for your goals and your current fitness level, no matter how good or bad it is. He will also give you nutritional advise, to teach you how to eat healthier and better.
He always watches how good or bad you are performing, and adjusts the exercises accordingly, so that you are always giving your best without burning out or getting injured.
On the personal side, he is a very funny, smiley and easy going person, always trying to make you feel good and motivated, while pushing your limits at the same time.
Cons: your body will ache for two days after every session, no matter how long you've been working out.
