I had been training independently for two and a half years without professional guidance before starting personal training with Ryan in 2020.
I had been killing myself in the gym four days a week and trying various diets, but was making little headway with my goals and had earned myself several aches and pains along the way.
Over the last nine months Ryan has helped tailor my training and nutrition to suit my lifestyle and make significant progress towards my goals, before and during the lockdowns.
Ryan’s very personable, professional and can tell when I can and can’t be pushed during a workout. I’ve recommended Ryan to colleagues, friends and family.

I started personal training with Ryan in January last year. My biggest problem is not being able to motivate myself. My worst nightmare was to join a gym and workout alone not knowing if what I do is right. Ryan is just amazing! Great at motivating me and explaining each exercise through.
Since I started PT sessions with him my energy level is really good and I feel that my fitness level is getting stronger by the week! I always have such a great workout with a positive attitude which empower you to work out even harder.
He is a very professional trainer and definitely will help you to achieve your fitness goals! If you are thinking of training with a PT I would highly recommend Ryan!

Ryan is a great PT. Personable and understanding of your goals and limitations. He’s helped me improve my squat form, deadlift technique and the weights I’m lifting. Working with Ryan has helped me lose around 15kg I’m just under two years, and counting. Cannot highly recommend his services enough.

Ryan put together a fitness and nutrition program for me taking a lot of time to take account of my dietary requirements. It was really detailed and easy to follow, and I saw results really quickly. He also checked in regularly to update the program given my needs. He was very understanding about my lack of fitness knowledge and took the time to explain everything in a way I understood.
