Shaun has helped me to up my fitness levels beyond anything I thought possible, and along with nutritional advice helped me re-sculpt my body, manage my food choices and improved my mindfulness and plan a healthy work/life/training balance. At almost 50 years of age I am fitter than I was at 30, happier than I have been for a very long time with my physique, endurance and strength. Shaun's knowledge of fitness and nutritional understanding is second to none and he is a friendly approachable bloke who makes training fun. I would recommend SNL fitness to anyone thinking about taking their first steps into getting fit or anyone who has lost their Mojo and needs to get serious about their fitness and dietary needs. Whatever your age or fitness level, Shaun has the right workout and nutritional schedule for you.

Shaun takes his job as a personal trainer very seriously and he makes sure that my client experience is tailored to my specific needs. Every week I go to train with him, he changes things around to make sure it is not repetitive. I have noticed since beginning training with him that my muscles in my arms are more defined and that I can actually now lift some light weights! I’m not a fan of the gym and not a natural athlete but I do enjoy my weekly gym session with Shaun. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a very good and likeable personal trainer.

Well Shaun is the guy your looking for!! Shaun is an amazing online PT. Communication is amazing, support is fantastic I really can not fault Shaun in any way. My progress and body change in just 4 weeks is incredible, I really couldn't be anymore happy then I am. Shaun gives me a great weekly food plan which accommodates my food likes and dislikes, daily workouts explained clearly and adjustable if needed and just amazing support from the start even on my bad days. I highly recommend Shaun to have as your PT if you want to succeed and achieve your goals. Im so glad I made the move and so will you. So what you waiting for?? I am more than happy to recommend SNL Fitness. I originally instructed SNL so i could pass the Police Fitness test. I started at a point where i wasn't even half way to a pass. I used the recommended Dietary plan to lose 3 stone and managed to pass the test and in a dry run achieved 50% more than required. Since passing the test I am now working with SNL to achieve personal goals. I struggle with motivation to go to the gym, so having a PT to plan the session for me is a super efficient use of my time. By having this- my 1 hour session takes nearly 3 hours on my own in the gym. I rather spend 2 hours a week with SNL over 6 hours it would take in the gym. Importantly if you pull something etc you have an expert ready on hand to deal with it. It is rare but sometimes I go guns blazing or don't listen as well as I should and need some expert assistance. The fitness area SNL use is very welcoming and not over crowded with a broad range of clientele using the facilities. The booking process is personal and as flexible as possible. If you're looking for a cheap PT who fits in clients in between their classes, I will be honest SNL probably isn't the one you're looking for. If you want a very personal bespoke approach SNL will suit you more. Comparatively the cost is equal to others offering the same level of service.

Shaun is a brilliant and motivating personal trainer and also a really nice guy. I use the app to train remotely, which is really good and slick. It's integrated with My Fitness Pal so Shaun can see in real-time how well (or not!) I'm doing with my diet, and feedback appropriately. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend SNL fitness! Shaun has been my PT for 3.5 years now and have helped my fitness and wellbeing through two major life events- losing over 10kg for my wedding and pre, during and post pregnancy! Shaun has amazing knowledge to tailor your workout and food plan depending on what your goals are! He is very personable and caring and truly wants you to achieve your targets! I could not recommend SNL fitness enough. I joined because I wanted to feel strong in my body and work on myself both physically and mentally and Shaun provides that. I took up SNL fitness because MAINLY I needed the mental space more then I needed to work on my body image as I didn’t consider myself as having an unhealthy body. However what came with this was amazing. Not only has his coaching improved my body image, as I’ve have gone from a size 14/12 to a 10 - BUT - more importantly, my mental health has improved dramatically. I feel more confident, healthy and happier with who I am! I can’t recommend Shaun enough, you wont regret it!! If you’re even thinking about it, please start now!!

I you're looking for a personal trainer who will give you the time and support you need to achieve any of your goals then Shaun is the trainer for you. no one workout is repeated, everything is bespoke from weight loss, re-shpaing your body, body building or rehab to an injury, he can cover everything. I have nothing but good things to say. Achieved what I wanted with him in a way that was and is still easily manageable. The diet and menu plans he comes up with are tasty and easy to prepare. A lot of variation in the diet too!

Shaun helped me within 8 months to lose over 35kg. I went from wearing XXL clothes to a size S, simply through remote online personal training and direction on how to eat well. I cannot recommend him enough. His communication is also second to none and he is brilliant at holding you accountable for bad days without making you feel terrible about it.

I highly recommended SNL Fitness. Great at listening to your goals; then tailoring an exercise and eating plan to help you reach them. It helped me progress from running 1K to taking on a full Tough Mudder (15K and 30 obstacles). Always enthusiastic and manages to get that bit extra out of you. More recently I had a shoulder / back injury for which a rehab programme was devised, including massage, stretching and rehab exercises. I’m happy to say that I am nearly fully recovered. Back training again with additional stretching and mobility work too.
