As someone who hasn’t done any routine exercise for a long time, I have really appreciated Tyler’s approach not just to physical fitness but reflecting on how it impacts different areas of my life. He is always approachable and friendly, helping me if something doesn’t make sense! I find the sessions scheduled are thought about and aimed at my level of fitness, while still pushing me to do better. Tyler has been great at explaining everything to me as a complete novice, even out of my workout times which I find very helpful. I look forward to continuing to work together and I am already noticing the changes only a few weeks in.

Working out with Tyler over the last few months has been simply amazing. I was anxious to start this journey as I haven’t had much luck in the past and like most, I am intimated by large gyms and not confident pulling together my own workout plan.
My confidence with working out has grown massively since I started training and I feel so comfortable with Tyler. He is so patient, understanding, motivating and kind. On days I am not training or using the gym at work, Tyler always checks in and sends motivating messages. As someone who suffers with mental health, Tyler is incredibly understanding of this and gives excellent advise and is so easy to speak to, which makes him the amazing trainer that he is.
Over the last few months, I have become much more confident with working out and what foods are best to nourish my body. Being vegan, it can be hard to find a trainer that is also vegan and understands what you need in order to sustain your fitness journey, but Tyler is full of advice, tips and always on hand if you have any questions with anything.
I am looking forward to my ongoing journey and could not think of anyone else I would want to train with. I cannot also think of anyone I would recommend more. Thank you so much Tyler!

Tyler is a great personal trainer. I had been trying to find a trainer that understood my goals and achieving them on a plant based diet.
The best thing is that there is such a good vibe with Tyler - no more toxic masculinity you find in gyms and many personal trainers. He makes me feel very comfortable to by myself.
He has lots of knowledge on training techniques and nutrition. Very good communication. He tailors my workouts around my goals and lifestyle. I would recommend Tyler as a personal trainer to anyone.

I'm so glad that I found Tyler and The Healthy Habit. In the past I've tried to work out on my own doing the usual couch to 5k and / or some yoga and maybe the odd attempt at a pushup or two.
The gains I'm seeing now after only being with Tyler for 3 months have been incredible. I'm doing more then I ever though possible at my age (41). He's not only changed the way I exercise, but he's also changed my mindset towards exercise and viewing my body in a more positive way. He's great at being encouraging without sounding like a drill sergeant.
The recipes and advice on nutrition he has provided has been fantastic. The food is delicious and I have enjoyed cooking and really enjoyed eating them.
If you are on the fence, don't be. Just get in contact with Tyler, he's such a lovely person. I really wish I had started this much sooner.

Tyler is great, I am very happy with him. I never did much exercise before and now I feel I am in the right path, he cares about you and the whole process. He is also very flexible and adapt the training to your level to guarantee to have a healthy progress. Very recommended.

I'm not sure how I found THH but have never looked back! I get a weekly programme tweaked based on the previous workout and regular refresh when needed. Tyler understands my goals and has a realistic path
I'm really impressed how much I have progressed especially as so much is virtual. It's great being able to send videos and have weekly checkins to make sure I'm doing everything correctly. We laugh loads too. No hard time if I miss a session, just work out why and what he can do to support me
Added bonus is he's vegan so no stupid conversations about lack of protein, just great dietary advice and videos

I've been with Tyler for a good six months now, they have been a very tricky period with 3 lockdowns during that period.. we managed to adjust our sessions according to the guidelines, from park sessions, to online sessions to gym sessions.. obviously the gym sessions were the most productive but Tyler really did his best to keep us on track during the lock down.
Excellent coach, keeps track of your progress, knows when to push and when to take it easy, makes the workout a joy.
I started from scratch, having not done any proper exercise for 5+yrs and Tyler was able to take it step by step, and I can now do weights and exercises that I never thought I could do.

I have been training with Tyler for a month now, as my wife was training with him before, and saw how good he was with her, and I’m throughly enjoying it. Really great service and love the workouts tailored to my goals. I have already seen massive improvement in my endurance, which was non existent beforehand.
With covid rules enforced, I’ve loved the one to ones on zoom, which has meant that although I can’t get to the gym, I’m still not loosing any gains!
I’ve also had some advice to help with my nutrition, and am implementing this now!
Tyler is really encouraging and enthusiastic, which is great. I’ve worked with some other PT’s in the past, and the workout seemed to be a quick hurry up I have other people to see, where as Tyler really values you as a person and your goals. He’s really understanding and when you lose motivation, he’s great at getting you back in gear!
Would highly recommend Tyler to any of my friends and family.
