My experience working with Kyle was absolutely incredible! His enthusiasm, support and passion to help people change their lives and reach their goals is really what makes his service incredible. These 3 qualities alone is what I needed and I can’t thank him enough for displaying all of them towards me on a personal level. He delved into my goals and made them a reality to which I thought were impossible due to past experiences with over-complicated diets etc. I couldn’t recommend Kyle enough he is an amazing person and an even better coach!

Before starting with Kyle I was very doubtful of my ability, I’ve said I would loose weight for a long time and tried multiple diets but never had the discipline to carry it out. This then led to telling myself I’m just ‘not the type of person’ who goes to the gym or on walks etc.
Working with Kyle has completely flipped this world view I had.
He was very patient, understanding this negative mindset I had driven myself into and knew it wouldn’t be overnight that this changed, but more importantly allowed me to understand this too.
Kyle gave me every tool I needed to change my lifestyle, which left me with the reality that I’d made excuses up until now, and that I just needed to start, knowing I had the full support of someone who would do the hard and gritty bits for me, making it so much easier.
Kyle kept me going on weeks where I simply couldn’t be bothered but also knew where my limits lay when some of the toughest periods of my life came and slapped me round the face.
With the job I do Kyle knew there were certain parts of the plan that would be more difficult that others but also didn’t let me use that as an excuse, despite me trying to do so, again exemplifying kyles patience, knowledge and experience working with people.
I could not recommend Kyle enough, he turned a mostly lazy and unhappy bloke into a body positive chap who now has the know how to continue living a healthy life. One of the most difficult first steps was understanding how little I really knew about weight loss, training, nutrition, sleep, and mental well-being.
As cheesy as it sounds Kyle helped me change my life, and my only advice to someone wanting to change their outlook of exercise or weight loss is to accept some help to remove the stress associated with it so you only have to focus on turning up each day and doing your best.
