Great customer service but poor product/quality control. Purchased a large set of the urethane dumbbells (12.5kg - 32.5kg) but after inspecting two of the boxes upon delivery, the finish was not what I expected for the price I paid for them and I could also see damage to the mould. Having said that, customer service was very responsive and I was able to return my entire order without have issues. Very disappointed with the product and I had to waste time and effort putting all 405kg worth of dumbbells back onto the palette and re-packing them.

I First dealt with the team at AP nearly 2 years ago when I was planning on opening my first 3000sqft training facility. Since then they have been by my side every step of the way.
