I approached Tom for strength and conditioning training following an ACL reconstruction on my knee. Tom developed and delivered the program with great professionalism, and his knowledge was second to none throughout. We worked together on designing a path for me returning to play with set blocks and clear transitions into next phases, with additional testing conducted by Tom to monitor my readiness to progress. Tom provided regular and consistent support during my whole rehab journey, and pushed me on the days that were a little tougher! I have been a client of Tom's outside of having this injury too, where he approached it with the same professionalism. Tom will always be my 'go to' for any S&C related matters.

I’ve been working with Tom for over 6 months now concentrating on building more muscle without injuring myself.
Tom was extremely thorough in his assessment of my strengths and weaknesses identifying issues with my calf/ankle mobility and shoulder rotation. You can really see the benefit of Tom’s strength and conditioning qualifications and expertise in his approach, which I’ve not experienced working with PTs in the past. Tom has provided alternative exercises/amendments to accommodate any ankle and shoulder range issues that I have and has also given me a number of stretch exercises to specifically improve my range.
Tom has always been very flexible to accommodate my work commitments and provided the structure and expertise to ensure that I’m making steady progress to achieve my goals in the gym.
I can’t recommend Tom highly enough and look forward to continuing to work with him in the future.

Having initially approached Tom for some postural issues I had from being a musician, we began doing some strength and conditioning work. His approach is backed by research and extensive experience.

My son (12) started working with Tom to improve his speed and agility. Huge improvements in his coordination, strength, general fitness, speed and agility. I started working with Tom because I wanted to freshen up my workouts to get better and faster results. I explained my goals to him and he has delivered exactly what I needed and wanted: varied and paced workouts alongside teaching me to use different parts of the gym that i was nervous to use before.
A couple of months in, i am seeing great results and look forward to my next session with Tom.
Tom's knowledge and attention to detail is second to none- and because of this I also asked him to work with my ten year old athlete daughter who suffers from sever's disease. This growth plate related condition causes her periods of excruciating pain whenever she has a growth spurt. After watching her running technique, Tom has given her exercises and drills to counteract this painful condition and improve her gait... So far so good with no recent flare ups. And to top it off Tom is fantastic with her and built great rapport very quickly- something not easy with a pre-teen!!!

I worked with Tom because I wanted to lose some weight for my wedding in October. He was very thorough and professional in all aspects of my plan including training, diet guide and accountability. As a result I lost about 3kg in 8 weeks, noticed improved tone on my stomach and legs and received a lot of positive comments from family and friends on my transformation. Really pleased with the results and I have certainly learned some positive habits for lifestyle and weight management to help me maintain my improved physique. Very happy :)
