Sean's PT sessions are fantastic. Every session is different and we do varied exercises. Sean has great knowledge and makes the sessions fun. I can only do one session a week but would love to do more. Have made lots of new friends, highly recommend Point One.

Sean is an amazing PT. He is so patient and kind and makes exercise fun. Every week he comes up with something new to put us through our paces. If you want to get fit and laugh (and sometimes cry!) along the way, come and join one of Sean’s bootcamps. We are a friendly bunch. Believe me, you won’t regret it.

Sean is a great Personal Trainer. I started with him planning to have sessions for a couple of months, but have continued for an extended period. We talk about my goals regularly and each session is individually tailored for me. I feel challenged in each session and have seen a considerable improvement in what I can achieve and perhaps most importantly how I look. I'd thoroughly recommend him if you're thinking about getting some tailored training to help you achieve your fitness goals!

The sessions are great and informative. Sean has great knowledge and explains the reasons for doing a particular workout. He is a good motivator and pushes you. Not only are you getting fitter but you’re also learning which is great.
Also, with his outdoor sessions it a great experience, he’s happy to be there no matter the weather! It is different than being in a gym.
I’ve seen my fitness improve and no doubt I’ll be reaching my goal soon.

He has developed a specific and detailed training plan for me, which supports my County Cricket training. I genuinely believe he has helped me get to the peak of my fitness. All his equipment is top quality and well maintained. Much better than going to the gym.

Can't recommend POINT ONE and Sean enough, he's absolutely fantastic and has a really unique approach to personal training. His elite military experience makes for a very structured and well thought out session. The program Sean created for me has helped me understand my short and long-term goals and helped me build some strong motivation!!! I think the best thing about Sean though is his temperament, he's incredibly encouraging when you need it, in a way that doesn't feel intimidating or judgemental - this was crucial for me. Give Sean a call and sort out your fitness, you won't be disappointed! :)

I can wholeheartedly recommend Point One, even though my legs feel like jelly after every PT session! I was really pleased to find a mobile personal trainer where we could work outdoors and not limited to an indoor gym. Sean is knowledgeable, friendly and motivational, and his military background gives him a unique approach to fitness. His sessions are varied and although they're getting harder every time (!), I get an enormous sense of wellbeing after completing each one. Thanks Sean!

Amazing! The best thing about Point One is that Sean does training sessions outside as well, not just in the gym. So if you’d rather do your workout in the park then I’d highly recommend him! He’s also one of the nicest guys there is and SO patient, thanks for all your help Sean!

Really loved the sessions with Sean at Point One, such a friendly guy and a really unique training style. We used loads of equipment, some of which I'd never even seen before! I decided to train with Point One because I needed a fitness regime which didn't require me travelling to a gym. Point One helped me with this by bringing the gym to me! He has a HUGE array of equipment, not just your standard boxing mitts and a kettlebell you so often see. Sean has saved me so much time, given me the motivation I needed to get in shape, and made me feel at ease with his friendly, calm demeanour.
