Honestly, best personal trainer! You never know if your stomach hurts from the laughing or the workout... but then everything else hurts too and you realise, definitely from the workout. Easiest person to get on with though, and definitely the only person who's managed to make me enjoy exercise literally ever!

I’ve really enjoyed my sessions with Sam, I love the personalised workouts sessions made for your particular circumstances in mind, I’ve had sessions when I’ve been recovering from an injury, when I’ve had a migraine, she knows just what to do to get u going, things u won’t necessarily get from a group exercise class, I can’t recommend her enough!
