We had the 3 day First Aid training for the team at our new hotel opening in South Wales. Craig was allocated as our trainer for the course. What can I say!! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the course, we were all fully engaged and led by an enthusiastic, knowledgeable coach. We are all now very confident and ready to embrace situation where we may need to use the new First Aid skills we have learned!

He gave an excellent insight into how to assess various situations, and to then be able to perform the relevant first aid necessary in each scenario. Just completed a two day first aid course with Mark from YFAST… absolutely brilliant! Lovely bloke who was really personable and engaging; he delivered training in a way that made information digestible and gave realistic, practical scenarios relative to real life and the industry I work in. Mark really made an effort to get to know everyone on the course and came armed with all the equipment one could expect to encounter in a multitude of emergency situations; and then some! In addition to Mark’s exemplary professionalism and knowledge, the course was fun and left all involved feeling confident in providing first aid. I can confidently say this was the best training experience I have ever received. Mark has real life experience and the way he portrayed that to us was exceptional. The way he teaches is brilliant, its definitely not a case of reading from a text book. Mark will constantly put you in fake scenarios, in which you have to think fast. He reassures you and I have retained the information because of this. I highly recommend this company to anybody. He has the perfect balance of being able to have fun, but also knowing when we need to be serious. Exceptional!
