I have trained with Clara for almost 5 years. She is incredibly supportive, adaptable and knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your goals and adjusts the training to support them but she is also not afraid to push you to try harder when she knows you can do more. I can’t recommend training with her enough.

I started out not having worked with a barbell at all and I can now deadlift 50kg and am improving every session! Clara is a great motivator and a joy to train with. Clara is a highly driven highly professional personal trainer. Whether you want to lose weight or want to gain muscle Clara is by far the best trainer i have met. As her brother i have trained with her very often, so believe me when i say she does not pull any punches even for me. If you want results then you train with Clara.

I started training with Clara a few years ago, with the aim of losing weight and helping me maintain motivation to continue training in my own time. What I've achieved so far with Clara is so much more than this, I barely knew how to do a deadlift when I began, now I've currently got a max of 120kg and climbing!
Clara pushes me further than I ever would have attempted to go on my own, which made the results really show. My before and after aren't even comparable, I feel like an entirely different person, for the better.
Clara is an absolute pleasure to train with and makes gym sessions feel fun instead of a chore, she regularly rotates the workouts and ups the weight to keep everything fresh. I could not recommend training with Clara enough, just go for it!

Clara is a godsend! By far the most supportive and knowledgeable PT I have ever trained with. As I am not a natural gym-goer I find it difficult to meet my own health goals, but somehow Clara makes it manageable and even enjoyable. 10/10 recommend to anyone thinking of starting up personal training, whatever your goals may be!
