Craig is a fantastic PT who is able to tailor his sessions and exercises to suit all. He is supportive of all his clients and is able to help them achieve their long and short term goals. By working mobile, outdoors and in the gym Craig is able to cater to all. Couldn’t recommend him more for a PT.

A fantastic PT, that offers a wide range of products and services including nutritional advice, diet plans, workouts, and PT services virtually, in the gym, at your home, or outdoors. Craig tailors everything to suit you and your goals, and really helps you to achieve them in a safe and sustainable way whether that be to loose weight, maintain weight or build muscle. Great personality and sense of humour too, making sessions enjoyable and fun! Couldn’t recommend him enough.
