Ronan is a brilliant coach, very knowledgeable and clearly explains technique and why certain things are important or need to be avoided. Training is definitely personalised to your strengths/goals. Sessions are challenging but fun! Can’t recommend more highly!

I have been training with Ronan for just over three months and the results are fantastic. I’ve lost just over 8kg’s and feel stronger and fitter than I ever have. There is no way I could have got these results by going to a gym on my own.
Ronan is very knowledgeable and understands how to get the best results tailored to your individual needs. In every session he motivates and encourages you through your program explaining step by step the exercise and technique to get the maximin from each session.

What can I say about my experience with Ronan so far….well firstly, I have never enjoyed fitness so much and kept at it so consistently. Ronan genuinely cares about my goals, overall fitness and wellbeing and is always on the end of a text/phone to give encouragement, hints and tips and checking in. He enjoys seeing the progress I am making as much as I am. Secondly, I am getting great results. My objective is to get stronger and build some muscle and definition. Weight loss is an added bonus. With his help and guidance on nutrition and through the weekly strength and conditioning sessions not only am I stronger, looking better and my aching back so much more improved, I’ve also lost inches. My 40th birthday dress was something over the last few years I’ve looked at in my wardrobe thinking I had no chance of fitting into it again. Last night it zipped up easily!!!! Can’t recommend Ronan enough!!!

I have previously completed a number of endurance events, including marathon / ultra running and multi-day cycling events. For the past 10 or so years though, I’ve let my fitness drop and, as a result, I’ve suffered with pains in my knees, my calves and my Achilles doing every day things but have just ignored them and got on with it. I then decided to train for an Iron distance triathlon this year but my training kept being de-railled by lower limb injuries (pulled calf muscles, tweaks in hamstrings etc). After reading some reviews on our local community Facebook group I decided to start seeing Ronan to see if I could improve my lower leg and core strength, sort out some muscle imbalances and try to prevent further injuries whilst I increase my training load for the triathlon.
Seeing Ronan has been an absolute game-changer. In just 4-weeks, I feel stronger and fitter. My running pace has increased and I have finally been able to up my running distance without pain or injury. The biggest difference however is that my daily aches and pains have pretty much gone. It no longer hurts to walk downstairs in the morning. Feels like time has been reversed.
Ronan is absolutely superb. Perfect balance of explaining what we’re doing and why and the right amount of “just do it” when it starts to hurt in the gym. After my first 4-weeks, my be signed up for another 4-weeks and I fully intend to stick at it through my triathlon and beyond.

I first visited Ronan after my partner asked his advice regarding the recovery of a ruptured tendon in my foot. After a year of various physios and scans it wasn't getting better and I would often end up limping or wearing a foot brace. I'm now just over half-way through an 8-week block of sessions with Ronan and the improvement has been incredible. He is caring and friendly and yet pushes you to discover what your body can do. Every session is incredibly fun and each time I get more and more confident in my abilities. 5 weeks ago I was limping and hesitant to walk far. I'm now able to do farmers walks, weighted walks on my toes and lift weights I didn't think I could. At no point in the last 5 weeks has my tendon hurt, which is frankly mindblowing. Ronan is by far the best PT I've ever had and I look forward to seeing him for many more sessions.

When I first started my program with Rónán I already had a few years of experience within training at the gym. But during these first weeks with Rónán I have already learnt so many new things no one ever taught me before. He is extremely understanding, patient, and great at explaining why and how you do certain things. He has helped me find solutions to my hip and lower back pain I´ve had for years, and I´m no longer afraid to execute exercises I use to avoid because of it. I feel like Rónán has great knowledge about our bodies and how we can reach our training goals even though we are all so different. His expertise is inspiring and has helped me a lot. Ronan knows his stuff!! He identified an old swimming injury/weakness I had years ago within minutes and gave a variety of exercises to assist with strengthening the area.
Always happy and friendly (unless you aren’t working hard enough). Couldn’t recommend a better guy to go too!
