Dan is by far my favourite trainer. He has an incredible array of knowledge that he is happy to share with his clients, but the best thing is the attention he pays to you during the sessions. He knows exactly what is going on and is never distracted, is actively engaged with his clients and he truly cares about their well-being. I would recommend Dan to everyone!

Dan is studiously dedicated to movement/strength and nutrition as the core essentials for true fitness. He will evaluate and plot your bespoke plan to ensure you have the best opportunity to get fit stay fit and prevent injury. An excellent service! Highly recommended.

You need a Dan in your life! My husband and I have both worked with Dan to improve our fitness and strength and his expertise is MILES beyond what you'd expect from a PT. I honestly cannot express enough how impressed I am with Dan's understanding of the body and how to improve it. If I didn't know better I'd have thought he was a physiotherapist. Any niggles I can ask Dan (like 'why can't I touch my toes?' or 'what causes my ears to blow-out when I exercise') and he'll take the time to examine my body, do some test exercises and then advise on the weaknesses that are contributing to the problem but most importantly, he'll work up a solution. He is unrivalled in his tenacity to sort those niggles out. You will get no generic answers from Dan. He will literally assess your body and lifestyle till he finds the root cause.
Dan's workouts are similarly completely tailored to the individual and he monitors your progress closely, as well as providing as much nudging and motivation as you need.
Expertise aside, he is a really nice and supportive guy to work with - he will push you but in the way your body and mind needs.
If you are even remotely thinking about getting some external advice and intervention with health and fitness then Dan is your man, at any level.

Dan has excellent advice which brings fitness and nutrition together and empowers people to shift into the 'motivated zone'. A bespoke service, I recommend a 1:1 either face to face or online to get the ball rolling.

I have been so impressed with the breadth of knowledge and understanding of body mechanics and exercise (as well as nutrition, though only just embarking on a nutrition programme by him). A level of skill in identification and correction of any dysfunctions (bad back, frozen shoulder in my case) that exceeds others and succeeded where many physiotherapists failed! Worth every penny!
