When I signed up to sessions with Hayley, my main goals were to get more confident in the gym with the equipment and what exercises to do and to just generally improve my fitness. After sessions with Hayley for a few months, I definitely feel a huge difference! I'm much happier when I'm going to the gym alone now that I know what I want to do and how to work for the best results for me.
Hayley is really easy to get on with and makes sessions fun and the right level of challenging. She is happy to explain technical aspects of exercises which I really enjoy and help put me in the right direction in my own training. I struggled with confidence in what I can do in the gym and our sessions have definitely boosted that which is the most valuable thing I could gain from sessions. The best feeling was hitting 100kgs on squats which I just never would have pushed myself to do without her!
I'm switching from in person sessions to an online training plan and looking forward to see what Hayley helps me achieve in the future. Would totally recommend getting in touch with her about her services irrespective of what level of fitness you are at or what goals you might have.

I started training with Hayley as a complete newbie to the gym. With my confidence at ground 0 and a deer in headlights when I tried getting into the gym myself, I was apprehensive before starting. But from day 1 Hayley was fantastic and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. We started with the basics and went from there and in only a few months I have come such a long way. I wanted to build up rather than lose weight and Hayley really helped guide that - not only in the gym but with lifestyle and diet too. If you are wanting a pt who will be your cheerleader and push you to your limits whilst making sessions light and fun then I cannot recommend Hayley enough. Hayley is a patient, body-positive personal trainer who has made me feel stronger than I have in years. She has given me confidence in going to the gym and has taught me how to use equipment properly to support my goals and my body.
I have 1 to 1 sessions with her every week and am noticing the difference in myself and my body - I feel more able and more confident in general 👍🏻
I have recommended her to friends and will continue to as she an excellent motivator and coach and has always given me an achievable programme to work to which is based on my personal goals.

I've been working with Hayley for just under a year now, both with her as my Personal Trainer and Online Coach! I started the year with no idea of where to even start in the gym and have since learned to love it! Hayley focuses on my goals, listens to my concerns and has helped me work past my anxieties. Hayley was recommended to be my a friend so I came in with high expectations. She was super attentive to a previous shoulder injury, made sure all of the exercises were ok for me to do and kept me motivated all through our sessions. Great fun to work with and always had interesting chats whilst at the gym!

Hayley is an amazing PT, I started with bootcamps and then signed up for a silver training membership and have never looked back. In the space of 9-10 months I've through a complete physical transformation. I went from getting breathless after running 3km to running half marathons comfortably. Hayley keeps things fresh, fun and is always happy to change things up so your program is suitable to you. The bootcamps are great fun too and the tunes are great!

I love Hayley’s bootcamp, they are so welcoming and fun. I initially started so I could better my 10K time but it’s now part of my weekly schedule. Even in the rain, Hayley never fails to motivate. My fitness and overall mood has seriously improved. 5 Stars.

I have been struggling with tracking knee caps for a while which has been giving me sore knees when going about my normal day/during exercise. I was advised to strengthen certain muscles in my legs and improve my knee and ankle balance. Hayley has provided me with a personalised plan that specifically allows me to achieve my goal of no more knee pain. Hayley has been my personal trainer for over 2 months and the progress has been amazing. Hayleys dedication to helping me has been second to none and can't thank her enough!

I'm a little over a month into attending Hayley's Roseburn bootcamps. As someone with a very low fitness level, I love that the way Hayley runs the sessions means that everyone works at their own level and my fear that I'd hold others back was unfounded. Hayley is always encouraging and I'm really enjoying the sessions. I'd definitely recommend Hayley's bootcamp sessions to anyone.
