I've had a few sessions with Johnathan and had a very positive experience. He's very knowledgeable on health and fitness and has had a lot of experience in the gym. He's very motivating and encouraging and always gets the best out of you. I've learnt new things from him and am now more confident in myself when going to the gym. Overall he's a very good personal trainer who I'd highly recommend to anyone interested in improving their physical fitness levels whether it be flexibility, aerobic endurance or strength etc. Looking forward to my next session!

Great start to my PT relationship with Johnathon. 2 sessions complete and in those 2 sessions I have learned more about my body than I habe in the past 30 years!! Awesome and very addictive. Johnathat my trainer has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he keeps the sessions motivating and encouraging! Also gives a full experience through custom diet plan and the use of various apps to keep track of my progress.

My trainer is Jonathan Brown, we met pre Lockdown in 2017. Close to 5 years ago. It has been a pleasure getting to know him and his background in becoming a PT.
Previously I was going to my local gym 3 days a week for 2 hours per session after my work for over 6 years prior, it was part of my own personal routeen to keep up positive vibes about me, maintain a healthy respectable weight and physique.
I learned alot during a 2 year hiatus from the gym due to the lockdowns and closing of gyms. Most of all that you don't always need access to the gym to maintain your gains or loose fat and stay on track towards your goals. He is a fair example that no matter how good your gym package is mindset, diet and technique trumps the number of usable equipment at your disposal.
It would have been super easy to loose all track and trace of what I was doing and why but Jonathan has an infectiuse energy to remind you what can be done if you want it bad enough
We have very different goals and body types that are converging on the same path the leads us to similar result
If your goal is to cut and lose fat you will definitely do well with Jonathan... If your goal is to gain muscle and reserve fat he has a program for that.
When your pressed for time or have limited access to a gym, this is the guy you call for an appointment.
He has been working relentlessly on a program Focusing on the things that can be done at home with minimal equipment cost and getting maximum results and it has been working very well for most people I know.
From what understand. There will be limited spaces available this summer as he likes to be dedicated on clients as much as possible so I suggest getting ahead and start making a booking.
