I have been training with Stevie since last September and I could not be happier with the progress I have made. I feel much stronger and healthier and I am so glad I started training, especially considering how unfit I got during the lockdowns. Stevie will demonstrate all the correct positions and moves to ensure that you do not hurt yourself and is always kind when I ask him to repeat the instructions. Stevie is also very knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and health. Most importantly, Stevie makes training programmes that adhere to your personal health goals and the exercises change every few weeks, giving variation to your workout and keeping it interesting. Besides sports, Stevie is very easy going and friendly, which made it easier for me to get into the groove of things fast as a beginner and become comfortable. I have enjoyed every session with Stevie and I recommend!!!

Being a very keen golfer with mobility issues I contacted Stephen for some help in becoming fitter and stronger. 2 months on I have lost 6 pounds in weight and I am eating more healthier food. Stephen is an excellent PT who knows his stuff and puts this across in an easy to understand manner. Stephen is also very encouraging and keeps in touch regularly between sessions which I like. I feel with Stephen training me I will reach my goals both fitness, strength and golf this year. I cannot recommend Stephen highly enough if you are looking for a PT in a central location.
