I was struggling with losing weight and gaining my self confidence back. I had tried inductions from the gym, slimming world and other diet "fads" before which had promised me results but didn't.
When I met Melung he was full of helpful information about what I needed to know in order for me to get the best results. As my coach, his personality made me feel at ease right away.
Despite this, Melung knew how to push me mentally and physically beyond what I thought were my boundaries where had I been by myself I would have given up long ago.
As the weeks went on, I began to feel a lot better about myself and my weight was dropping nicely.
As a result I have newfound self confidence and belief in myself aswell as great weightloss and strength results. Melung is a PT that cares enough to put your goals as a primary objective priority. Throughout the years Melung has been my coach. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to improve themselves.

Been with above the grind fitness for over a year training with Melung and its been great. Started just to improve my overall fitness, now I really enjoy going to the gym lifting heavier weights and seeing if I can run just that bit longer.
Plus Melung makes the training fun and informative which was a huge help both in the beginning and when you start a new exercise.

Melung got me into the gym. At the start I don’t think he realised the task at hand however he has since taken me from benching 10kg dumbbells to 42’s, introduced me to squatting and pretty much every other key exercise under the sun. Even though I was dedicated he has that drive to push you further than you believe is possible and this enthusiasm without doubt leads to increasing confidence in your own ability! Melung has been into the gym for approx 9 years now and over that time has built up a vast knowledge of the main fundamentals. If you are looking to build muscle or lose weight he can structure a training plan for you and provide all the nutritional guidance you could ever require! Get involved!

Been using ATGF for about a year and a half now. I highly recommend PT sessions with Melung. In this time frame I have gone down 2/3 dress sizes while loosing 3 stone in weight and this is just a bonus! I also have a better relationship with food as I didn't used to eat that often. As I initially wanted to strengthen the muscles around my joints to help with the pain that I have had for some time. Working with Melung has help me with my confidence and body issues that many get hung up on and the previous mentioned issues.

Melung has a vast knowledge, both in training and nutrition and applies them very well! He’s been extremely patient with myself and completely flexible when it came to my diet and busy home and work schedule.
