Grown in confidence and strength!
It has been amazing to have Alex as a PT this year, focusing on building up my confidence back in a gym space, plus working on building strength and fitness with different exercises.
Alex is tonnes of energy and fun, and supports you inside and out of the gym. I highly recommend her as someone to connect with if you're looking to go on a journey with fitness.
We did everything from weights to cardio, strength and conditioning, and trying out animal flow. I've loved learning new skills and working on how to be my best self!
I am now sadly moving city so can't keep PT sessions going with Alex, but she's helped me find a new routine, build confidence for going on my own, and helped me research new places to try when I move.
10/10 for Unite Fitness!

Alex is a brilliant PT, I can’t recommend her enough. A friend and I had paired sessions with her for about four months and we had such a great time. She was always really accommodating to our difficult schedules, she planned really fun and challenging sessions, and was so encouraging. As someone who was a little nervous of personal training, Alex felt really welcoming and the total opposite of an intimidating personal trainer. I would definitely work with her again.

Alex has amazing energy; always able to offer sound advice and encouragement but with a brilliant balance of whipping your butt into shape too! She could not work any harder to accommodate your needs on your own fitness journey, which is such a personal thing. Alex offers really versatile classes, an amazing gym space and always has so much knowledge on nutrition, looking after your body and being kind to yourself too.

I found Alex through recommendation at a time when I wanted to make a conscious effort to improve my fitness but didn’t really know where to start. She has since taken me from never working out in a gym before to confidently lifting weights, as well as teaching me about the simple joys of body weight workouts. I first met Alex when I joined my local gym and, on the recommendation of my son who is also a Personal Trainer, I signed up with her for one-on-one PT sessions. She was amazingly encouraging and patient, pushing me to achieve more than I ever expected without ever making me feel overwhelmed. When Alex branched out on her own I was delighted to continue training with her. Over these past three years I have been continually impressed by how knowledgeable and innovative Alex is. No two sessions are classes are ever the same, keeping my interest and motivation at the highest level, and she always knows how to work with and around any problem areas. My mobility has improved significantly in ways I would have considered impossible! During lockdown she has absolutely done us all proud in terms of being there for us online, making sure we are both physically and emotionally strong and positive. Alex is amazing, I absolutely love her Animal Flow Yoga class. My flexibility and strength and significantly increased. I have also done personal training sessions with Alex also and I could not recommend her enough. She makes exercising such fun.

I started training with Alex in January 2019 as I wanted to improve my fitness while also be mindful of a knee injury and niggly neck. She keeps you driven and motivated, pushes you to achieve your best and works with your bodies ability. I always leave a session feeling exhilarated while well exercised! Alex really listens to what you're looking for and since training with her I have improved muscle definition, strength and overall fitness.
My knee is remarkable better and I've been able to do more as a result of training with Alex.
Her range of training means sessions are always kept interesting and you feel great working with her. She has such a positive and uplifting energy.

I met Alex at a street market and she was advertising Animal Flow classes. I hadn't found anyone in Glasgow offering, and immediately looked her up. I work in movement and choreography, and have always had an interest and decent level of fitness. I was pretty specific when I came to her for PT. She continues to push me to improve and teach me more about my body and what can help a body move. She is relentlessly positive in the best way, and has my body responding better and moving stronger than ever over the past 6 months.
I would highly recommend her for specific fitness goals training, as well as really fun ways to improve and maintain your health.
