Love BFIT training. Been attending boot camp classes regularly since March 2022 and feel so much better in myself.
Brendan is great. He makes the classes fun, different and really pushes you to be the best you can be. The sessions are also suited to every ability and at different times throughout the day, so are easy to fit into a busy life.
As someone that has fallen in and out of fitness routines over the years, I can honestly say this is the best one yet and I look forward to the sessions every week.
Highly recommend Brendan and thank you for all your hard work and patience with me.

It’s coming up to a year now that I’ve been working with Brendan and it’s been great! He is so well read and knowledgeable in fitness and health and you can tell he is genuinely passionate about each client’s journey! Classes are super local and easy to fit into the working week. Classes are a great space to zone out from day to day stresses and just have a good time while working out! I have recommended BFIT to two friends already both of whom have stayed on and thoroughly enjoying it too!! Brendan has made exercising something to look forward to and not hate!

I found Brendan online and decided to have a go. I got stronger, definitely, and I really like his style and personality. It is about get moving, get happy, working hard and having fun at the same time. I also took my daughter and my baby dog, and he was always happy to see them. I have been training with Brendan for around 8 months now and I honestly couldn't recommend him highly enough. From being completely out of my comfort zone to doing things I never thought I would have done, it has made such a difference to myself, physically and mentally. Brendan at B Fit Training is the best PT I’ve ever had. He’s very knowledgable and has an answer for all queries. When I started training with Bfit training, I was a size 16 I done very little exercise and was totally out of my comfort zone, going to the gym! Brendan made me feel really comfortable and made me feel really at ease, within a gym environment! I trained with Brendan for 10weeks personal, my fitness level have improved! I felt my clothes were looser and in my own body I started to enjoy and feel comfortable!! Now after 4months, I'm a size 14 going to the gym regularly and still doing Brendan's semi private classes and I can actually lift weights, more importantly I dont feel nervous or embarrassed in a gym!
