He is a very patient and knowledgeable trainer and has worked with me to build a nutrition plan and training programme that is adaptable to whether I want to lose fat or build muscle. Dean listened to my goals and he has guided and encouraged me every step of the way. I can honestly say this is the strongest and fittest I have ever been. G.Started with Dean doing a weights and nutrition boot camp in April 2018 which in a 8 weeks allowed me to shed approx. 10lbs... I then started sessions with Dean twice a week and he created a personal nutrition plane and started weight training... since then we have continued to work on goals which changed from getting lean and down to 16% body fat to now building muscle. Unfortunately due to medical reason I had slow down the training and then take 6 weeks off after surgery... during that down time with the nutrition plan I maintained my current weight and I am now ready to start training again and get back to building muscle albeit slowly to start with to make sure there are no further medical issues but Dean has adjusted the training accordingly to meet my requirements.
Overall Dean is not just a PT he is a coach that will guide you through the hard stuff and easy stuff in a way you understand and enjoy.
