I've been going to Paul for about 7 months and the difference in my fitness is amazing. I really enjoy my sessions which are challenging, fun and varied. I have suffered in the past from back pain and Paul has helped me to strengthen my back and ensure I don't injure myself. His knowledge on diet and fitness is second to none and I would highly recommend him to anyone with all levels of fitness whether its just to tone up and stay fit or push yourself to complete your next challenge.

I've been using Paul as a personal trainer for just over a year as well as going to his circuit training class on a Saturday morning for almost two years. Paul's knowledge and enthusiasm as a personal trainer is second to none and no session is ever the same - the secret to making things interesting and avoiding things becoming repetitive. My fitness levels, muscle tone, flexibility and strength have increased dramatically over the time I've been using Paul, something which I would never have achieved on my own. Paul demonstrates the correct way to do an exercise and immediately corrects you if you are doing it wrong. Its amazing how much more difficult certain exercises become when you actually do them properly, something which most people going to the gym probably don't do.
If you are looking for a personal trainer I cannot recommend Paul highly enough.

I've been working with Paul and Sharon at Get Results for almost a year. I can recommend them highly (as I've already done to friends and colleagues!). I was never a gym-dweller and I was surprised at how easily I managed to stick to the scheduled PT sessions - I look forward to them; and after a busy day at the office always feel the better for it. Not what I expected of a personal training programme - in a good way... Paul put together an holistic programme for me, working on stretching, core strength and well-being. It has helped my road-running and fixed the pains in my legs as I have built strength in muscles that I didn't know I had. First class service all round.

I was rather worried about personal training having dropped out of regular gym-going for some years (career, parenthood etc.). I needn't have been concerned: Paul and the team at Get Results designed a genuinely personalised programme that tackled all sort of underlying problems caused by spending too much time hunched over a desk or driving a car long-distances each day. The programme was challenging but genuinely life-changing and the instruction careful, considered, supportive and professional at all times. If you are really ready and willing to do something about your fitness, I can't recommend the Get Results team too highly.

I've been having PT sessions for over a year now with Paul and I can't recommend him enough. He has helped me live a healthier lifestyle permanently rather than the sporadic approach I had before. He's talked me with food choices and given me an understanding of how my body reacts to stress. "Get Results"? How does "Get Your-Driving-License-Back" sound???
Because, thanks to these guys - Neil and especially Jim and Paul, I've got my independence back and I can't thank them enough for it.
I'm a disabled client and I started training in March to strengthen up and maintain function of specific muscles that were weakening due to medical my condition, MS.
Being disabled, I can still train (within my physical abilities) but just a much, MUCH lower rate. My training is exactly what I need and has given me so much more than an improved overall fitness.
The guys have managed to down-shift gears to work with my ability and have treated me with nothing but respect and courtesy while being continually encouraging. Even on the bad days where I drag myself in and can only manage a few bicep curls. I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in.
