I cannot say how much I recommend working with Will. His optimism, professionalism, support, healthy outlook on fitness goals, great knowledge and flexibility resulted in me experiencing a fantastic, challenging and very educational 4 months of training during my stay in Glasgow. I left Glasgow feeling happier, healthier and fitter (both physically and mentally) than I had in years, which is amazing given what the year of 2020 has in store for all of us. I’ve been doing PT sessions with Will for about a year and a half now, since then I’ve essentially doubled most of my lifts. He’s a great guy and he’s also great at teaching proper techniques for almost any exercise you can think of as well as outlining really good training plans

I have been training with Will for over a year now. It has been great to work with a trainer who helps you reach realistic goals and incorporate training into your daily lifestyle. Will is very motivating, knowledgeable and genuinely a very friendly guy. His knowledge of fitness is great and he is also willing to learn, especially if a client has specific injuries or health issues that need a tailored fitness plan. I have recommended him in to friends who have also really enjoyed training with him and importantly we have seen results that are lasting. Will is also great at helping to change up your diet to help with your fitness. Cannot recommend him more.

I have done one to one sessions and group sessions with Will since Nov last year and since then I have really noticed a big difference in myself. I have become a lot more confident in the gym as last year I really had no clue what I was doing at all! Will has been my personal trainer for more than a year and is a star....he truly knows his stuff and is a fabulous motivator. I have managed to get results which I never thought were possible because this was the first time I started going to the gym in my life. As time passed, I started enjoying working out in the gym and felt positive, much more energetic. His main strengths are: quickly understanding your specific personal training needs; keeping it interesting by trying new things and using a wide range of training styles. He is not pushy but does challenge you. If I could predict the future, I would say he is going to be the best personal trainer in Glasgow.

After having the opportunity to train with Will after winning his personal training competition, I couldn't recommend him enough. Will is an incredible PT. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable in what he does, which in return, helps you reach that unique goal that you have set yourself. I started going to Will’s boot camp classes about 4 weeks ago now. His classes are always different, fun, energetic and educational. I can personally feel that I’ve got stronger (my personal goal) plus much more “toned”. My knowledge of main lifts have increased two fold which not only helps me build on my strength, but ensures that I have the confidence to push myself when training alone - safe in the knowledge that I know the correct technique.

I’ve been a client of Will’s for 10 months and I couldn’t be happier with what we’ve managed to achieve together.
When I started I had a bit of weight I wanted to shift and I was lacking a bit in confidence and motivation. As soon as I met him I could tell he was a genuinely good guy that understood what I wanted out of my sessions. He quickly made me realize that I could do a lot more than I initially thought and pushed me to improve but not so much that it made me dread going to my next session!
Now I am 9kg down, confident working out alone or in a group, stronger than I’ve ever been and really happy with my results.
Even during lockdown Will’s been great at continuing to check in, giving advice on nutrition, adjusted workouts and has been running live classes every day.

I started PT with Will in March 2017, intially to build my confidence in the gym. As I hadn't a clue what I was doing or what I wanted to achieve.
Over the first few months, Will quickly helped to build my knowledge and confidence in the gym. We also set some goals for what I wanted to achieve. It was crazy to see how quickly I progressed, be that lifting a heavier weight than the week before. Or physically seeing changes to my body.
Will is great at offering advice on diet and creating programmes for you to do in the gym on your own.
Most importantly for me though is everything is kept fresh. Just today I had a change of programme, completing circuits for the first time. Which was different but I really enjoyed it.

Need a PT? This is your man. I had used personal trainers over the years and never got the result or enjoyed the training. I’d seen previous results and thought I’ll see what he offers. From the very beginning it was very much like talking to a friend. Very professional and relaxed but most importantly he was there whenever I needed to ask a question!
I wanted to get into powerlifting and work on technique, will put me on programs that just seen my results soar! I went from struggling at 80kg deadlift to achieving 140kg! Knowledge is second to none and well worth the money! If your genuinely looking to change yourself or needing some help with things. Wills the man!
