As a beginner at the gym I was quite nervous to start with a personal trainer, however Sean made me feel very relaxed in each session. He’s very professional, friendly and ensured that I was comfortable at all times. It is clear that he is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I am now more confident going to the gym and using all the different equipment as Sean showed me how to safely use everything. Even better, I have definitely noticed a difference in myself and my fitness since starting the sessions! Thank you!! 😊

Highly recommend Sean as a personal trainer, I have been going to Sean for nearly a year now and just up my days from 1 to 2 days a week with other workouts at home he has created for me on his app. I have been making steady and good progress, without having to give up the food or drinks I love. He has great knowledge on the right foods to be eating, he has made up food plans previously for me and my partner whilst working out macros to go with it. He makes you feel comfortable throughout the workouts and his happy to train on your areas that are troubling you the most.

Training with Sean for 6 months last year hugely boosted my confidence after neglecting my own training for a while! He is so down to earth and every session was a laugh! He was always well prepared and the sessions where fun and novel every time. Training with Sean has been an absolute joy so far. The training feels like it's targeted towards my personal goals, previous gym experience and limitations. I started my training with Sean without any expectations, and after a month of training with him, I cannot be more pleased!
He listened carefully to my goals and made a training and nutrition plan fit for the purposes I'm trying to achieve. When training, he explains every exercise in a way that makes you understand how to perform them correctly and safely and how to be more conscious on how to focus on individual and groups of muscles. Although Sean never made me do an exercise I was uncomfortable with, he always encouraged and inspired me to push my boundaries. Definitely recommend!

My journey with Sean Campbell as my PT has been a really great experience and has given me the motivation and information I need to reach my goals
I have always trained in the gym but its been mostly cardio, with fitness classes etc, but I never really ventured into weight/strength based training, nor did I really appreciate the role high protein and fibre has to play. This is where Sean's help and motivation was key to my ongoing success, and balancing with a diet/macro plan that is more than manageable and sustainable for a vegan diet.
My training plans were tailored to my requirements and made some alterations to support an injury mid-way through
My PT sessions concluded just recently but it has set me on the right path and I plan to have regular quarterly checkpoints with Sean to ensure my programmes are effective.

I had re-started my membership at The Gym Group in May after gaining weight over lockdown. I had previous experience at the gym, however, after starting back I had realised my form was off and I had lost confidence in performing most non-cardio exercises. I decided to get a personal trainer to help me with my goals, improve my form and re-build confidence in the gym. The Gym Group have a a varied list of employed personal trainers. After looking at everyone’s profile, I decided that Sean (Stealth Fitness) was a good fit for me and contacted him to discuss training me. Sean called me within 5 minutes of emailing him and we had a lengthy discussion about why I was looking for a PT. Immediately, I realised Sean knew what he was talking about and that he seemed keen on helping people’s fitness goals. Sean was eager to start helping, and gave me tips and information even before we had agreed to go ahead with paid sessions. I started off with the basic package, and went for 1 session per week. 2 weeks into this, I upgraded to the 2 session per week package as the sessions were more beneficial than I could ever hoped and I was wanting to increase my time training with Sean.
It has been 8 weeks since I started with Sean and since then I have greatly improved my form to a point where I feel confident enough to train correctly by myself. I could not of done this without Sean. He encourages me to ask questions and gives detailed answers which I can understand and learn from. Over the past 8 weeks, Sean has watched how I train and has planned the sessions to benefit me in the best way. He pushes me to go to my limit but makes sure that I’m safely training and that I am getting as much out of each session as I can. Sean makes sure that you perfect your form first that you learn the basics before increasing resistance and performing more difficult exercises. He also teaches you to understand how your body works when achieving fitness goals, as well as what’s best and what to avoid. Out with the sessions, Sean is there to help if you have any questions. The app provided by Stealth Fitness allows you to plan workouts and track your activities. Each exercise has a detailed description on what to do and a video to display this, so that you know exactly what you need to do per workout. Sean’s 2 & 3 session per week package also includes a meal plan with easy to follow recipes, tailored to your likes and dislikes. Sean also offers assistance on cooking tips to help prep meals. He wants you to achieve your goals and is there to help you as much as possible. This is obvious from day 1.
Contacting Sean and having him personally train me is one of the best decisions I have made this year and I can already start to see the impact it is having. I have greatly improved my form, learned a whole lot of new workouts and gained the confidence I need to continue with my training goals. Sean will help you with yours. He works in a professional and engaging manner, with full personal support and encouragement. I can tell he enjoys what he does and that he is like this with all his clients. If you chose to work with a personal trainer, then I would highly recommend contacting Sean/Stealth Fitness. You will not regret it.
