I started training with Dan because I needed to overhaul my regime. I wanted to improve core strength, target specific areas and increase my fitness levels. He has a great way of getting more out of me and has devised a varied and challenging programme. I have enjoyed every session and can already feel the difference after a few weeks. I have no hesitation in recommending Dan.

My Husband and I have been training together with Dan for the last 18 months. We have had numerous PT’s over the years and he is definitely one of the best. He is motivating, knowledgeable, driven and challenges you constantly. He listens to what you want to achieve and sets about making sure you reach that goal. Dan has been my trainer for three years and I cannot recommend this young man enough. He is very diligent and arrives on time, is very kind and responsive to my needs yet is firm enough to motivate me to do my best. Also the fact that he comes to my house three times a week leaves me no excuse not to exercise and I really believe that he has been very helpful in my maintaining a sense of well being in quite stressful times. Additionally his leg exercises allows me to out-ski my younger friends :)

I have been working with Dan for a year now because it has made such a difference. To be clear I was (and still am) very overweight. The difference is my weight is coming down in a sustainable way and I have stamina and strength that I haven’t had in years. I regularly tell Dan ‘I hate him’ but the truth is he turns up regularly as booked and so I do the exercise – no excuses. I can’t thank him enough. Oh yes and I am not so young - put it this way you would round up to 60 rather than down to 50!
