I’ve been regularly attending sessions with Stefan due to back pain and tension resulting from weight lifting and a job that requires a lot of sitting. Each sessions made a big difference to my comfort. Stefan is friendly and professional with a great deal of knowledge about human anatomy. He is able to talk through the process and provides relevant stretches to be completed at home. Highly recommended!!

I have known Stefan Tilinca for approximately a year as I am a member of Anytime Fitness Gym in Hereford where he works as a Body Transformation Coach, Nutrition Advisor and a Sports Massage Therapist. Having Stefan as my Body Transformation Coach, Nutrition Advisor and Sports Massage Therapist I have lost three stone in weight which has given me confidence in the way I look, it has improved my mental well being and I no longer suffer with pain in my ankles and knees and I no longer experience swollen ankles. When training with Stefan I am always confident that I am never going to sustain any injuries because of his expertise which makes me feel safe. Before I lost all of my weight I struggled to look in the mirrors at the gym as I did not like what I was seeing but Stefan stressed the importance as to why he requested to look in the mirror and his great sense of humour also helps 100%. I find Stefan very professional, kind, caring, a fantastic motivator, a great listener and he has a lovely sense of humour. He is so easy to talk to and always puts me at ease with my health condition. I have monthly sports massages on my back which I always look forward to, my back feels absolutely amazing afterwards and I always look forward to my next appointment.
