It has been years since I set foot into a gym, after two children, I decided it was time to do something for me. I was recommended Luke, who I made contact with via email. Luke has been very professional, very knowledgeable and very supportive. I have continued my one to one sessions with Luke at Snap Fitness. These sessions help me push myself and with Luke’s support I understand the different pieces of equipment and different exercises given. Being a Type 1 Diabetic myself, Luke has provided a meal plan and nutritional information which is helping to stabilise my sugar level and also gain fitness and lose weight. I cannot thank Luke enough for his time and effort spent with myself. If anyone is looking for a Personal Trainer I will be sure to recommend Luke.

Luke has created a number of workout plans for myself over the last 3 years. Of recent, he has also been supporting me with my diet in terms of building muscle and getting stronger. He has trained with me on a vast number of occasions over the last 3 years & I highly recommend him. He is motivating and always makes me work harder when I am training with him rather than on my own. I am very pleased with my results so far & looking forward to the rest of the journey with him as my trainer.

Luke is a really professional yet friendly PT. He designed my plan by listening to what I need from the sessions and what I want to achieve. I have had and am having a fantastic time with Luke as my PT trainer. He listened to what my target was, to run 5km, and designed a plan to help me get there. He always asks how I been managing my nutrition as I had made him aware this was somewhere I struggled. And when I have lapsed, he has been cheering me on, not allowing to me slide back to old habits. He always adds something new to each session so it never gets repetitive and is always pushing me to go a bit longer or a bit stronger, so everytime I leave I always feel like I have accomplished something. And is fantastic value for money.

Luke is a PT at the gym where I'm already a member. I hadn't used my membership for a while and had lost confidence, which was putting me off going. I signed up for sessions with Luke as I wanted someone to guide me at a suitable pace for my current ability, and to advise me on the correct technique.

Luke is an excellent personal trainer, he helped me so much with feeling comfortable and confident in the gym and also helped to create a personal plan for me in order for me to achieve my goals! I have been using Luke as my personal trainer for the past eight weeks, and will continue as soon as the gyms reopen, in December, after the Lockdown has finished. He is a very friendly and professional PT, who is very knowledgeable about training, diet and exercise. Training sessions are varied and always enjoyable, well they must be, because this is the longest period of time in which I have used a gym!
Since I began training with Luke, I have seen a big improvement in my fitness as well as continued weight loss. During his one to one training sessions, he provides great motivation, encouragement and pushes me to make progress in my training achievements.
If you are looking for a great personal trainer, who makes going to the gym enjoyable, then I can not recommend Luke highly enough. He is the PT you need!

Luke is probably the most skilled, knowledgable and characterised personal trainer out there. I started seeing Luke due to wanting to improve on my fitness and becoming more confidence in myself. Within a month i had more knowledge on the equipment as well as more noticeable improvements noticed by myself and all my friends. Luke always made the session different and kept pushing myself more and more which in the end boosted my confidence as well as my gym progress. Whenever i had a session it was always a laugh and would recommend Luke to anyone !

Luke always made me feel capable of pushing boundaries and gave me the confidence boost I needed to pick up heavy weights again. Each session was thoroughly planned and tailored to my goals. Both the meal and training plan are easy to understand and follow. Luke is always on hand to help when I'm a bit unsure about a exercise or need a form check.
