Claudia is a brilliant, highly professional PT and was recommended to me by several other new mums. After having my baby I was unsure about how to begin weight training again safely; under Claudia’s guidance I’ve gradually increased the intensity of my workouts with the right level of challenge. I have also been able to return to running without any aches and pains and am feeling stronger than before I was pregnant! I’ve also been attending her postnatal bootcamp with my baby which is great and keeps my daughter entertained. My only regret is not seeing her during my pregnancy!

I thoroughly recommend Claudia, both personally and professionally. Due to previous fitness I wanted to go hell for leather when training, but she gave me realistic guidance and advice about how to adapt to my pregnancy and maintain fitness while not overdoing it. She gave great tips about how to adapt moves and exercises and was always on hand to answer questions. She’s also great company, good fun and made me howl with laughter during sessions. Can’t wait to return once I get cleared to train post birth 👌🏻

I've been working with Claudia for almost 2 months now, and what a difference it's made to my lifestyle!
Claudia has the perfect balance of structure & flexibility. She created a fantastic food plan for me that's been so easy to stick to. But she hasn't given me any stick when I've wanted to indulge for 30th birthday parties etc. This has helped me to get back on plan quickly as she doesn't let me beat myself up about it: we just crack back on with the plan!
I've also really enjoyed the workout plan she's created for me. We lift heavy together once a week, and I then have two more workouts to complete within the week at a slightly lower weight & more reps. She tailored this nicely to my lifestyle and I love that she really challenges me within our sessions.
I've grown in confidence so much since starting to work with Claudia. 2 months ago I was so scared to set foot in the "proper" part of the gym and I just did occasional classes.
I can't wait to continue to progress with her!

Claudia has been so supportive and has educated me on how to safely return to exercising postpartum. Weekly check ins have allowed me to keep on track and ask questions when needed. My workouts have been regularly adjusted to meet my goals.

I absolutely love working out with Claudia. I started my fitness journey with her at 14 weeks pregnant. I wanted to be as strong as possible for my second pregnancy. In just 4 weeks of training I have made massive progress (up in weights and my overall wellbeing) and feel so excited about our sessions together. I signed up with Claudia (personal trainer) when I was around 6 months post birth. I have been doing a 1 hour session once a week since then (3 months in). I was initially nervous as I expected a boot-camp/drill sergeant-like approach, but I definitely had that wrong! Claudia has been nothing if not hugely supportive and encouraging, tailoring the programme of exercise to my own goals and increasing the difficulty level incrementally in a thoughtful way, taking care around my abdominal separation. I have already begun to see gains and improvements - particularly in regards strength and stamina. If you are pregnant and want to build pelvic-floor strength or you are post-pregnancy and want to feel energised, fit and healthy, then do definitely consider booking 1-2-1 session with Claudia. You won't regret it!

I started working with Claudia as I was suffering from a continuous bad back after having a baby, and having never done anything like exercising with a PT before I was a bit scared that it would be a military style bootcamp but Claudia is incredibly knowledgeable about women’s bodies during and after pregnancy. Her help is really comprehensive and tailored to you individually and she provides individual exercise plans for you to work with outside of the sessions. She’s incredibly supportive and it’s clear she really cares about you and enjoys her job! I feel so much stronger since working with her and my back has massively improved! Claudia is an incredible PT and has been vital in my c-section recovery. Claudia is extremely knowledgeable about pre/post natal training and female fitness and nutrition. Claudia strikes the perfect balance in being encouraging and supportive but pushing you to get results, whilst also keeping sessions fun and varied. Best of all Claudia is friendly, approachable and fun and someone who you can actually chat to whilst working out. The sessions I do with Claudia are in a lovely private gym, but I also have the option to train at home with her if that is more convenient. I cannot recommend Claudia enough both for pre/post natal training but also just more generally as a female PT.

I cannot recommend Claudia, as a personal trainer, highly enough! She was recommended to me by my consultant podiatrist after dislocating my foot, due to poor body alignment. Meeting Claudia has resulted in me getting my life back :)) I am now stronger, more flexible and full of energy. I’ve never been one for exercising a lot but I really look forward to the sessions.
