Holly was an amazing support. I had joined gyms previously but never had the confidence to go due to not knowing how to use the equipment. When I first met holly she talked about the things we could achieve together and she pushed me out of my comfort zones which really helped in building the confidence to go the gym on my own without doing PT sessions. So grateful to have met holly and to of trained along side her.

Holly was my PT for a course of 12 weeks this year and I can say with my whole heart she was outstanding!! I always found it hard to motive myself to get the the gym and set myself workouts and Holly set me a clear plan and knew what I wanted to achieve, we definitely achieved the vision I had, she is a great PT and was always a pleasure to see! Holly is hands down the only reason I make it to the gym. She has helped tremendously when it comes to building confidence and creating a routine. I had a 12 week course of PT sessions with Holly in April 2021 after debating for years. I settled on Holly as she came across as very knowledgeable, motivating and approachable (spoiler: all are true!).
My main fear about stepping into a gym for the first time was sticking out like a sore thumb (or injuring myself) and looking ridiculous. Holly was reassuring and helped me recognise that everyone is focused on themselves and she helped me do the same.
Holly was able to gauge my limits and consistently educate, motivate and encourage me to do my best. She taught me how to use the equipment correctly (somehow the clumsiest woman alive had zero injuries) and most importantly…she taught me that I am capable, I can do it. I was also nervous about being pushed too far but Holly taught me the important of rest and recognising my limits / when you avoid pushing too hard. Further, she enabled me to see I was stronger than I’d first thought.
Of course, there have been physical changes in my body but the main thing I have gained from my sessions with Holly is self confidence and self belief. If you’re considering signing up with a PT….I highly recommend taking the plunge…with Holly!

I can fully recommend Holly as a PT! She is very knowledgeable and explains everything so well.
The best part is that she doesn't nag or guilt trips you, she simply INSPIRES you. From the moment you start your training, you want to do become a better version of yourself and you want to train more, she really knows how to hook you onto the gym life.

I have just completed my 12 weeks of PT sessions with Holly. After such a short period of time, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my figure that I never thought would be possible.
Not only is she an amazing PT and has the most effective workouts, but she advises you on nutrition too, that gives you the best possible results.
Training with Holly for an hour goes so quickly as we always have fun! I’ve just booked in for another 12 weeks and can’t wait to see the results after this lot of sessions.

I can't recommend Holly enough!
When I had my free consultation in September 2021 she asked me what my goal was, and I really had no idea other than I didn't want to be who I currently was.
Holly helped me to set a realistic, achievable goal and with her guidance I'm well on that journey.
She has helped me so much, not just physically, but mentally as well.
I used to go to the gym twice a week, have no clue what I was doing and was seeing no benefit. Now I go three times and have made huge progress (I even managed a solo session without getting overwhelmed).
Holly listens to any concerns you have about diet or exercise and works with you to resolve it, or reduce the impact. She doesn't include complex exercises to confuse you. And she provides alternatives so it's possible to have a full session by yourself when the gym is busy.
I wasn't sure what result I was expecting to get from having a PT. But I honestly think I can now achieve my initial goal and then move on to something else such as building muscle and getting #henchwithholly. Six months ago I wouldn't believe that I'd be where I am now.

There are not enough good things I can say about Holly or her classes. I am a new man ever since meeting her and getting motivated at her classes! She gets to know you, knows how to find your inner strength and bring it to the surface for the world to say, and always encourages you to eat a doughnut afterwards for the hard work.
