I would highly recommend Rossell Fitness!
I joined Rossell Fitness looking for a way to gradually improve my mobility and fitness with an existing health condition. I was extremely nervous about starting training due to my circumstances, but Nicola supported me every step of the way. She made it very easy for me to trust her and feel comfortable enough to be open and honest with her, which was so important to me. She is very empathetic, down-to-earth and motivational. Nicola has been a great listener, as well as extremely patient, flexible and attentive to my specific needs.
From the very beginning, my well-being was made a priority and Nicola checked in regularly by text, email and phone call to see how I had responded to sessions and to adapt our programme to my changing needs and other lifestyle factors such as work and social events. Our personal training sessions were always fun and varied. They were built in a way that helped me to recognise and celebrate my progress each week. Nicola also shared resources to help me exercise from home between sessions which I really enjoyed. Furthermore, she has a wealth of knowledge on nutrition which she has helped me to incorporate into my lifestyle at a pace where I would not feel overwhelmed.

I only joined Rossell Fitness to say thank you for the free online yoga sessions (still available on Facebook) during lockdown, and because I liked Nicola's friendly easygoing style. 3 months later, I've achieved amazing goals that I didn't even know I had, and am fitter and healthier, and it hasn't even felt hard! Her encouragement, common sense approach, coupled with great knowledge and personal experience make her an amazing mentor. If you are struggling with motivation or lack of confidence or needing help with weight loss or fitness, this is the place to help. Nicola is an incredible, hard-working and passionate trainer. During my training period she has offered me full support in all aspects of my life. She goes beyond just the physical well being of a person and aims to better the emotional and social aspects too! Nicola allowed me to work effectively at my own pace whilst also motivating me and encouraging me to achieve my pre-set goals. I am able to incorporate her given valuable advice in my daily busy schedule at university. I now feel much more confident, comfortable and happy. My exercise endurance and stamina has increased considerably and I am much more stronger and fitter now compared to what I was prior to my 1-on-1 sessions with Nicola. An exceptionally talented, skilled and experienced health and mental well being advisor. Nicola has excelled in what is a very complex and individual issue when counselling those who wish to live a healthier lifestyle both physically as well as mentally whether it be through exercise, dietary needs or a combination of these traits. She manages to encourage self belief, build self confidence and promote the ethos; 'Yes you can do it' without making the client feel pressured, undermined or embarrassed. Her empathetic approach allows the client to feel relaxed and less inhibited in a subject that some find difficult. Although some topics of the health and mental wellbeing process is driven by the basics, each person is treated in a personal way that is as unique as the individual being encouraged. Nicola is very conscious of peoples different levels of fitness and development so a specific requirement is discussed in total confidence with the client and is monitored closely to ensure the user is getting the absolute benefit of the advice given while maintaining their welfare and health & safety. I highly recomend Rossel Fitness for all your nutritional and fitness needs.

Nicola is an excellent personal trainer with a wealth of knowledge in fitness and nutrition. I've been part of her Body Transformation Group for the past 30 days! I definitely feel better in myself, the exercise sessions are great and I am losing inches slowly and steadily. I just need to get on the case of my diet and then see more improved results. Nicola is very helpful and has lots of tips. This is a lifestyle change which she is advocating and one that I hope to continue!! Roll on the next 30 days!! Then we have the final 30 of this course. If you want to make changes to your lifestyle including fitness mindset and a healthy diet then Nic at Rossel fitness is absouloutly the right person to go to. Your treated as an individual person and encouraged to make small but manageable changes that have a big impact. I have known Nic for a while but have been working more closely with her in the last month and this has helped me feel so much better as well as identify areas I want to work on further. There is lots of encouragement, advice and suport but most importantly never any judgement.

Nicola takes the time to understand you. Both your physical and mental objectives. Unlike anyone I have ever worked with before she works with you on your limiting factors e.g. Binge eating or medical issues.
With this understanding she goes on to educate you, suggests resources to develop your knowledge and provides support in addressing these areas.
The program that you work on with Nicola is adapted to what you need and know why. She doesn't simply follow a route with you and you have to conform.
Nicola has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to ensure she learns specific things to answer my questions and has developed her own knowledge to help me.
We have a laugh whilst also getting the job done.
Her passion for learning and helping is extremely supportive. We have made so many little tweaks in our time together to help me.
She is always responsive to any requests for help outside of sessions and within sessions gives great value for money. She is always there on time and you know her availability so you can find a time to suit you when she works.
There is so much more she does that you are invited too - walking club, yoga, sleep talks, webinars as well as being able to listen to her live on line or work out with her in pre agreed slots on video that she does.

I've lost 4lb and two inches from my waist in three weeks! I'm so happy with this because I've never once felt restricted. Nicola never asks you to give up the foods you love. On my first session, Nicola asked me to write down all the foods I thought were healthy and all the foods I thought of as unhealthy. She then told me she'll never describe any food as ‘bad’, but that if the things I want to eat make me feel bad afterwards then that’s a reason not to eat it. I love the fact that she wants me to enjoy food.
She really gets to know you throughout the process. She catches up with you each week asking what's made you happy, sad or angry, asking what you need help with, and what your goals are for that week. It's great knowing someone is taking a real personal interest in me.
She’s taught me to be mindful of how I feel about myself and to focus on the positives. I feel so much more happier and lighter. It’s been amazing seeing for myself how effective positive thinking and living in the moment really is.
Nicola's training isn't a quick fix, it’s a long term solution that is actually sustainable and enjoyable!
