Much of the information was particularly pertinent to community mental health teams. This should be mandatory training for staff in these areas. Even though all attendees w ere ward-based, the training was incredibly helpful and well-delivered. Despite having nursed for years, I acknowledge becoming stuck in patterns of interactions with patients that may not be helpful as the information delivered. I have left feeling refreshed and determined to adopt more therapeutic language, styles and methods of interactions with patients.”

3 day DBT essential skills course: Truly essential skills to have for anyone working in mental health. Have been a psychiatrist for over 20 years, with a special interest in personality disorders and I still picked up very good skills and knowledge in this course. Am interested in doing further accreditations with APT.

Loved this course. SO interesting and relevant to the young people I work with. I didn't want it to end! I am looking forward to taking this knowledge into my work and hopefully further training.

What i definitely wish to convey is how knowledgable as well as presented in a easy to understand manner the subject matter is. The extra covid CPD they have given at no cost has been invaluable to my practice as well as given a environment where I haven't felt as isolated being able to join in communication with different professionals and practitioners in different fields. I shall definitely be accessing there services attending other Courses they run, especially the Compassion Focused Therapy one, but need act fast as its become extremely popular. Also the other courses are an excellent way to update my knowledge on topics I have previously studied a while back as well as some new areas.

Recently completed the first 3 days of the DBT 10 day course. I can honestly say this is some of the best training I have been on. The facilitator was fantastic, energetic and enthusiastic about his subject; this tied with clinical examples and practice made the training much more applicable to my practice. I am really looking forward to the next 7 days of training later in the year. Many thanks.

Had an amazing experience in my DBT training with a really talented facilitator Andre. I ended the program with not only the knowledge, but the confidence to run DBT groups and implement the skills in a counselling room. Would highly recommend and enjoyed learning by doing.

DBT Essentials course provided very good introduction to DBT. The lecturer Adi was very knowledgable about topic and gave many helpful examples from his clinical practice. Would recommend this course.
